Create_Project - Error Message showing only 'PA'

Question

Hi all,
Im trying to create projects using Create_project API. When I run my concurrent program, if there is any error in creating the project, the API spits error message just as 'PA'. It doesn't show further Error Message why the project creation is failing.
Below is my Log file. Please have a look

I checked in metalink. It had the following solution for this issue. Im using the same logic but still It just shows 'PA'.

I have been having the same issue and during the debugging of the error messages I found out that if I were to call any use of the x_msg_data before running the get_messages procedure then it would show up as PA. Once I get the PA out then I can't run the get_messages. So I commented out the output of the x_msg_data and now I get the messages from the utility.

Re-Cap: DO NOT USE the X_MSG_DATA before calling your get_messages procedure. Otherwise you won't get messages.
