Create Service Agreement - In Status field, "Release" is not appearing.

Hi folks,
I am creating a simple Service Agreement in CRM Web UI. Entered all data required like Customer, product, org details, price discount etc.. and tried to "release" before saving.
In the Status field "Release" option is not there to select. I see only "In Process" and "Completed".
Can anybody tell me how to make 'Release' available, so that I can release the document and save it.
The price is not determined for the product. Could that be the reason?
The document is error free as I don't see errors in App log.
Please give me and idea to resolve. Will be generous in giving points.

Thank you for your response. Here is the following steps I did:
1. Status profile is CRMORDER
2. In this status profile, I see the following:   Open with status No.10
                                                                    In Process - 20
                                                                    Completed - 30
                                                                    Rejected - 40
3. I added a new entry for Released with status number: 50
4. I have taken care of the Lowest and Highest Limits.
5. I also checked the 'Object Type' as 'Agreement'
Now, I am not clear which Business Trans I should assign. In the drop down list, I see many Bus.Trans for 'Release'
such as APRL - Release / CALL - Release / CREL - Release and so on.
My question is, which one of these should I select. I tried couple of them, it did not work. (Release still not appearing on CRM7.0 Web UI)
Currently, I am trying to release a Service Agreement on the Web UI. I played around with lowest and highest limits a couple of times and it changes accordingly in Web UI. But some reason 'Release' is not visible which carries the status No.50.
I wonder what is going wrong. Any help would be well appreciated with generous points.

    First check in the Field status group in OBC4 what ever you enter at G.L wise as well as at posting key level in ob41 whether you put as a optional entry or not WBS element field in the both area (OBC4 and OB41)
    And click on the more data

    I've withheld deploying previous versions of KB2952664 since it initial release after seeing multiple reports of troubles and failed installs. It's now at version 7 and I haven't seen any similar troubles with the latest release, however I'm

  • Purchase order created for  the   pr,status in  pr shows not edited

    Dear experts
    PO  was  created   with  reference to  PR  for  two  line  items  under  external services.
    then service  entry sheet  was created  for  the  line 1 item.
    line item  2  in  PR  still  shows  not  edited , when  there  is  already PO  raised  for  that item.
    what  criteria  should  be checked,how  to  make  second  line  item  edited  in  PO.

  • SP 2013 ECT - Created an External Content Type in SPD But Not Appearing in BCS

    I have created an External Content Type in SP Designer 2013, and the connection and operations all seem to work fine, but the ECT List throws an access error, and when I check the BCS Service Application the ECT doesn't even appear in the list.  Has
    anyone else ever seen this kind of problem and if so please brovide guidance and examples for resolving it.

    Hi Tom,
    Have you created external content type from SharePoint designer 2013 successfully prevously?
    And was it displayed in BCS service applicaiton previously?
    Have you executed "External Content Type Operations" and saved it back successfully in SharPoint Designer like the following article?
    Please check if it is related to the permission issue by using SharePoint Farm Administrator account to create this external content type.
    If all above don't solve the issue, please check the ULS log for more information for troubleshooting when create the external content type.

  • Released Document not appearing.

    Hello All,
    There is a issue in our system.
    We have a Purchase Requisition which is released in Live system.
    When we log in with English Language then we can see the Document is released for all levels, but when we are logging in thru some Other Language say "RU", in the document we cannot see any Release happened.
    Any idea why this is happening?

    Plz maintain the characteristis in RU language
    go to CT04 trxn and in the Descriptions maintain in RU Language
    Similarlt go to CL02 trxn and enter your class and click the 'change language' and maintain in RU langauge..
    Then go to Spro > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Requisition > Release Procedure > Procedure with Classification > Set Up Procedure with Classification > Release Strategies
    Here select the Release Strategy on top click Goto > Transalation and choose RU Language..
    then check the PR by  logging in RU Language

  • MB56-sold to party field value is not appearing

    In MB56 - Batch where used list report, there is no data flowing for sold-to-party field. Sales order is displayed and delivery also performed for the same. But, still there is no sold-to-party data.
    Mean while, it shows sold-to-party value against some STO transactions in MB56.
    Kindly help me out to solve this problem.

  • Derivation rule for service agreement

    Dear Gurus,
    I have derivation rules between GL-commitment item and Cost center - Fund center. now when i create PR & standard PO for type "cost center" the system is working properly by derives fund center and commitment item automatically but when i create service agreement the system doesn't derive fund center and commitment item. If anyone have any suggestions, please let me know.

    Are there any conditions to the derivation rule?
    In my QA system, I was able to create a derivation rule GL=Committment item. It worked the first time I created a scheduling agreement using ME31L.
    Then I went into the "conditon" tab of the derivation rule and entered business transaction=RMBA and RMBE (purchase requisition and purchase order respectively) and the derivation rule did not work when i created another scheduling agreement.
    Other than some conditions exist or the target field attribute is needed to be set to overwrite. I am at a loss to what the problem could be.

    I want to replace this single value with multiple menthods , so that a direct interaction between the method,OIM and target can be established.

    You'll need to create your own interface to the webapp database for those kind of data operations
    by this, are you speaking of the internal BC database which stores web app schema data? That would be great if it were possible to update that programmatically because I need to use the List (Checkbox List) field type (for the search functionality), but I need to supply the checkbox options from a web app rather than by manually updating the list entered in the Fields view of the web app settings (shown below).
    I'm curious if anyone else has tried this?
    Again, my reason for needing to use the List (Checkbox List) field type is that the page which processes searches knows to expect a comma separated list for this field type and then appears to be parsing out the individual values for searching out web app items with 1 or more matching values. You're right that text fields (string and multiline) just check for 'string contains' matches, and this would be ok if I was only ever needing to search just one value at a time. Here's an example of what I might do:
    Web App item field value (as recorded against the List (Checkbox List) field type:
    8294877,8294878
    Web App Search value (for this same field):
    8294879,8294877,8294885
    The search would return this web app item because the field contains 2 (1 or more) individual values even though they were entered into the search field in a different order. If this web app item were just a Text (string or multiline) field, the searched value is not a substring of the web app item's stored value, so it would not find a match. Hence the need to use Checkbox List field type.
    The web app will have thousands if not 10s of thousands of records, so dumping them all into one big array or object and searching on the front-end won't be practical (though it works great on smaller datasets).

    We have configured a new document type and field selection for scheduling agreement. When we tried creating an SA, system prompted "Field selection PT1L not defined" error. What does the error mean? How do we go about it?

    PT1L is something whose use is not at all logical the reasons are and thus not defined in standard SAP
    1> From the term PT1L it represents Limit item (i.e Blanket ) for Scheduling agreement
    2>Now we use SA to work with schedule lines but for Limit items there no GR or any goods receipt so what is the use of SA in     this case better you go with PO.
    3>obviously you can create PT1L by copying any other existing field selections in (but I would suggest not to do this)

  • Service Desk: Pricing data for partner could not be read

    I am trying to configure the Service Desk functionality for Service Providers (on EHP1).
    I follow the SAP Documentation (SAP Solution Manager: Service Desk for Service Providers) and SLA's made easy in SAP Solution Manager. Also some discussion threads helped me with some steps (I applied e.g. the recommendation from Pricing data for partner 106 could not be read. , but it didn't help).
    I am facing some errors related to the CRM part of the configuration.
    When I create Service Desk Contract (SLFV) in CRMD_ORDER, the error appears Pricing data for partner xxx could not be read. I checked the setting of BP and I am not able to find the reason, for customer's (sold-to-party) BP the sold-to-party > Sales Area Data the Sales Organization/Distribution Channel/Division are maintained. Which information for pricing is needed and where can it be configured?
    Another error - I am sure it is related to the first one - the service contract cannot be determined in the service message (in Item details view under product). The error messages are about sales area/organization, so I suppose there is something wrong with the link Service Contract -> Business Partner definition.
    Could you please help me what can cause the error?

    my problem was solved when I double checked the settings of org structure. That means there must be a consistent setting for sales organization / distribution channel / division in businness partner (tcode BP), organizational model (PPOMA_CRM), product workbench (COMMPR01). The setting must be same for both the sales department of the service provider and the customer's company (I am sorry I am not CRM, so I am following just this simple logic)
    In the long text of the error (in CRMD_ORDER) I could see "expected" combination for sales organization / distribution channel / division (message e.g. The access was carried out with sales organization 'O 50000613', distribution channel '01' and division '') -> when the org model was set up everywhere in this way, the contract was automatically filled by the organization data and in the next step the contract could be determined in the service desk message.
    Anyway it took some time to find out the correct combination. Deeper CRM knowledge would help me much.

    Thanks for your response. I checked that the P2P case type is assigned to the company code and also all the settings for promise to pay. Also, i got the relevant roles too.
    It is a bit baffling that the create promise to pay and other icons do not show up in the udm_specialist transaction.........
    someone tells me that it could be because of the current version of SAP GUI for windows that is on my system. Is it true that some older versions of SAP gui (example release 620) have this problem.

    It sounds like you are adding new contacts to your Outlook but they are not syncing over to your iOS device. I would use the troubleshooting from the following article to help troubleshoot that, assuming you are not using iCloud, named:
