CREATE THESAURUS not available

Question

Hi Everyone.
This is my problem.
I am new working with "Oracle Intermedia Text" and I found reading that I can create a theaurus form my searches.
So I tried so.
but I got this problem:

begin
CTX_THES.CREATE_THESAURUS('MY_DICC',true);
end;
ORA-06550: line 2, column 3:
PLS-00201: identifier 'CTX_THES' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 2, column 3:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
I´ve checked my user and it is definded as "GRANT EXECUTE ON CTXSYS.CTX_DDL TO <USER>"
so I went to look deep into the CTX_THES Package and found out that the package is not there.
Isn´t it a default package that should be installed with the DB??
How can I get this package??

What do you get when you run this query?
SQL> select owner, object_type from dba_objects where object_name = 'CTX_THES' ;
OWNER                          OBJECT_TYPE
PUBLIC                         SYNONYM
CTXSYS                         PACKAGE
