Creating a weekly fill series

Hello, I would like to create a column in Numbers with the cells incrementing by a week on the way down. The series would look like 1/1/10, 1/8/10, 1/15/10 and so on.  I can do one daily but would like to have a weekly series.  Thanks!

Enter the pattern in cells of the same column then select the cells you entered
and expand as far down as you want :

    Hi Priyeshrawat,
    Calendar web part doesn’t provide settings to display two weeks view.
    Based on my understanding, you need to custom a server control to show as the calendar, just like the default calendar control. B y default calendar web part doesn’t contain property to set this.

    For two  period the  indicator i the same "Standard" for the restaant period is the year

  • Creating Worksheets with Fill-In Form Fields

    What is the best application for creating worksheets with fill-in form fields?  The worksheets will be emailed to my clients for completion.  Once completed they need to be able to save them to their computer and/or email them back to me.  What application will they have to have in order to fill in and save the PDF?

    In short, you will need Acrobat to create the forms. They only need the free Reader to fill them in and save them.

    You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
    Pages 5.2.2 is in your Applications folder.
    Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
    You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
    Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
    Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
    Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
    Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
    Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
    All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
    Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
    Apple has removed over 110 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

    You can add the icon of the missing Pages on your Dock or open Pages from the Apple menu > Recent Items list.
    Or you can archive Pages 5 so that it doesn't automatically open.

    I believe you are referring to user input field or a drop down option where user can select quantity.
    You can either use checkbox field in form with different label for quantities , or you can check this option :

    You mean you want to create a shorcut to a website on your home screen?  If so, go to the site you want to create it for in Safari, tap the share button on the top left (box with upward pointing arrow), then tap Add to Home Screen.  Taping this icon in the future will launch Safari and take you to this site.
    Not sure what you mean by home page for iCloud, but you can't go to icloud.com from your iPad if that's what you want to do.  You have to go there from your computer browser.

    Either Keynote says that the file cannot be opened or it crashes.

    Check you are using the correct version of Keynote to open the files; right click the file and select Open With > Keynote 6.2.

    I want to create a weekly cube and consist of non-cumulative figures for my SOH from the daily cube, 0IC_C03.
    I am concerned whether I can initialize the SOH values and get delta into the new cube.
    I do not want to start the initialization and delta updates from the PSA.

    Do you want to retain a weekly and Daily cube? If so and if you already have all the daily data in 0IC_C03 you could try to load the new weekly cube from the daily cube by maintaining and using a weekly fiscal year variant in the T009B tables and using this weekly fiscal year variant in your weekly cube and transformation. In this case your posting date form the daily cube would be mapped to your fiscal period and you would make the weekly fiscal year variant a constant in your new cube. I havent done this with a non-cummulative cube before so you would have to test it.

    You create a VersionSeries as you would anything else in 9iFS,
    by:
    1) Creating a definition object (VersionSeriesDefinition)
    2) Setting the Family attribute on the definition object to

    3) Passing the VersionSeriesefinition to the LibrarySession to

    I am creating a weekly chart showing ClearQuest records in a certain state over a 3 month interval.  I need to show every week in that 3 month interval even if there is no change in Defects that week. 
    I will not be able to reference any files with weekly dates in it because, this is will something available via a ClearQuest report format.
    Note that I able to create functions with each weekly date and totals (separate functions for each week) in Crystal. Is there any way I can use this data to create a trend chart?
    I have been reading about a mock crosstab.  It sounds perfect for what I read. Can I create a mock crosstab based on my functions and ClearQuest data to be used for my charts? 
    If so, I have Crystal Reports 10 Professional Edition.  Is there an example or documentation that tells you how to create a mock (or manual) crosstab?

    I'm trying to also figure out how to save the weekly totals for each State (ex. Open, Working, Verify, Closed).  I can get it to work for CurrentDate or CreatedDate because that date is saved in my db, but would rather have totals for each State for each week of the year.
    I would appreciate it if someone could please share how they accomplished this. Thanks in advance.

  • Pages won't open Pages document created last week

    Having created a pages doc last week in Pages 09, OSX 10.7.5, I find that this week I can see it in Finder, see a thumbnail, open it with Quick Look but cannot open it in Pages for some reason ?

    Thanks, I managed to answer my own question in the end, I had a version of iWorks on the machine and subsequently I got the latest version of Pages from teh App store. What seemed to be happening was that the document was being written in one version but associated with the other version. I removed both and re-installed from the App store and that seemed to resolve the issue. Why this only started happening recently when both versions have been on the machine for some time !
    Anyhow, thanks for your response - maybe this will help others.

  • What is the best way to create a week per page diary in indesign.

    I am currently working on a job designing an information pack for children. The document is A5 and i have been asked to insert diary pages (a week per page) at the back for December 2011 to January 2013. I am using indesign CS3. I know I can manually insert the dates but this is a lengthy process and the design is customised to fit in with brand guidelines and a template design which I have created. I read that a plug- in called Calendar Wizard which is a script can create calendar pages a month to a page and in boxes which does not give me the control i need as i need to design the calendar a week per page and it does not seem to give that option (either that or i am not working it properly).
    Does anyone know a good way to go about this? All help would be appreciated.

    I think this will work in CS3.
    Start off by inserting Styles of WEEK, Mon to Friday (as per left)
    Set the Week No. to Bullets and Numbering and insert as per screen shot
    Do the same for Days Monday through to Sunday
    Also set up Monday style NEXT STYLE to be Tuesday
    When you get to Sunday - loop the Styles back to WEEK style.
    Then as per first screen shot you just have to insert RETURNS all the way down to initiate the style.

  • Fillable PDF created on Mac, filled in on Mac's/PC's have empty fields when emailed to iPhone/iPad

    I create fillable forms on my Mac using Adobe Acrobat and both PC and Mac customers fill in the forms and submit them to their own customers.
    When I fill in the form on my Mac (using Adobe Acrobat) and email it to me and open the PDF on my Android the filled-in information is there.
    When I fill in the form on my Mac (using Adobe Acrobat) and email it to my customer and he opens the PDF on his iPhone/iPad all the filled-in information is gone, the fields are blank.
    When he fills in the form on his PC (I'm assuming he's on a PC, he may be on Mac but regardless he's having the problem) using the free Reader and emails it to himself and opens the PDF on his iPhone/iPad all the filled-in information is gone, the fields are blank.
    What can I do on my end, when using the full Adobe Acrobat on my Mac to create forms, to make them in such a way that when my customer emails a filled-in PDF from their computer the filled-in info stays intact on the iPhones/iPads?
    I can't tell each customer individually that he/she has to download a particular app because the PDF viewer on their phone won't show the filled-in information, that would a logistics nightmare, so I need to figure out what to do on my end when initially creating the forms so that the filled-in information will show up on their iPhones/iPads.

    There are two basic approaches to this problem:
    1. Convince every user to use a compliant PDF viewer, one that supports forms (e.g., Adobe Reader, PDF Expert on iOS)
    2. Flatten the form after filling it in and before sending it along for other users to view
    You mentioned some of the problems with #1.
    For #2, if a form is flattened, the form fields will get converted to regular page contents, allowing non-forms-capable PDF viewers to see the data. Acrobat users can flatten a form a number of ways. The problem is with Reader, which doesn't have a specific form flattening feature. Desktop versions of Reader (Mac/Windows) flatten forms when they are signed with the new EchoSign e-signature feature and saved, but this feature is not available with forms that are Reader-enabled. All this means there is currently no way to guarantee that the data in a filled-in form will be viewable on all mobile PDF viewers, but there are some things you can do to increase the odds.
