Creating multiple screens

Hi.
I want to create five different views. Each view consists of some numeric indicators showing values that i get from a database. I want my main screen to be consisting of icons.
Can i make five different independent views
Can i use icons to switch amongst different views

There are a number of ways of doing this:
You could have a small main screen with the icons on it that when clicked, open other windows. Will work fine, but some users find windows popping open disconcerning.
You could also have a larger main screen with icons at the top and a large subpanels in which the other screens appear. Will also work fine.
In either case, the code for implementing the interface is not too difficult. For examples/discussion of both techniques, check here.

in the SceneBuilder samples that you can download from the SceneBuilder download page, you will find a project named Login composed of 2 FXML. The Application and Controller code of this sample should help you design your application.

SRM 7.0 Multiple screen for singe document

Hi Experts,
In SRM 7.0 when I select an SC and click create confirmation button, a pop-up window gets open for the confirmation to be entered.
At this stage, If I click the create confirmation button again on the parent screen a new window get open for confirmation.
Now I am able to create 2 confirmation document for the same shopping cart with the same qty.
Can this be avoided? Is it possible to get the parent screen inactive while working on the pop-up/child screen?
Any better ideas/solution?

Hi,
Please test with NetWeaver Portal Personalization - Work Protect Mode. Ther is an option Discard unsaved data (open page in same window). If it does not help I think ther is no easy way. BTW, my clients are very happy with multiple screen function and item copy&past function between screens.

Create multiple sales orders from single service notification?

Is it possible to create multiple sales orders from a single notification (IW51)?
We currently create sales orders directly within transaction IW51 (Create Service Notification). We kick off the sales order creation by pressing the "SALES ORD." button in the notification screen. We're now interested in creating a 2nd Sales Order which would tie directly to the same Service Notification. This is so that we can have the second order assigned to a different account assignment WBS (there are two different parties doing work on the service notification).
I assume you would have to go to VA01 to create the Sales Order, but am not sure how to tie it directly to the service notification from here. I treied to do a create with reference, but there is no ability to create with reference to a service notification.
Do I have to create a second service notification for the 2nd Sales Order for this to work? I want to avoid doing this if at all possible.
I'm running SAP R/3 Enterprise

Hi,
go to vtaa- copy controls for sales document to sales document.
select your combination of order and quotation go to item level. There select value 0(zero) in field positive/negative negative.
No need to change update document flow.
After setting zero in copy control that be told on above. create order with respective to the quotation.
After saving the order.
go to document flow to see the status in between quotation and order.
If you placed setting right, then u certainly observe for quotation status will be open. so you can create no. of sales order with respect to that quotation..

Thanks... I appreciate the reply. Since I wrote the previous email, I actually went and changed my apple id (the main id) and the documentation I looked at said iCloud will set mail up automatically(?)... I had it working before.
Also, I tried to manually set up the ID via the Mail Accounts screen(s) and I can't figure out what my server information is... Pop or Imap? What's the outgoing server and the incoming server?
I typically have never had problems setting up mail accounts (in apple mail) with no problem.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Oh, well that was a whole other kettle of fish:
Oh the G4 I attempted to install iLife '08 before Lepoard was available. About the only thing that installed cleanly was iPhoto. I ended up reinstalling everything back to iLife '06, and then upgrading back to the current stable version of the iLife '06 version. I didn't attempt a reinstall until after I upgraded to Leopard.
When I did reinstall, I made a iLife '06 folder, copied all iLife apps into it, and upgraded. Seemed to work, except for the part where iMovie gets left behind and iDVD is only mostly functional.
When I installed on the other 2 machines, it was after installing Leopard and all upgrades. On those 2 machines, I didn't bother with the copy, I just moved everything to the iLife '06 folder I created, and did a fresh install.
I didn't have to do anything with the iPhoto Libraries, that I can recall.
I always do an upgrade, never an archive and install. I've never had a problem with this back to 10.1 or 10.2.

In tcode Xd01 we create on customer but there we can maintain only one address but sometimes a scenario can be that single customer can have different address .
How to do that.Any exit is available to create multiple address with creation of single customer.
This provision is given while creating a Business Partner.Tcode is BP .In this Address Overview tab is there and you maintain multiple address to single Busines partner.
Same thing can we do for the customer.
Any solutions or suggestions,please give me your support.

Hello Manish,
Unfortunately Customers have only one address. However you can use contact persons to store different addresses, or (in the Sales view) you can assign other partner functions with different addresses (e.g. one customer acting as the Sold-to partner may have different Ship-to partners).
If these options do not meet your requirements, you could extend the customer master data with your own functionality and enhance transaction XD01 with your own screens for holding alternate addresses.

i want to call multiple screens from lsmw
I need to call a three transaction from LSMW wich are subzequent steps for data entry.
1) first tcode to be called is eprodcust which creates some master data and using this master data and some fields of data creatd i need to call two more tcodes first iq01 to create meter and save then eg31 tcod to feed data.
Please suggest where in lsmw can i give options for suc hscnerio and call of subsequent screens.

we have few options to handle such cases , to avoid Locked Problems what you can do is
-->write BDC program within LSMW to create installation ( this will be created within step of 11 Convert Data ).
-->Based on the above BDC results ,run another BDC within LSMW to create Device.( this will be created within step of 11 Convert Data ).
-->third BDC records , let SAP do it thru LSMW or can you do it convert data step itself.
this approch needs lots of codes , so in worst case and if you dont want to break the loadings the follow this.
*Better to find any BAPI which will do creation of installation ,devices

Does anyone know if Premiere Elements 4.0 can be broken a part in components to use on multiple screens?

It all depends what you're wanting to do, t.
The quality of the output for both is indentical.
If you're wanting to edit, add titles, effects, transitions, keyframe effects, add motion paths across pictures and create DVDs, either program will work.
If you need embedded timelines, increased support for a wider range of media, broadcast functions for tuning color ranges and other professional features that I barely understand, you need Pro. And, if you plan to produce deep-level DVD menus, you may need Encore rather than Premiere Elements' basic DVD creator.
So it's up to you. There are many professionals using Premiere Elements. So it's kind of like Photoshop Elements vs. the full version of Photoshop -- if you don't understand the differences, you can probably get along fine with the consumer version.
As I've said, the quality of the results from the Elements and Pro versions are identical.

I've just started working with J2ME and everything involved with it. I bought a book called core j2me published by sun. It explains a lot of things, but its also left me with a few questions. I want to make an extremely efficient well coded program. things im confused about are as follows:
1) is it possible to (after generating each screen) move back and forth between them) without halting or errors.
2) is it possible, that when creating a new displayable object, instead of text at the very top, could there be an image. for example:
fm1 = new Form ("this bit of text i'd like to show an image");
3) i've seen examples with images, but considering programs are jarred after compilation is there any way of including the file within the jar and it being successfully able to be read?

to your question 1: Yes it is possible to handle multiple screens in j2me, but it depends for which device you are writing the programme, It is very memory consuming and we know small devices are always low in that. You just swap your screens using display.setCurrent(yourScreen);
asn for q2: You can not put an image on the top of a form, but you could achive this using Canvas, just draw all your images where ever you wish, I wud recomend you to use Canvas instead of Form to do image drawing and all stuff, it is mainly used for game programming and all.
ans for q3: Yes you make a folder called images and put the folder inside your jar, or you just can directly place your images near your class files, but i wud not recomend you to do this.

Now go to VF01, give the delivery number and do not press Enter. Instead click on Selection list on the next screen, select the items you want to bill and click copy and continue if necessary

Possible to create "multiple" "snapshot" folders in Photo app?

I mastered the whole "Hold both buttons to take a screenshot" idea. However, all screenshots are saved in one "saved pictures" folder under the "albums" tab. Any way to make multiple folders? Say, by date or website or.... anything?
I know I can make mutliple folders in iTunes and import them. I'm talking about creating multiple screenshot folders on the iPad itself.
Also, is there any way to turn off the "Picture frame" flower that comes up on the main screen when powering down? I don't want anyone to be able to just hit that and start a slideshow.
And...(I tried to put all my "picture questions" in one topic).... Can I load a different picture to each App page? I have one picture on my lock screen and all my "App" pages have a 2nd pic. Can I put a seperate pic background on each of the 11 (or how ever many the max is) app "home" pages?

Regards creating different folders for different groups of screen shots the only way to do that is to move all the screen shots to your computer, put them in separate folders and then sync them back to the iPad.
In response to your question about using different backgrounds for different app pages the answer is no. In essence you're not actually switching pages it's just the group of app icons that are changing. In other words the background remains static when you swipe to move to the next so called page of icons.

Works around - YES
A. in iMovie add one pic-in-pic then
• export this as full quality QuickTime .mov then
• import this into a new project and
• add next pic -
repeat this until done.
B. Learn how to use QuickTime-Pro and here You can create a picture wall if You like. BUT This is tedious and need of carefulness of an angel.
C. Take the leap to FinalCut - where this is standard and when learned to use FC (Can be tough) it will be very easy and natural.
