Creating Transformation class in OIM11g

Hi,
I have to create a transformation Class in oim 11g R1 for processing AD objectsid from AD to OIM,
This can be implemented using Transformation interface .but i am unable to find jar containing this interface.
Can some one help me on this?

There is no interface that you are required to implement. Please create a class having a method with signature as mentioned in the connector documentation. It should work.

Error creating transformer object after server up for 2-3 days

Our application performs various XSL Transformations and as such it needs to create Transformer objects to perform the transformations. All works fine for several days (usually 2-3 days) then we begin to receive this exception:

{color:#000000}It's a very odd problem. It doesn't seem to be an issue with memory as there is memory free and some XSL transformations still work okay. There doesn't seem to be an issue with any particular style sheet, it rather random. Once a style sheet starts to fail, it doesn't ever work. If I restart the application server everything is back to normal.

We use Saxon9 and we use WebLogic's XML Registry to configure our XML/XSL implementing classes. Here is what that looks like:

I've tried to cause this problem to occurr by stress testing the application, but no such luck yet.

We are facing a very similar issue. The ditto configuration and the same issue. This issue disappears when we recycle the weblogic.
Can anybody give me a reply if this issue was sorted out? Any help would be appreciated. Incase if this issue was solved somewhere in threads, please give me an idea. Thank you in advance.

Short Dump by creating Transformation

Hi every Body,
I have installed NW2004S ABAP Sneak Preview system(BI 7.0) on my PC at home, and I have the following problem: when I try to create Transformation, the system say proposal generated with (n) rules., and when I click on OK I get a Short Dump as shown below.
The short dump says: Make sure that the OCXs ICDataFlow.ocx and wdbdadpt.ocx are
installed on your computer, but these two OCX data are already installed and I think the front end is installed correctly but the error still occurs.
Please. did any body get such a problem.. I appreciate any help.

I am under the impression that your SAP Gui installation is faulty because of a missing component (that display networks). That's why I would like you to ensure that this is the one involved by using the sample standard demo program above.
Besides, this component is to be used in front-end, try running the program NETGRAPHIC1_TEST and you'll understand!

All fields are not visible while creating transformation

Hi experts,
I am trying to create transformaion between a LO datasource and DSO designed by me. In R3, in RSA6 I can see more than 45 fields but while creating transformation only 30 fields are available.
I tried by replicating the datasource multiple times but no change.
kindly suggest where I am doing wrong.

Hi Rajesh, Please follow the follwing steps:
Goto RSA6, select your data source and then click on change and save button.
this will take you to transfer structure. There check the fiels you want to see have hide check box or not. If yes then un hide them. Then save the transfer structure.
Execute the datasource in RSA3. You should be able to see the filds you have unhide in previous step.
replicate the data source in in BW
Goto transfomation in change mode and then to routine. Now you will be able to see the fileld in the routine.

How to create proxy class for a Siebel WS which has many Workflows in it?

I am facing a strange problem. I have a Web Service for which there are many workflows associated with this. When I generate WSDL for this Web Service and later on generate proxy class in .NET, it creates mutilple classes for each workflow. From UI, I can invoke a perticular method for the class for which I am interested in. But when I am building the same in JDeveloper, using Web Service proxy, I get only one class and I am not interested in invoking method in this class but interested in some other class for which the proxy was not generated. Is there some way to generate multiple classes in JDeveloper proxy?

I have figured this out. Actually Generate proxy creates package and it includes all the class in it. Now i am able to invoke web service method call.

Iam new to java script and I tried out the following program but its not working..I basically created a class just like a java prog' but Iam not getting any output or error.Iam attaching the code below.

I follow some old notes on ABAP Development Class but I could not create a new Development Class. i.e. Stuck in creatinf a type group. Please give some details on how to create a development class. Thanks.

(A) Procedure for creating a type group:

1. Object Navigator> select Development class>(Enter your development class

2. Double click on development class object types.
3. Type Group: zPTAxx1.
4. Click on the Create button at the bottom (4th one from the left).
5. Enter short text: zPTAxx1 type group.
6. Save>Enter your development class> click on diskette button to save the type group
7. Select Source Code tab and enter the following:

Short Dump while creating transformation in SAP Trial 7.01

I'm getting this dump when I try to create transformation(BI 7) in Trial Version 7.01 software which I downloaded from SDN. Below is the dump error.

I tried some notes but they didn't help. Few other threads said to install the latest patches. I have oss user id but market place allows downloads of latest patches only through Solution Manager. How do I install Sol Man in trial software. This is what Download Basket says:
"All corrective software packages, for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and SAP Business Suite 2005 and beyond that are delivered after April 2nd, 2007 will ONLY be available via SAP Solution Manager's Maintenance Optimizer. Find more details here . "

The problem was with the sap gui version. I installed the trial version on my office computer and my office computer had the latest gui. The sap gui that comes with the trial version has this problem. Check if they have a new trial version now. Hope this helps you.

remove the jaxb.jar from the WEB_INF/lib and move
them to your SUNWappserv/lib/endorsed - dir, together
with the following jars:
dom.jar jaxb-api.jar jaxb-impl.jar jaxb-libs.jar
jaxb-xjc.jar namespace.jar relaxngDatatype.jar
r xalan.jar
xercesImpl.jar xsdlib.jar
(restart the deploytool if used)

Error While Creating Asset Class

"Screen Layout 200 was not created" but the same was created.

There are 2 things.. Create the screen layout and Define the screen layout... (IMG> AA > Master Data> Screen Layout for asset classes)
Complete both the steps here and specify the same sccreen layout in your asset class

Error while creating transformation in BI

Hi Experts,
Could you please help me in sloving the below two points in BI.
1. While creating transformation from Data source to infosource in BI, it was throwing error 'Active version of emulated 3.x DataSource XXXXXXX cannot be displayed'. The source system here is another BW 3.5 system. Please help how to create transformation for this.
2. While adding no-cumulative key figure to infosource it gave error ' non-cumulative key figures can't be added to infosource'. Is there any way to add these type key figures to infosource.
Could you please give solution for the above.

Hi,
Check the DataSource is in which version, i mean is it in 3.x or 7. Because we can create the transformations if and only if the DataSource is in 7 version. If it is in 3.x, it will allow u to create Transfer rules. So first migrate the DataSource form 3.x to 7 suing tcode RSDS.
Non-cumulative keyfigures are loaded directly from datasource to data target. System not allows u to maintain at InfoSource level ( I am not sure about this, confirm once).

When i select Adaptive rfc 2 model and then search for the RFC, when i select RFC and click on next i get an error while importing :
Error while creating model classes, operation aborted.
It is working fine in visual composer and i have activated function module, RFC but getting same error. It is also working in web service navigator also.
Can any one help me out??

I have tested the JCO destinations they are working fine and i created a new pair of JCO destinations but unable to import the Adaptive RFC2 Model gives same error but Adaptive webservices are working fine in my NWDS7.2

I have sufficient amount of memory in my drive.
I have imported the DC to other NWDS but it gives same error.
