Creation of tab page in customer master

Please giude me how to create a new tab page in a customer master

please go to Logistic General>>business partner >> Customer >> Create tab lay out
there are many options where u can design ur screen like
Create tab lay out for general data ,Create tab lay out for Sales Area  data,Create tab lay out for Company code  data,Create tab lay out for Customer data
in these option u can even decide the position of Tab by numbering them in serial order

    Check your customers (use tcode XD03 - provide sales area) the Shipping tab
    1) Partial delivery per item
    2) Max. partial deliveries.
    for the Sales Area which is not copying to sales order.
    If it is not maintained, then maintain the same as your requirement.

    Does it involve the output det. proce. where in we use the condition technique?

  • Authorization to particular tabs in the Customer Master

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement where in for the Transaction VA02 some Users should have access to particular tabs like Unloading Points & Contact Persons, but not for other tabs in the General Data tab in the Customer Master Record.
    Can you please suggest how can this be done & whether SD consultants have any role in this.

    You can try acheiving this in following ways
    Goto "OBD2" in account group of the customer select general data, and hide all fields, other than required feilds for the user.
    And assign the stutus profile in sales doc. type Ii.e. for order type "OR".
    Please try this. If  much more control at user level is required for the same scinario please try for an enhancement.

  • Document Tab page in Product Master(commpr01)?

    Hello CRM Gurus,
    I wolud like to know in which business context the Document Tab Page used in creation of Product Master.
    I see that i can attach any Document at my wish.of formats .doc,.xls,.pdf etc.
    But why is it given.?
    If i am creating an IP(Intellectual Property say a Movie Title)
    what can i attach or upload ?what is the business requirement?

    Hi Arshad,
    Document Tab is nothing more then a Informaton storage Point of location.
    For Ex; Say a company for which you are Implementing Deals with Product like Boilers, Lights etc.
    IF there  are mtuliple of choices and infomation related to eachd evice they can store those information in document tab.
    Information like Pictures, Some Text Description message.
    Document tab over here is also the same as you have in Activity, Opportunity Transaction.
    And in that we call them as Long Text storage Areas, so same rule Implies for products Document Tab as well.

  • Date of Creation to be included in Customer Master

    Hi,
    We would like to have Creation Date to be displayed on the customer master . How do we do it.
    We can know this from KNA1, but we would like to have a field in General/Sales area data, where the date of creation can be fed.

    The Additional Data Tab would be a better location to add a feild & pop up the value from KNVV-ERDAT feild or you can also create a text procedure assign it for customer master & populate it as a text.

  • Presence indicators not working on pages using custom master page

    I have a SP 2013 publishing site. I crated a custom master page using Randy Drisgill's starter master page for SP2013. All good so far. Then I created a page to hold a people search (refinement, search box and search results web parts). The search results
    show the staff info and photo but the colour to the left of the image is not there. They are all white. Also when you hover over the image you don't get the popup to send an email or start an IM.
    I initially though it must have been an issue with some of the javascript that my custom master page has included such as jQuery. Swapping back to the Seattle OOTB master page the presence indicators appeared, but it took a long time after the swap - like
    the JS was cached and when I swapped back to my custom master page the presence stuff worked for a little while before disappearing again.
    Then in IE developer tools I noticed that if I set it to use 10 instead of Edge the presence indicators always work. As soon as swapping back to Edge they die.
    So I'm confused as to whether it is a conflict with jQuery or some other JS on my master page or if it is that the IM presence indicators don't work in Edge.
    Has anyone had a similar experience and found an answer?

    No my master page does not have that in it. That is in Randy's 2010 starter master page but not in his 2013 one.
    The issue appears to be this line in the master page which was forcing IE to use Edge rendering engine which the init.js code must not be compatible with.

    Switching to using IE 10 works.

  • Create a blank page without custom master page applied,left navigation,top navigation

    hi,
     i am having a requirement where in i need to a  show a report- which is actually a  3rd party tool's custom web part -. this web part is a report which has lot of metadata. so customer doesnt want to see the custom master page
    or left navigation, top navigation, right nav in this page.
    is it possible to achieve a  blank  web part page that doesnt have custom master page applied- i mean  this page should not inherit the my custom master page- and just add the custom web part here.

  • Creation of partner functions for customer master with LSMW

    Hello,
    I try to create partner functions together with a customer via Batch Input in LSMW.
    Object: 0050, method: 0000, program name: RFBIDE00, program type: B.
    I use the structure BKNVP (Customer master partner functions) to create a new partner and set values for the fields KTONR and PARVW.
    When I start the batch input the fields are filled in correctly in a new dynpro. After the confirmation of these values the dynpro changes back to the partner functions sscreen, but the value for KTONR isn'n being transferred. So I get an error message.
    Is it only possible to update partner functions with that BI or what is going wrong ?

    Rather adding an Extra Field(if your requirement "Taluka" is only for information or statical purpose) you can go with charecterstics and classification.
    In my Client Business, the requirement was to add the " Sales Group's" mobile number and Email id in customer master, so that they can a have report where they easily findout the phone number and mail id for the each sales group. so i have acheived this through Charecterstics.

    - I've covert an HTML file using Design Manager >> Edit Master Pages to convert successfully. Now I've a custom master page.
    - I changed my default master page to custom master page and it looks fine. But the problem is when I try to edit the page all the web parts (snippets) are appears at the bottom of custom master page.
    - So I created new page layout 
    -  After conversion successful.
    - When I can click on new page this message shows up.

    An invalid or empty reference to a Cascading Style Sheet file was specified. Valid references must specify only a filename that ends with a ".css" extension

    Try to restore the previous version of master, page layout and the home page and cross check the malfunctioned part by comparing both current and previous content
    Check for special characters added in page layout ,page
    Cross with the content type mapped with this new page layout
    Check for custom solution is retracted from Farm
    Optionally check for any updates gone in server
    OR
