Creative cloud download center isn't working

I just purchased Photoshop CC and when I try to download it, the Creative Cloud window is just blank - no tabs or any kind of content in the window.
Is Adobe CC down right now? I'd like to start using what I just bought.

There was a problem with AdobeID signin earlier today - but it was fixed about 2 hours ago, and all seems to be working now.

  • Creative Cloud Download buttons don't work (nothing happens)

    Signed up for a creative Cloud trial for my new Mac. When I click on any of the app download buttons nothing happens. have tried both Chrome and Safari.

    Clean the browser's cache entirely from Chrome Settings or Safari preferences. Quit the browser and restart. Now try to download and update the outcome here.

    Problem is because I have random problems with Creative Cloud, I assumed that was the issue and I uninstalled creative could desktop (which is the only thing that has worked for me when this happens) to solve issue when it wasn't working before realizing it was the site that was down.
    I am logged in, but still when I select to download something, and it goes to the download center, the error is still there.

    Check to see if your system meets the minimum requirements. Other have reported that if it doesn't, then PPRO will not show in the list.

    Rename the opm.db file.
    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
    Launch Creative Cloud

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App Doesn't Work Windows 8.1

    The Creative Cloud Desktop App doesn't work on my PC running Windows 8.1. As shown below, no apps appear and the settings dropdown does not function with either left or right click. I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, change the name of the OOBE folder, connect directly to my cable modem by passing my router, removing all internet & firewall protection and I am unable to download any CC apps that I do not have on my PC. I have been updating existing apps from the help menus in the apps and have not used the CC app for downloads for a long time so I do not know when the problem started, but it does not work now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Automatic updates are also not working.

    Turning off "Enable Protected Mode" in the Security Tab of Internet Properties allowed the Creative Cloud Desktop App to function properly. I am still looking for a better long term solution that does not put my computer's security at risk.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop App Does Not Work

    Since the last updates, the Creative Cloud Desktop app no longer works.  That is, I can no longer sync files, upload files, or update apps.  Everything with the Creative Cloud Desktop App used to work fine.  I am using Windows 7, 64 Bit system. 
    The files I try to upload through the desktop app, are under 5 GB.  Some are 10 MB.  When I try to upload a file I get a message that says: Sync Failure - with no detail about the failure.
    When the app tells me there's an update(s), when I either choose one update or update all I get a message that says: Update Failure - with no detail about the failure.
    I have tried to solve this problem by turning file and font sync off and then back on, or logging out and then back in.
    The Abobe Team, should test this product further.  I just want the community to know that this product does not always perform as expected.  Therefore, it's not always reliable.
    I would upload some screen shots, but after pressing the camera icon, the images would not insert.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Are you getting Error code 1 while running CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg file ?
    If so , follow below steps :
    Important :  Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud setup, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon from Activity monitor.
    1)
    Click on the Finder and look for the options listed next to Apple Icon located at the top left corner of the Desktop screen and click on "Go" menu button and select "Utilities" option.
    (Applications>Utiliites)
    Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.
    2)
    Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :
    Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up Selected" .

    am running OSX mountain lion, today the creative cloud app had an exclamation mark on it and said to uniinstal and reinstall a fresh version of creative cloud, i uninstalled it, however i cant seem to be able to download the new app, as the link to the download is broken.

    Please login to www.creative.adobe.com go to tab 'download center'.
    You will see an app named 'Creative Cloud' download and then install it.
    If you still get the same problem I would suggest you to try a different browser like chrome or firefox etc.

    Go to C:/program files(x86)/Adobe/Adobe Help ,
    Move this folder on the desktop ,
    Run the installation again for the software, once installation gets complete, check the adobe help is working fine.

    You haven't provided any information regarding in what way the software was not working.  If you can explain what you encountered when you tried to use it then it might be possible to point you to some helpful information.  If you uninstalled then you should try using the Cleaner tool before reinstalling.

  • I acedentaly deleted the creative cloud downloader and it wont let me download it again ...

    I had photoshop but, the files got damaged, and when It wouldnt let me download photoshop again, i deleted the creative cloud downloader hoping i could download it again and get photoshop again. Please Help
