Credit block in delivery document (not in posting goods issue)

Good afternoon!
When I try to deliver an sales order with exceeded credit limit, the following occurs:
I enter in tcode VL01N, input the order and press enter, then the system issues a warning "Credit user check 1 unsuccessful" because some condition in the user exit LVKMPFZ1 was not satisfied. The problem is that at this point, no document has been sent to VKM1, and neither when I save the delivery.
It is only sent when I enter in the same delivery again and save it one more time, which is a undesireable behavior. Important: the post goods issue doesn´t work at all (which is correct).
Is there any way of sending the delivery document to the VKM1 when I save delivery document in the first time?

  • Sales BOM - Delivery Quantity check during post goods issue

I am working on a problem in my company.  We are running ECC6.0 ehp 4.  We are using standard ERLA functionality with sales bom (5) for product kits.  Delivery manager has requested that we investigate a system check during delivery post goods issue.  THe problem is that when shipper processes delivery, if they have to backorder they update pick and delivery quanity on the TAE item.  They should also update TAQ delivery quantity, so that backorder amount is correct.  If they make data entry error, backorder quantity is incorrect.  The delivery manager has tried a number of attempts to re-train and correct mistakes.  He is now asking that SAP issue a hard error if TAQ and TAE delivery item quantities are not the same.
I have searched on SAP Notes, Forms, and Google and do not see solution.  I know that at delviery item category there is a minimum qty check for the item category.  I've not found a user exit or configuration point that checks quanities.  Does anyone know of out of the box solution?  Or where would I put in custom user exit?
    Test Case
    Create Standard Order
    Enter Material with Sales BOM
    ITEM A     Qty 10
    BOM explodes with Item categories
    ITEM A     TAQ parent
    ITEM B     TAE child
    Create Delivery
Delivery has item categories TAQ and TAE
TAE is pickable, TAQ no pick
    Process TAE
         Pick quantity of 5 items
Change delivery quantity to 5 items
Forget to change TAQ delivery quantity
         Pack 5 items
    Post Goods Issue the delivery.
Is there are requirement/routine than can be run at time of PGI that checks TAQ delivery quantity is the same as TAE delivery quantity.  If quanities are not the same, show hard error and message do not allow PGI to complete.
    Thank you
    Tony Romain

I tried setting that field in the sale order this morning.  By defaulting it to "C"; I was able to get warning message for TAE line.  I was able to post goods with TAE and TAQ, being different quantities.  I need the check to determine if TAE and TAQ delivery quantity are different.  Using this fields seems to be line specific.  Thanks for the suggestion.  I now know what that field does to the delivery.
    I rewarded points.
    Thanks,
    Tony

  • Accounting document while doing Post Goods Receipt

    Hi,
    The scenario is like this.
    1.     Sales order1 is created.
    2.     Delivery document created; PGI (post goods issue) is done. Here the movement type is 601.
I want to get back the material (equipment) for some reason; I want to check the material for its condition. If there is any damage, I have to charge the customer.  So, the material will be received to Return stock by return sales order with reference to the first sales order1 (Movement type 651); then will be sent to Quality (Movement type 457); if it is not damaged will be sent to unrestricted stock (Movement type 321) by transaction code MB1B.
When I am doing the PGI, the accounting document is created; the Inventory account is credited and COGS (Cost of goods sold) is debited.
When I am doing PGR (Post Goods Receipt), the accounting document is not created (Movement type 651).
I have created a new u2018Schedule line categoryu2019 (YL) for the return process with the movement type 651.
I want to get an accounting document while doing PGR. The inventory account is to be debited; the COGS is to be credited.
Can I get the accounting document by changing the movement type in Schedule line category u2018YLu2019?
Please guide me in this regard.
    Regards,
    K Bharathi

    Hi
Can I get the accounting document by changing the movement type in
    Schedule line category u2018YLu2019?
Yes in your schedule line category if the movement type is not 651 then an accounting doc will be created
For movement type 651 there wont be any accounting document
In returns (651M.Type)  If a returns delivery exists, the return should be posted in the Sales (SD-SLS) component, not in the Inventory Management component.
Depending on how Customizing for Sales is configured (the movement type is configured in the step Define Schedule Line Category), the delivery is posted to the following stock:
    - Blocked stock returns (non-valuated, not unrestricted-use) (movement type 651)
    - Unrestricted-use stock (movement type 653)
    - Quality inspection stock (movement type 655)
    - Blocked stock (movement type 657)
If the given quantity is posted to blocked stock returns first, you can make a manual goods movement posting in the Inventory Management component to transfer the quantity to valuated stock.
So, when the goods arrives in so called "Block stock returns" it is not your property, it belongs to the customer (the ownership has not changed) - it is not valuated. Whiles you post the goods to your own (plant) stock by 653/655/657 it becomes your property that's why it is valuated and material document will be created

  • Credit Block On Delivery

    Dear All,
When a customers has an invoice as overdue, he is not allowed to make any sales order as all the orders are blocked. e.g. a sales was made with 30 days payment term 1 month ago and the customer failed to pay it in 1 month so it went overdue today. So all the customers orders will be blocked from today and onwards until he makes payment for that oldest invoice overdue. This is what happens in the current scenario.
    Issue:
As you know that the invoice is overdue today, if an order was made yesterday or before when no invoice was overdue the system will process it forward. No problem if the order is delivered yesterday but if the order is delivered today (when the invoice became overdue) it should not be allowed to do so. i.e. order made on on 25th feb, invoice overdue on 26th, delivery on 26 or after should not be allowed.
    Help Me on this.
    Regards,
    Shahzad Khero

Well the business whats this functionality. They say that when an invoice goes over due, all the pending orders & deliveries should not be allowed to process further. right now this happens at order level. but if an order is made before any invoice goes due, it should not allow to post goods issue of any order made before the invoice went overdue.
I have to configue it on Delivery level, i.e. i have defined a credit group for post goods issue and assigned it to delivery document on both delivery & post goods issue. Then i have created automatic credit management for Credit Control AreaRisk CategoryCredit Group called "For Post Goods Issue".
Now inside the automatic credit management there are 2 columns:
1: Open Items: No check is made with just warning message & Credit block is ticked. Max Open % is 50 & No of Dys Open is 100.
2: Oldest Open Item: Check is made with warning message & credit Block. With days oldest item is only 1.
    Walk me through please.

  • Post Goods Issue - Tracing backward to update Sales Order & Delivery Docs

I have a requirement as follows. I need to do a Sales Document change and a delivery document change prior to  goods Issue being done. The situation is to prevent SAP's normal back order processing from kicking off. I am quite confused about which method to use to achieve this. Wether BAPI &/or BDC &/or User Exit ???
Please help you will be rewarded with points....

    Hello Srinivas
The business requires that like order line items be consolidated to one line item prior to the order going to the warehouse for picking. this will aid in picking at the warehouse as well as result in the customer invoice not reflecting more than one line item for the same material. In the case where the customer has truly ordered more than a case, i.e. 1 case 2 eaches. The documents in SAP should still reflect 2 line items.
The business also states that there be a 1 to 1 relationship between sales order and delv note. This means any unconfirmed line items must be closed out after del. note is created for the sales order. The closing out of the sales order will stop SAP from automatically creating a backorder once the unconfirmed line items become available in inventory.
The business also requires that all partial line items in the delv. due to stock not available at the time of picking (those line items need to be updated) with the pick qty. And the line items which were not picked need to be automatically cancelled out. In addition the order line item must be rejected with a reason code for the line item which were not picked.
We have a daily IDOC interface which creates shipments and updates delivery qty.
I hope that clarifies the business. Pls let me know.

  • Post Goods issue showing wrong accounting figures

    Dear Friends,
I have received a query where there is one sales order with many line item. Delivery is broken up into pieces and so is billing. When I go to the deliver -post goods issue and check for the accounting document for the first delivery, it shows for accounting document figures perfectly fine but when I go to the second delivery - post goods issue, the accounting document generated figures are vague. The figures which should be in lacs are reflected in crores in the accounting document in the Post goods issue.
The Price Control in the Material is Moving Average Price
The pricing procedure does not show anything wrong in the Sales Document.
Kindly suggest me a solution to this problem. This is a very critical issue as the figures are in huge numbers.
    Regards
    Vineet Jain

    Dear Vineet
Really this is a strange problem which should not happen.  Please confirm whether you are facing this issue in all subsequent deliveries or only for that particular sale order.  If it is only for that particular sale order, then I feel, you need to refer to SAP.
Meanwhile, you can cross check the value as follows:-
Go to MB51, give the material code which has got issue, input plant and movement type and execute.  A list will be displayed where press +"Cntrl + Shift + F12"+ so that the system will take you to a screen where for that particular material code and movement type, a detailed analysis will flow with delivery reference.  In the same screen, there is a field "Amount in LC".  Divide this value with despatched quantity and see whether the value here is flowing correctly (ie.it is picking the moving average price) by comparing with material master Accounting1 view.
    thanks

  • Post Goods Issue of Vendor Stock

    Hello.
I have configured Vendor Consignment in an ECC 6.0 system. I have setup up the material, info records ,etc. I am able to create Vendor stock from a goods receipt to a PO.
I have vendor stock which I can pick for a delivery. When I post goods issue I am getting the error VL 604 The storage Location is not defined for delivery item 0010. The stock I am attempting to PGI resided in the Vendor location. How do I get the delivery to find/acknowledge the vendor location? What configuration am I missing?
Thanks In Advance for the help,
    Bob Berneck

    Hello Bob
Since Consignment stock is vendor owned material, I think you need to withdraw, bring it into your own Unrestricted use stock before PGIing it on a Delivery. Or am I mis-oversimplifying your issue?

    Hi All,
In vl02n when i click postgood issue, it should check whether purchase order acknowldgement field in me21n is filled then post good issuse should be done.it its not filled post good issue should not be done. for this which badi or userexit i need to use and where do i need to write the code.

    Hello ,
you can use BADI 'LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT' , this will trigger when you do PGI in VL02N , in that BADI implementation you need to raise/issue Error Message to stop PGI,That Error Should be captured in the Incomplete Log.
for more details , please ref documentation of that BADI.

  • Accounting Document not generated after Post goods issue in delivery order.

    Dear Experts
    Greeting of the daays,
Need your help on below issue.
After making the post goods issue ,the system is not making the accounting document.
The error given by the system is as follows:
Material document 12365 does not include an accounting document
    Diagnosis
The system cannot find an accounting document for the material document 12365.
    Possible reasons for this are:
The goods movement has no relevance to accounting. Therefore, the system did not generate an accounting document for the material document.
The material document is a document that was posted before Release 2.1. Such documents must be converted so that the system can find the relevant accounting document.
The procedure for the subsequent calculation of value is not active in your system. For further information, refer to the documentation on the program for valuating goods movements: RM07MWBU.
__Solution what I tried to solve this issue ,but not successful.__
    __Solution 1- maintain OMS2__
__Solution 2 - maintain OMJJ- movement type 601 - PRCTR is required entry.__
__Solution 3 - price maintain is material master.__
    __Solution 4 - OBYC - BSX - 7920 - GLA/c  and GBB- VAX and VAY - 7920 GLA/c.__
__Pls let me know if there is any confirgation is missing.__

    Hi
    Do this checks:
In tcode OBYC check if you have the proper entries.
Go to tcode OKB9 and do the settings for the G/L acc. that you have in OBYC.
To populate PRCTR you can use OKB9 and you can check if you have values in MARC-PRCTR.
    I hope this helps you

  • Error message KI248 on delivery document when posting goods issue

    Hi,
On the delivery document, when posting goods issue I get the following message:
"Account 60700000 requires an assignment to a CO object
    Message no. KI248
    Diagnosis
All given account assignment objects (order, project) are defined as statistical.
    System Response
Statistical orders or projects are ignored when FI and CO are reconciled. You must enter a cost center, order, project, or cost object to which the costs are posted for CO postings.
    Procedure
Enter a cost center, an order, a project, or a cost object that is not statistical. The posting row affected is 000 and the account is 60700000."
On the sales order I have a statistical order.
CO-PA is active, cost element 607 is included in PA transfer structure.
I also tried with cost center allocation in OKB9.
60700000 is defined  as a cost element (category 1).
    Any suggestion could be helpfull.
    Thanks,
    Lavinia

    Hi,
    Thank for your answer.
I tested with element cost category 12, it's working, but not the way I need: I don't have any value on the cost center.
When I don't have statistical order in sales order, the sistem it's working exactly how I need: the costs are posted on cost center and the VPRS condition is transfered to CO-PA on profitability segment.
Anyway, I finaly make it work with a cost center substitution.

  • Status/Delivery Documents not being updated in C4C from ECC on PGI

    Hi,
We are integrating SAP C4C with ERP via HCI. We have created a followup ‘Sales Order’ from an opportunity in C4C.
On creating the followup sales order this gets created in SAP ERP & we get back the sales order/inquiry number in C4C,but we do not get any status.
Also for the sales order when we try to deliver or do a ‘Post Goods Issue’ in ERP and we deliver goods the document flow in ERP shows’ ‘delivery number’ etc but these statuses are not being updated in C4C.
We have already configured the 'Communication Arrangements ' in C4C, with this scenario as below,
Opportunity with followup business Transaction in ERP ------ > Update opportunity from followup business transaction document.
In HCI we have configured the following template in eclipse :
    ERP to Cod Opportunity Replicate
So,C4C still has just two entries one for inquiry & one for sales order with just the number and no other followup documents details/status ,say PGI --delivery document number etc.Can you kindly help.
    Thanks
    Indrasish

    Hello Indrasish,
If I am not wrong you might be using the URL for Outbound Channel that is mentioned in Catalog (standard scenarios for HCI on HCI tenant). Mind that the Outbound URL for Pricing, Query Sales Quote and Query Sales Order Scenario should be picked up from Services for same which we can get from SICF on ECC. These URL structures are also maintained in 1402 standard document for ERP integration using HCI. Yet mentioning them below:
    u
These URL paths are to be maintained in the Outbound Channel on artifacts related to Request Pricing, Query Sales Quote and Query Sales Order.
Let me know if this is what you were expecting and if this solves your issue.

  • COPA document not generated when Post Goods Issue is reversed.

    Hello Friends,
WE uses Stock Transport Order in two steps for transfering Stock from one plant to another.  We have defined a Condition type FRB1 to capture the Freight cost involved in the stock transfer.
When the Post goods issue is done for the Stock Transport Order. following Accounting documents are generated.
    Accounting
    Profit Center
    COPA
    Spec. Purpose Ledger
    Controlling Document
    Material Ledger document.
But When the Post goods issue is reversed through transaction code VL09 all the above documents are generated except for COPA document. Though in controlling document it shows the object type hit is REO i.e profitability Analysis
For further information we have mapped cost element (600150) with Value field in PA transfer structure (Direct assignment from FI and MM. Movement type used for PGI are 641 & 642.
    Thank you

    Dear Colleagues
I thank all those who put in thier time and efforts for possible solution for my problem. But I could resolve this issue with help from SAP.
Basically in costing based COPA the system does not post the cost of goods sold to COPA during goods issue but it is done at the time of posting the invoice since the system wants to see the revenues and the COGS values together.
Since the system posts the COGS into COPA at the time of invoice posting, you will appreciate that if this is also done during goods
issue then you will have duplicate entries in your COPA (i.e. the COGS will be doubled).
If in transaction VL01N/VL02N a costing-based line item would be posted, the costs would be double in CO-PA (the billing and goods issue). For this reason, no costing based line items will be created in the standard R/3 system for transaction VL01N/VL02N.
If for some reason you still wish to post the COGS to COPA during goods issue you have to do the same thro a modification of the system. In your case you have applied note 214381 for the same. Please note here that movement type '641' is used as an example. For other movement types you will need to code accordingly.
as per note 337488 point 2. the changes of note 214381 were not required in our case. Therefore we reverted these changes in LKEIIF01 and added the relevant coding for movement type 642 in function COPA_DOCUMENT_CHECK as per note 337488 point 2.
Looking forward for your continued support

  • Controlling Document Not Getting Posted

    Dear All,
We have a peculiar scenario of Controlling Document not getting posted. Any pointers on wat could be the issue will be highly helpful.
    Scenario:
We have an interface which posts an accounting document.
    Dr. Expense
    Cr. Balance Sheet.
The Cost Center is supplied thru the interface and FI document and Profit Center Document is posted without any issues. However, CO document is not generated, not sure wat could be the issue. We have performed the basic checks. Also, for the same expense account, we observe some postings have gone into CO where are some didnt'. The difference between documents posted with corresponding CO and documents without corrsponding CO posting is only the "Transaction Key". When we maintain blank Transaction key.. the system posts CO document, when transaction key is "WRX" for that specific GL the system doesn't post.
Not sure why Standard SAP behaves like that. Please advice wat items i need to check to resolve
    this.
    regards
    Diwakar

    Hello,
Make sure in OBYC, for key WRX, you have maintained the GL accounts.

    Ravi
