Credit control area CCAJ not permitted for company code 1301

Hi All,
We have One company code, under that we have two credit Control Areas.
In the Config settings, we have maintained for (Assining the compnay code to Credit Control Area) to one CCA.
Now, it is while creating the Invoice for another CCA. It is throwing the below error.
Credit control area CCAJ not permitted for company code 1301
Message no. F4746
Please guide.

Hi Vinay,
               To do this you have to go to the path SPROFINANCIAL ACCOUNTING-ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLES/PAYBLES-CREDIT MANAGEMENT-CREDIT CONTROL ACCOUNTASSIGN PERMITTED CONTROL AREAS TO COMPANY CODE.  In this activity you can enter additional credit control areas which are allowed for each company code, in addition to this default credit control area.
You can enter these credit control areas in the line item or let the system determine them from the order data, customer data, or a user exit in the order. This way you can use the control area as a flexible internal control instrument and data which has to be posted in the same company code for accounting reasons no longer has to be managed in the same control area.

    Check whether u have maintained the combination in SPRO-Financial Accounting-A/c Rec and Pay-Credit Mgmt-Assign permitted Credit control areas to company code.

  • Vendor not permitted for company code

    Dear experts,
    While raising the PO in srm I am getting the error message as 'Vendor not permitted for company code'.
    When I checked vendor details in srm and back end, vendor is exist for particular company code and purchasing ord combination. 
    What might be the reason for this error?? can you please share your thoughts about this??

    Hi. Check all the blocking and deletion flags in both systems, especially looking at the "central block" and "archiving" flags in transaction BP in SRM.

  • SAP Error "Trader does not exist for company code"

    Good Day,
    In SAP, we have multiple users in the role of trader. However, for one user, he keeps getting the message "Trade <name> does not exist for company code <code>" when he hits enter on the first screen of transaction TX01.
    We have copied the profile of another user who is not getting that error, but still he keeps getting the error. What else should we check apart from the profile?

  • Credit Control area field not appearing in FBCJ

    Hi
    I got some amount in cash (advance from customer). Since i got cash, my requirement is that my credit should be increased with that amount.
    It works perfectly fine when i get advance in bank. Its because there is field for entering sales credit area in F-29 (advance from customer). But there is no credit control area field in FBCJ (cash journal).
    I checked layout also (where i can make fields visible / invisible at the time of posting FBCJ entry). But that field is not there.

We made KKBER (Credit control area) parallel to product division in SD and were planning to book all collections with respect to KKBER but FBCJ was the main hindrance in doing so. We raised an OSS note and their reply was as
    Dear Customer:
    My understanding is that you want to enter "Credit Control Area" during
    FBCJ. I am sorry it is not support by standard program. We received
    several same cases from other customer and develper replied as below:
    There are two ways through which this is possible. But both are in
    combination with a modification.
    1. If rules are definite and no manual input is necessary customer can
    use a substitution at point 2.
    But note that fields BSEG-KKBER is not free to substitute in
    standard.
    This could be changed - but it is a modification.
    Therefore please take a look at note 842318 under 2. b).
    2. The other way is to enhance the table 'TCJ_POSITIONS' and the Dynpros cash journal. This could be done like described in note 214104. In
    this note the field assignment was added to the screens of cash
    journal. This is only an example for what to do. Split screens are
    not considered in this note. Are enhancements of the split screens
    necessary? All enhancements have to be done in manual and are
    modifications.
    Ultimately instead of going for modifcation in standard screen of FBCJ we resorted to block cash collections in FBCJ and routed them all through F-28 or F-29. Please aslo have a look at 1068200 . Hope this piece of information will help you.

  • Credit control area field not appearing in XD02

    In my ZDOM customer account group, i have made credit control field as mandatory. Hence it appears in sales area data when i create customer (i.e. XD01).
    When i do XD02 (to change credit control area), credit control area is getting hidden. Its not appearing in XD02. Please help

    You will have to use T code OB20 here in order to make the Credit Control Area field visible in T code XD02.
    The only problem here is that when you make the field Credit Control Area visible in T code XD02 using T code OB20, it will be visible for all account groups, not only for account group ZDOM.

  • G/L account 195800 does not exist for company code 7000

    Here is my code to create a customer.
    When I run it I get the above mentioned error.
    Ive checked the SKB1 table and these 2 entries exist. Infact i even went to the corresponding function module SD_CUSTOMER_CHECK_1 which performs the said validation.
    There is a select query on line 919 which does this. However that query is not finding the value in the table.
    Im working on SAP 4.7 system.
    Please help.

    These are the three transaction code you can used for releasing the SAP credit management block.
    VKM3 - Sales Order
    VKM5 - Delivery Order
    VKM4 - Both Sales Order and Delivery Order
    There are basically two types of customers:
    1)Credit worthy
    2)Normal customers
    Coming to credit worthy customers these customers we can believe and we will give some credit ness for them.For such a type of customers we are going to set them some credit limit.Based on that we will give service to them till that limit.It the limit crosses we will get the messages while creating orders for them.
    Their credit limit can be set in FD32 T.Code.
    Automatic credit check will be maintained in OVA8
    Follow these steps:
    1. Go to IMG - enterprise structure - definition - financial accounting - define credit control area.
    2. Assignment of company code to credit control area & sales area to credit control area.
    3. Go to OVAK select ur sales document type and in the check credit column choose from A B or C. D is for automatic credit control for which you have to maintain the credit group and risk categories.
    4. In FD32 you select your customer and click on STATUS icon and press enter. here u maintain the credit amount allowed. but this is done by the Finance people.
    5. Now when you create the sales order and if the amount exceeds the credit limit then u will get the message as you maintained in the TC OVAK.  Normally the system starts doing credit checks from the second sales.

    I've created & assinged controlling area to the company code , But then When I used PPOME to create org unit and assign the Controlling area , It did not exist in the list ? How can i configure this

    Hi,
    Check in V_TKA01_GD table (assign company code to controlling area) whether controlling area is assigned to company code properly or not. If it is assigned properly then in PPOME Tcode in Account Assignment tab once you enter your company code Controlling area will be selected automatically.
    If controlling area is not assigned to company code properly then you will not able to see that in PPOME. In this case you can take help from FI consultant as they only create Controlling area and assign it to company code.

    My client is using ECC6 version and they activated credit control area, as I know that 1 company code can have 1 credit control area and 1 credit control can be assigned with multiple company codes,. but in one of my client company code is assigned to 4 credit control area through

    The multiple assignemnet of credit control allows you to use multiple credit control for customers. Thus in FD32 you can use these assigned different credit control area and maintain the credit limit for each area.

    Hi all,
    Two credit control areas will be maintained for a customer. During sales order entry, based on material group of the material specified, credit control area should be determined through user exit.
    May i have which user exit will help me, also i used USER_CREDIT_CHECK1. Its not working.

  • New Credit Control area not considering Recievable amount

    Dear All,
    We have created two credit control area  "1000" and "2000" for a company. A customer should be assigned to one credit area only.
    Mistakenly user have assigned  wrong credit area  "2000"  for customers and  transactions have been processed for it. Now the problem is that when i create  correct credit control area "1000"  and check the recievable on FD32  for new credit control area  it is showing "ZERO" Balance for recievables.     Kindly check the below settings
    1.Assign  new credit control area to company code
    2.Do the settings in OVA8 -automatic credit control area with combination of Credit control area/Risk category /credit group.
    3.Update the receivables by running the report  RFDKLI20
    if you
    5.Maintain the Subtotal 'A' in the pricing procedure against which value the sytem should check the credit limit.
    1.New credit control area
