CRM - CSAT  Extractors  ( Customer Satisfaction Extractors )

Hello All,
We are Implementing CRM , and I need to Extract the data from CSAT Extractors to BW . I think the name CSAT is Project Specific.
Can anyone help me in understanding the overall Functinality, which Datasources I need to look in .

Thanks for your reply. I found many usefull information in the link that you informed. Data Sources on Controlling, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, CRM and other subjects. But only description.
I'm more focused on the conceps and processes od Data Extraction.
I'm quite well informed on LO Cockpit (Negro's blogs, OSS Note 505700, power point, many threads).
LO Cockpit has many special concepts and processes (setup table, delta queue, delta processes ABR, AIE, ADD, restructuring, Collective Run, etc). But have seen almost nothing on SAP Help.
I know that FI-SL and CO-PA have other concepts, and that there are specific processes for creating the Data Sources. I didn't find detailed documentation about these concepts and processes on SAP Help. The same for LIS (although outdated).
And the other BC Data Sources, how do they work? Do the control Delta? If not, how can we control it? By selection criteria, using safety limits?
I would d appreciate an indication on these themes.

    The customer service representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries and complaints related to sales processing. He assists and advises his own customer area, and is responsible for optimal processing of the sales process as far as delivery and shipment. His aim is to raise customer satisfaction.
    The customer service representative carries out the following tasks:

    Where do you expect to fill in surveys in IC_AGENT role? Or where do you do this? Because I've also wondered for which purpose we can use surveys created in IC Application?
    As far as I remember you can not use IC Application of the survey within Interaction Record. Only surveys from Activities Application can be maintained there.
    Also to fill in survey in the interaction record you need to maintain some addition points. Surveys should be filled in general view of a business activity. I mean there is a [Note 1424852 - Interaction Record: Enable Navigation to Business Activity|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1424852] which provides a possibility to navigate from IC Interactio Record's view to general Business Activity. Then you can navigate to the survey from there.
    There is no standard report available for evaluation of results of surveys in WebUI. Options are to use Transaction Launcher to bring GUI report to WebUI or to use BI. At least in SAP CRM 7.0.

  • How do you invoke the customer satisfaction guarantee on HP photo paper?

    OK, perhaps this is a silly question, but I can't find anything on the HP site or forums that addresses this.  How does one invoke the customer satisfaction guarantee on HP photo paper?  The instructions in the box (and website) tell me to call HP customer care.  I did that, and spent 25 minutes having a technician tell me it was a problem with my printer (HP Photosmart C6180), my printer was out of warranty, and I would need to exchange it and pay a fee to upgrade to a newer model with a 1 year warranty.  She seemed not to care or know anything about the customer satisfaction guarantee for paper; she was only trained to tell you the problem was most surely with the printer.
    In case anyone here can help, I have the HP Premium Plus 4x6 glossy paper, and whenever I use it the picture quality is extremely poor--not at all what I expected from the paper.  It appears the ink has "balled" up, and it looks very splotchy.  I am setting the paper type appropriately when printing, and I use original HP 02 inks.  When I use other photo paper to print photos, they come out perfectly.  Having wasted quite a bit of ink and paper trying different things, I'm just not satisfied and would like to discuss this further with HP.

    The only numbers available (I've just reached over and picked up a box of premium plus 4X6 from my supply shelves to look) are on the bottom end back of the box.  They are directly under their corresponding bar codes; the Product Number (for 4X6 premium plus it's Q1978AC) and what looks like the SKU (on my box, ignoring the small 8 and 5 at either end, that reads 0873654213).  Additionally, there is a "Lot Number" (printed in white dot printing on a gray box background) directly above the product number (which should have "US" in the upper left, and a string below that...mine is US00204805).  There is no number on the back of the paper, just the HP logo and a string of 6 small dots under it in a diagonal pattern spread across it.
    So, I expect they want all three; Product Number, SKU, and Lot Number...the last likely so that that can pull a lot sample from their QA inventory and attempt to reproduce the issue back at the lab.

  • What is it with Verizon lately and their lack of concern for customer satisfaction?

    I am increasingly frustrated with Verizon and their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.  I have been with them since they began and through the years they have become less and less customer friendly.  All I want to do is do an early upgrade to the IPhone 6, I have one line that is out of contract, two that will be up in May and one in October.  All the lines are eligible for early edge but only if we take a Motorola phone we do not want because they have some contact with them to push phones no one wants.  Seriously Verizon what the heck is wrong with you, trying to force people who have been loyal to you to take a phone they don't want because they paid you to do so.  I'm not trying to leave for the competition but at this point I may have to.  I had even checked back in November when I saw we were eligible for the early edge and was told we could only do the Motorola phone but that promotion would be over Dec 31 and after that we could upgrade to any phone we wanted.  Imagine my disappointment when we go to a verizon store to find out that was a lie and they entered into another lame contract with Motorola to push a diffent phone (last years model that didn't sell) and we would be forced to take one.  I contact customer service and was told to bad, sorry we lied to you but it's either that phone or wait out your contract.  Well maybe it's time to switch because it's very obvious that Verizon no longer cares about their customers, hey Verizon can you hear me now?

    I'm not trying to get out of my contract, I have been with Verizon for 15+ years and have always been able to do an early upgrade, we just forgo the discount $50 or $100 we would get off the new phone.  I have been told several times by Verizon employees that if I am within 6 months of my contract end I could do an early upgrade I just would not get the additional money off.  I was also told in November that I could do the edge up for any phone after Dec 31st.   I was lied to and that seems to be happening more and more.  Verizon has been changing its practices to the detriment of its loyal customers.  One of the reasons I liked Verizon and stayed with them for so long was because they were always willing to work with their customers and Verizon can change or alter their agreements anytime they want.  I wish they would train their emploves not to be deceptive and tell people one thing and then do another. I can understand if I was trying to cancel my contract but I am not and would be extending my contract by two years as opposed to leaving in the next 6 months.

  • Build customer satisfaction servey in uccx

    Hello Gentlemen,
    I was just wondering if its even possible to build a customer satisfaction servey using uccx.
    Scenario : once an agent finishes a call with a customer, he/she can transfer to a number, this # exists on uccx as a trigger, and goes through script which prompts the caller with bunch of question, can be yes or no type or 1 to 5 (1 being dissatisfied with the call, 5 being extremely satisfied  and so on) then the scripts takes all these and inputs it in a database.  We then should be able to pull that report somehow.

    Alright, so I assume it is a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database server. You will need to download the JTDS driver, extract the driver JAR file, upload it and insert the JDBC URL. You will need the IP address, the instance name (if not the Default one is used), the database (~ schema) name.
    Ask your database guys to create a separate database for you.
    About the data structure: it's really up to you.
    For instance, I would create a table like this:
    CREATE TABLE survey0 (id BIGINT PRIMARY KEY IDENTITY(1,1), answer1 INT, answer2 INT, answer3 INT)
    This would allow me to store the answers for three questions, with numeric (integer) values.
    Try to do all this and if you're stuck, come back to us, we will deal with the UCCX scripting after you set up and intergrated your database with UCCX.

    you kind of answered this question yourself... CRM is structured completely different than R/3 (ECC), so you can't assume the extractors for CRM will be similar to the ones for R/3 (ECC)
