CRM sales order and APO ATP check

Hi!
which steps are done when an ATP check ist triggered in APO by a CRM sales order item?
- are temporary quantity assignments created in APO?
- are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved?
- are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO?

Hi,
Find answers below for each of your question.
which steps are done when an ATP check ist triggered in APO by a CRM sales order item?
- are temporary quantity assignments created in APO?   YES.
- are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved? YES. As normal behaviour.
- are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO? Sales orders are flown from CRM to ERP (Middle ware) and from there we used to CIF to SCM. No idea abt sales order transfer from CRM to SCM.

  • CRM sales order and APO transaction /n/SAPAPO/AC03

Which sales order is seen in /SAPAPO/AC03 or /SAPAPO/RRP3 when you create an CRM sales order (ATP check is done in APO) and the order is replicated in ECC?
Is the CRM sales order or the ECC sales order item displayed in the APO product availability overview?

    Hi Marc,
The ECC sales order display depends on the availability of integration
model and active ATP fields maintained in ECC material master
In APO, the product view display is controlled in Order view
    customisation at APO under PPDS

  • CRM sales order and rules-based ATP

    Case:
CRM sales order calls SCM APO for an ATP check.
    Rules-based ATP is triggered.
CRM sales order is saved and replicated in R/3.
    Question:
Is it possible that the ATP check (wie rules-based) is triggered in CRM again?
Or must the CRM sales order item be cancelled?
Thanks a lot for your help.

  • CRM sales order and data base field in R/3

Where can I see in R/3 that the replicated CRM sales order is created in CRM?
Is there a field e. g. in the data base table VBAK or VBAP?

    Hi,
you can find the information in VBAK table in field LOGSYSB, which is the logical system with which document was created.
Enter the CRM logical system name in this field, and you will find all the orders created in CRM system.

  • Urgent : Availability check in CRM sales order using APO system

    Hi,
When we create sales order in CRM while entering vendor in the line item alongwith product and quantity, it goes for a Quantity Allocation check in APO system. Is there any standard BADI or User Exit to receive the information from APO to CRM system, so that using that we can provide the error msg in case of order quantity is more than with the allocated quantity.
    Thanks in advance.
    Kartavya

    Hi,
You can use BADI CRM_AV_CHECK_APO_01 for the purpose.
You can make use of any of the 2 methods of this badi:
    CHANGE_APO_RESULT_CRM_FORM
    CHANGE_APO_RESULT_NATIVE_FORM

  • Sales order unknown in ATP check

    Hi,
We are using Global ATP in SAP APO 7.0 EHP2 with SAP ECC 6.0. When we run the ATP check for a material we get entries with confirmed quantities referring to sales order number <unknown>. We can also see these confirmed quantities against unknown order numbers in TA /SAPAPO/RRP3, in the "ATP" tab. These entries do not appear in the "Elements" tab. When entering GT_IO in the transaction code window we can see the internal order numbers for the <unknown> orders. But we are not able to delete these orders anyhow. I have tried the following reports/transactions:
    - Report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 (APO) (no inconsistencies)
    - Report SDRQCR21 (ECC) (no inconsistencies)
    - TA /SAPAPO/CCR (no inconsistencies found)
    - Report /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS (message "Order does not exist, no action executed")
    - TA /SAPAPO/AC06 (no TQAs found for the material)
    - TA /SAPAPO/OM16
Anyone experienced a similar situation, and was able to remove the inconsistent entries?
    Thanks in advance!
    Kind regards,
    Geir Kronkvist

    Thanks again!
Using Selection via product number, category = 'BM', I get the message
    /SAPAPO/OE           015
No orders could be determined for the selection
Since there is no OLTP order number, I cannot use selection via document number.
    Kind regards,

  • PO Creation after CRM Sales Order Creation

I am creating a CRM Sales Order and the moment I save the CRM Sales Order,
it creates a PO in ECC. I need to find out how PO is getting triggered?
When I open the CRM Sales Order it shows a PO already created for this Sales Order.
Has anyone face this or same kind of scenerio ever? If yes please let me know how can fnd the triggering point of PO creation.
    Thanks in advance!!
    Sachin

    Hi Mathivana,
I had faced these issue several time. As per SAP standard logic whenever you saved order in CRM it replicate immediatly in ERP till that time the order will be locked for any further change in CRM to save transaction data intigrity. The lock gets removed once the CSA queue(notification) from ERP update in CRM than unlocked.
You check the in SMW01 transaction and perform search with order number you will find Bdocs are in Intermediate stage(I can't tell reason as it can be so many reason why Bdocs get stuck) -Select and activate the Bdocs once again if you are lucky and it activated your order till be unlocked.
Or else user report most common for this issue "CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS" pass order number number and document type to unlock distribution than you will be able to change order.
100 % sure shot answer. Appriciate if points alloted
    Thanks,

  • Configurated sales orders and block planning

    Hello
We plan to implement ECC configurated sales orders and APo DP and block planning.
We is the preferable process :
    - create the production orders in ECC at time of sales orders creation and run heuristics in apo to cover forecast with planned orders
    - send sales orders in Apo run heuristic and convert planned orders to production orders to cover sales orders?
thanks in advance for your help
    Patrice

    Hi Patrice,
The second process that you have mentioned,
send sales orders in Apo run heuristic and convert planned orders to production orders to cover sales orders?
is the effective and business advantageous process in which you can get optimised plan output planned through APO.

  • Difference in Material availability date for ECC ATP check & for APO ATP check in the same order

    Hi Gurus,
I have a question: on what basis material availability date is calculated in forward scheduling?
    Eg:
For a customer GR hours are maintained in unloading point calendar in customer master and Customers are not CIF'ed across to APO.
GR hours are maintained for weekdays from 8:00 to 12:00 & 1:00 to 6:00.
In a sales order with two line items with Requested date today & plenty of stock on hand for two products( ECC & APO) where line 10 (product 1) triggers ECC ATP check & line 20 (product 2) triggers APO ATP check at same location (loc1).
RDD is today, material availability date for ECC ATP check (line 10) is today (working as expected) but where as the material availability date for APO ATP check (line 20)is pushed to next day by which for the same customer there are different delivery dates. And two delivery notes will be created & truck will be on road at different times for the same customer which is unacceptable.
What am I missing here to get the material availability date as today for forward scheduling? Please guide me on this.
    Thanks,
    Nihar

    Hi Nihar
Though the logic you mentioned makes sense. I am confused here with the data you have provided:

In the first row, the difference in RDD in UTC and UTC+6 is 6 hours. However, in the last three rows I can see the difference between UTC time and UTC+6 time is 7 hours. Would you know the reason to this? Also, in the first four rows, CET time = 7:24 which should had been 19:24. Please correct me if I am missing something here.

  • Availability check on storages in sales order and delivery documents

    Hi all,
I'm verifying if it's possible to find a standard or a custom solution for this type of problem:
I have a scenario in which there are more storages relevant for MRP (ex. 01, 02, 03, 04), and, in if I check availability in sales order or delivery (using checking rules "A" or "B") with setting which considering storages location inspection in availability check control, system check if there's stock available on all these storages.
I'm trying to verify if it's possible to consider only some on these storages (ex. 01 and 03 only) in sales order and delivery documents availablity check.
I know that in sales order storage location field is normally filled only using exit, but i don't know if it's possible to do, using a user exit, check availability considering only some storages and not all. At delivery level i have tried to use stock strategy, but this functionality don't have consequences on availability check, also if it's relevant during good issue phase.
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.
    Regards
    Gianpaolo

    Hi Gianpaolo,
We had some issues with availability check on a Customer Site.
I don't remember right now if we had to exclude storage locations from MRP to take them out from ATP, but I guess Shiva is 100% correct.
At the end, what was done was to always "force" a unique storage location in the sales order item, which will be the storage location used for shipping of the delivery of course.
If you use WM in your plant, then you will have no problem in having a unique storage location, so no problem.
Anyway you are correct in your analysis, if the Storage location is not informed in the sales order item, then all the plant stock is taken in account for ATP.

  • Doubt in CRM sales order Cube and ODS

    Hell Friends,
We have a standard cube '0CSAL_C03' and ODS '0CRM_SALO' for CRM sales order.
ODS is attached with infosurce(datasource) -0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I and 80CRM_SAL2(this is update rules-another sales order items(lean extraction) ODS - 0CRM_SAL2).
we have another ods(lean extraction)- 0CRM_SAL2 and again it is attached with 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I.
Could anybody explain me why two ods ar coming for sales order- crm.
Can we use two ods or only one ods-0CRM_SALO?
Could you pls. check it the system under- crm  application component and let me know what is the best way for going impls.
    Thanks,
    Mahantesh

    Hi!
actually they definatly use Bdocs because messages bdocs are the main communication elements in CRM.  you will definatly find them in SBDM.  Bdoc are simmilar idoc's  they used to send information between CRM transactions and ERP systems, mobile clients or to BW.  there are 2 types of Bdocs message bdocs(M Bdocs) and synchronization Bdocs (S Bdocs). Sbdocs are used for sycronizing between moblie clients and  CRM online. M bdocs are used for communication within CRM and also for exachange information between R/3 and CRM as well.
So for sales we normally configure our standard Bdocs or we can modell our own bdocs.  lean Bdocs are message bdocs but have only subset of all the fields in a transaction and used for updating only those fields. usage of them can be verified only CRM specialists. it depends on how your organizational sales process is configured in CRM.
in SALES we normally use bdoc  BUS_TRANSACTION_MESSAGE this is used for most of the transactions in CRM. so you got to confirm from your team if they are using any other bdocs for slaes additional to the above mentioned.

  • Availability Check during Sales Order and Inventory Adjustment

Hi, I have a small doubt here regarding the availability check during the sales order creation. When a sales order is placed, the availability check is performed. If the material is available, then a confirmed sales order is recorded and sales order note is placed to the customer. If the material is not available, then a transfer of requirments is passed to MM for that material. Am I clear upto this point ? Apart from this, I have another confusion, when a customer places a sales order and it is confirmed, then are the stocks from the inventory get reduced that time itself ? Or the ordered stock is moved to restricted stock and while doing the PGI in delivery the actual stock is reduced from the inventory. Please confirm. Also add your knowledge here if you feel so. Thanks.

    Hi,
The stock will not get reduce from the inventory till PGI is done. However, with respect to the availabillity check, we can control the system to take into consideration of the open orders and open delivery. If the system considers the open order of 5 quantity and the user create a order for 5 quantity for which stock available is 5.Then the system will give as no stock available while PGI even though if the stock are avaialble.

    Nithin.

  • Sales office authorization check in  customer master,Sale order and billing

    Hello Experts
We need to restrict authorization for customer master, sale order and billing based on sales office.
Can somebody guide me how to activate this ?  Has anyone of you have successfully done that?
    Regards
    kumarlib

    Hello Kumar,
User authorization is within Basis expertise, but if you want to get some feel for what authorization objects are take a look at trans SUIM.  But basically how it works is for a given transaction the level of check is specified -- in this case Sales Office.  Based on values stored in that field the user is allowed or not allowed transaction access.
So you determine whatever the needed matrix is for authorization restriction (i.e. user A can access Sales Office xxx, user B can access Sales Office yyy & so on).  Also give Basis the transaction codes to restrict, along w/the technical table/field for each (like from customer master - KNVV-VKBUR, from sales doc level VBAK-VKBUR). Basis sets up the authorization object w/assignments to the users accordingly.
This is standard SAP & your Basis support should be familiar with it.  Good luck.
