CRM to BW All Languages not getting Populated for DS 0CRM_LI_ID_TEXT

Hello Experts,
We are using Datasource 0CRM_LI_ID_TEXT for retrieving the text for Info Object LI_GUID.
In CRM system (In RSA3 - Extractor Checker) the texts are present in EN, DE, JA and other languages.
However while loading in BW only the EN and DE languages are getting populated and other languages are not even extracted from CRM.
Both the CRM and BW systems are Unicode systems and we are not able to figure out the reason for this.
Please help if know about the issue or have faced something like this.

When I am trying to create material manual for sales view material is getting created and the table MVKE(Sales Data for Material) is getting populated with the sales data. But when i Am trying with LSMW METHOD

    materials are geeting created but the sales data is not getting populated in the table MVKE(Sales Data for Material) and LSMW program also not showing any error.
Can any one tell me what is teh problem here.

along with VKORG, VTWEG in <b>BMM00</b> are you mapping the below one's also.
BMM00-XEIV1 = 'X'. "sales 1 view
BMM00-XEIV2 = 'X'. "sales 2 view
this will enable the sales(1/2) view.

Addition of a Field in EKKO/Data not getting populated for that field

Hi All,
I have added a Z Field in EKKO Table through the Append Structure "CI_EKPODB".
There are around 2000 records in EKKO and for all the records that Z field is Blank.
But, when I write a Select Query in Program to Fetch the Records where that Z Field is BLANK, I get only 50 Records.
The same happens when I Execute SE16 for EKKO by giving condition Z Field = INITIAL. I get only 50 records in the output.
Please help me understand why I dont get all the Records where that Z Field is INITIAL?
Is any customization required or is this a Technical Issue?

hi rohan,
if you are adding a field in a table by append structure then make that field as ZZ instead of Z to differentiate it from normal fields.
now when you have created the field in a append structure then if have not checked the initial flag.thats why u are getting this data inconsistency.
this is because earlier 2000 entries are prestent in the table , now when you add another field in the table then that field will not have value for those 2000 records.
now when you create the fiels select the init flag field,if you select this then new flag field will NOT NULL,so initial values will be filled for that field for existing 2000 records.
Note : NULL and INITIAL are different things, NULL means not defined and initial means which is having its initial value.
check that init flag and u will get those 2000 records, you are getting inconsistent data now becuse value for that field is null ie not defined.
hopr this will solve ur post and u wil get the concept of append structure.

In VA01 In Schedule line Delivery date not getting populated

Hello,
We have developed enhancement for VA01 tcode.
Depending upon the quatity entered for a material it should show one more item as free good.
If quatity is 10 for a line item 10 then it should show item 20 by default same mateerial and quatilty as 1.We have done this it is working fine.
But if we select free good item in our case it is 20 and click on schedule line item buttom all quaitity fields getting populated.but delivery date not getting populated for only free good.for line item 10 it showing properly.
Can any one please suggest what i need to do in order to display delivery date for free good.

Actually i have seen technical settings for that field.it is rv45a-etdat.this field has value till MV45AFZZ.seen in debugger.
Looks like it is clearing some where after the above include.Any suggisitions welcome.Thanks again.

Forecasting information not getting populated

I maintained the forecasting view for all my raw materials and finished goods.
most of my FERTS are MTO .
I am using strategy 82 or 86 or 50 for them.
but the consumption information is not getting populated for these materials.
Its getting populated for all the raw materials and and packs.
its not getting populated for FERTS .

Check the movement type which is being used to perform the PGI. This movement type must be defined for updating the consumption values, please check this in OMJJ.

Drop down vales not getting populated all the records

Hi,
I have the scenario. Drop down has the values. But it is getting populated for only one record. Second record drop down is there, but values are not there.It is blank from second record.

Sorry for the confusion.
I am working on xml schema offline scenario. I have 10 line items. It has one drop down list. I have populated the value in drop down. But in the first item drop down list, the first value is appearing as deafult one. From the second line item onwards, it is not appearing as default value. When you dropped down on the list, I can see all the values. I want all the drop down list, the first value should be appear as default value.

Field in ALV not getting populated

           I need some help. I am displaying an ALV with fields.
    GROUP     G/L ACCOUNT     Local currency       USD     Period
       100              10                       5                       5           12
       100               11                      6                       4            12
now i have added an extra field TXT20 in the as last field of structure
    GROUP     G/L ACCOUNT     Local currency       USD     Period      TXT
       100              10                       5                       5           12          aa
       100               11                      6                       4            12         ab
TXT should come as 3rd coloumn in the output.
EXAMPLE:
     GROUP     G/L ACCOUNT       TXT      Local currency USD     Period
       100              10                      aa                  5              5           12
       100               11                     ab                   6             4            12
I have changed the coloumn positions in the field catalog accordingly and I have not written or changed any select queries from earlier output.
now my problem is PERIOD field is not getting populated in the ALv,the data is visible in the IT_FINAL which I am passing to Reuse_alv_grid_display. the field catalog is also getting build properly.
so plz suggest some changes so that I can move ahead.

I don't know what's the reason and now I have no environment to test it, but you can try other way:
1. define your fieldcate one by one as the sequence of your output like
      GROUP         G/L ACCOUNT          TXT           Local currency         USD          Period
      In this situation, you needn't use component -- position of fieldcate structure. Pay attention to
      fieldname in upper case.
   2. If only doing step1 has no effect, then adjust your structure of internal table. Sequence your
       component of IT_FINAL as the output field like step1.
   If still no effect, please let me know.

IS Retail - Inventory - Retail price BWGV0 is not getting populated

We have activated IS retail industry specific indicator in SBIW. Fo some reason when I do RSA3 in '2LIS_03_BF' , all the stock movements are displayed but the retial price field BWGV0 is not getting populated. Do you guys have come across this situation ? Please let me know.

Users details not getting populated in the portal tables..

We have implemented single sign on (SSO) and we do not create users in the portal as user/pwd come from OID.
Now becoz of this the portal tables are not getting populated.I require that all the users of the OID to be populated in the portal tables. How can I do it.I depserately require it.

You can use the function wwsec_api.activate_portal_user to create the shadow records in the portal repository.

WBS element is not getting populated in Excise entry in Project billing

We have the case where we are doing the billing from manufacturing plant against Project. While billing WBS element is appearing in the invoice but in excise invoice entry same is not getting populated. This is affecting RR and P&L.
Can you help me by providing the standard solution to meet this requirement or update if we can meet this requirement by some function module or through any exit.

In transaction" VTFA" and for your sales and billing type,select your item category and in the same scree,your pricing type should be "D".This will copy all the conditions from sales order item.

Assignment field is not getting populated in KSB1 for posting key 50

Hi All,
We are uploading entries thru excel in SAP.
For posting key 50 assignment field is not getting populated in KSB1.
But for posting key 40 it is getting populated correctly.
All setting (FSG, posting key details) are same for both the keys.
No substitution defined in SAP.
There is no issue for FBL3N for both the posting keys, only issue with KSB1.
Any idea what could be the reason for this?

KSB1 is CCtr report..
if it is revenue normally it will be treated as statistical posting in CCtr accounting- for the cost element when it is defined as revenue element.. - check Cost elements - whether it is Cost and cost reducing or revenue element--
possibility this can be one of the reason.

ALV Block list. Field name at user command not getting populated

Hi All,
I'm trying to use ALN block list. Field catalog is built using the REUSEALVMERGE FM.
I've put hot spot on some fields. When I'm trying to capture the data when user clicks on the hotspot field the structure that comes in the user_command subroutine is not getting populated with the fieldname. But it is getting populated with the tabname and value is also coming properly.
FORM user_command
          USING
          ucomm    TYPE sy-ucomm
                selfield TYPE kkblo_selfield.
What could be the possible reason?

Currency Field - KOMK-WAERK not getting populated

Dear All,
In my infoset, i am reading the value from KONV table. But when i generate the infoset, system prompts a Warning Message saying:
Currency Field KOMK-WAERK will not be filled. Affected currency amount fields: (& it gives out the list of fields).
In my data section when i put TABLES KOMK, then the message does not appear, but the currency field still does not get populated when i execute the query.
Any suggestions as to how i can make the currency field populate in my output?
Await inputs.

Is not KOMK a structure, you need to fill this structure. Try to map required fields as following :
CLEAR KOMK.
KOMK-MANDT = SY-MANDT.
KOMK-KALSM = VBDKR-KALSM.
KOMK-FKART = VBDKR-FKART.
KOMK-KAPPL = 'V'.
IF VBDKR-KAPPL NE SPACE.
KOMK-KAPPL = VBDKR-KAPPL.
ENDIF.
KOMK-WAERK = VBDKR-WAERK.
KOMK-KNUMV = VBDKR-KNUMV.
KOMK-VBTYP = VBDKR-VBTYP.
KOMK-BUKRS = VBDKR-BUKRS.
KOMK-BELNR = VBDKR-VBELN.

i have to create a layout set with two pages, and fill the first page with ekko data and second page with ekpo data. i have designed the layout set. but the values are not getting populated in my form and logo is also not displaying.....

Hi,
1.Delete the Logo Command from the Textelement.And re include from Include ->Graphics->Stored document server>Select logo>execute.
2.Have you written the Driver program for the Layout.
IF yes,Have you assign the Form and Driver program in NACE.
3.If yes,Then Debug the Driver and Script ,check those values are coming or not.
