CS4 Master Collection will not install

Question

This issue has not been resolved since 9/3. I have already called tech support and they concluded that the problem might arise from a corrupted disc, and sent me a set of replacement discs. This is not resolving the issue.
Has anyone ever had an issue where you double-click on a setup file and nothing happens (even in safe mode)?
A friend suggested dowloading the trial version, and then activate with my serial number. It was also suggested that the installation default directory doesn't have sufficient space. I have 500GB of free space total. Any truth to this?

The CC Cleaner Tool didn't do anything.  It said it didn't find anything.
I did troubleshoot the install log and found this:

What do I do now???  I guess it is saying the Object already exists, but I haven't installed yet.
