CTIOS 6.0 ERRORS: AGENTS CANNOT LOG IN

Hello,
I'm having a problem cisco Cisco IPCC Enterprise. Let's see if anybody has an idea.
Most agents are unable to log in.
We have 2 CTIOS Server, with the following errors:
10.60.27.151 (main one):
"Attempting to connect to server [10.60.27.152 (10.60.27.152) port:42028] **
CNetPort(00D14358)::Open, WARNING, Connection to Host[], Target machine refused connection, <WSAECONNREFUSED>, Error Number (10061)"
(lots of times)
10.60.27.152 (second one):
"CConnection(00D1C790)::ReceiverThread, ID(0x10BC) Caught unknown exception, continuing..."
(lots of times)
Rebooting servers has solved the problem, but I would like to know if anybody has seen same situation, looking for a cause.
Thank you very much!

If it's something that significant I would make sure you're on the latest SR and then open a TAC case.

  • UCCX agent cannot log in

    Dear Cisco Support community,
I have a hot issue that agents cannot log into the UCCX via agent desktop application.
I'm working with the CUCM version 7.1.5.33900-10 and UCCX 8.0.2.11003-10, both versions are compatible.
I already configured a CSQ and all other configuration, but when the customer try to log into the UCCX, she's getting the following error message:

  • UCCX 7 HA - IPPA Agent cannot log in

    Hello all,
In this setup we have two different UCCX HA deployments that are both intergrated to the same CUCM cluster. Although the UCCX clusters share the same agent numbers, the numbers are in different partitions in CUCM.
I have a question and a problem to resolve. Firstly, for each UCCX cluster I have defined seperate AXL, Jtapi and RmCm accounts.  The agent extensions are in different partitions as are the CTI ports and RP.  However, when I am in the admin web on one UCCX cluster I can see all UCCX agents from both clusters. I'm guessing that this is normal behaviour, but could some one confirm this?
The problem I need resolving is when an agent attempts to login in via IPPA, a message is returned saying that the CTI server is unavailable and to try later.  An application log entry in the windows event viewer is also written:-
BIPPA0041 Agent <deagenttest1> already logged in: <error: agent is already logged in>.
    and
BIPPA0040 CTI action <change agent state> timed out for agent id <deagenttest1>.
Here is the MIVR log entries too:

The system seems to think that the agent is already logged on but he can't be becuase I've just created the account.
I have tried to change the RmCm accounts and restarted both servers but the problem persists. I have also restarted the CTI server on the CUCM server which the UCCX cluster points to. I've also changed the CTI server to other CUCM servers in the cluster but it didn't fix the problem.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,

Yes this used to work but we had a CTI problem whereby all the ports became unregistered. This was fixed by deleting all the ports and the UCCX accounts and starting again from scratch.  We also changed the servers under the CM Telephony so that axl, jtapi and rmcm all point to local devices. After making these changes we started experiencing these problems.
It seems to me that the UCCX servers are unable to communicate properly with the CUCM CTI Manager service but I don't know how I can resolve this.

Certainly something to try, but I don't see why that would make a difference in an inability to log out.  I have many customers who only use the default workflow and haven't seen any of them with this issue previously.
Are you guessing here, or have you actually seen that resolve similar problems?

  • Server 2008R2 - Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded

    Hi guys.
    I have a server SEXXX01 - Windows 2008 R2 OS.
Im having major issues to login to this server.
This was reveled when a person tried to login to the server and got the error "Cannot log you in, unable to load profile"
What we did was to remove the account, completly, we did this manually aswell(not very smart I know).
We also removed the registy profile.
But. Now no new accounts can be made to login. The old "local accounts" can still login, but no new ones.
You cant even create a new user in AD, add that user to the server. It still gives the same error.
I have an admin account that still is avaible to login. But no other accounts are able to.
When I create a new account, no folders are created, no register path is created.
The weird part is that I created a temp-admin account on the server and it worked for a little while yesterday, out of the blue(no changed were made). But now its back to not working again
This is what I have done so far:
I have checked the register for S-I-D numbers that might be faulty, but there are none for the new accounts that are made or for the original account that failed.
Tried to add new accounts as administrators, still the same problem.
checked if there is a problem with the "default user" folders, none at all.
Added, removed, changed the rights for the accounts.
Looked at the local GPO, nothing weird
This is the error msgs I get from the event viewer:
    event ID: 1500
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, and that your network is functioning correctly.
DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.
    Event ID: 1500
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, and that your network is functioning correctly.
DETAIL - System could not allocate the required space in a registry log.
    Event ID: 1500
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, and that your network is functioning correctly.
DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
    Event ID: 1508
Windows was unable to load the registry. This problem is often caused by insufficient memory or insufficient security rights.
DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
     for C:\Users\XXXXX\ntuser.dat
The errors with the system resources seems weird. The server has 16GB of ram and not even 30% is used at this time.
    So what could it be?
Why doesnt the server created user folders/registery files for new users?
Why does it give error about resources allocation, when it has more then enough?
Im just at the dead end. I have no idea how to proceed.
    All help is very appriciated.

    Me

  • You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)

    Hi
We are in the middle of CRM upgrade. We upgraded couple of test (CRS) and Dev (CRD) server. We are creating both CRD/CRS in the Solution manager system landscape using tcode SMSY as the satellite servers. Connectivity between satellite server CRD and solution manager server SMP (also in CRD and SMP) has been successfully created.
While checking the Authorization test in Sateliite server (CRD/CRS) for RFC "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK", we are getting the following error:
"You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)"
All other RFC created by SMSY is working fine.
To Fix this problem, i tried to repeat same process again. I was able to delete following RFC's using "clean-up RFC" function of SMSy tcode.
    - SM_CRDCRMCLNT050_READ
    - SM_CRDCRMCLNT050_TMW
    - SM_CRDCRMCLNT050_TRUSTED
and in satellite server (CRD), i deleted following RFC's manually:
    - SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK
    - SM_SMPCLNT050_TRUSTED
Now, when  i checked the RFC destination in SMSY of solution manager server, it is still showing me RFC "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK". But it is not there in the satellite server as i had deleted it manually.  To verify it, I checked table RFCDES in satellite server and "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK" RFC is not there in table.
I again re-generated RFC's in SMSY of solution manager server, but got the same error ""You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)" for SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK.
So we are getting two problem for same process:
    - You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)
    - I deleted RFC " SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK"  manually  in the satellite server but SMSY still showing it in "Clean  up RFC windows".
Not sure if both problems are related to each other. Pls guide to solve these issue's.
    Thanks

    Thanks Sunny
Your suggestion help me to fix one problem. "You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)" problem is fixed.
Authorization in SOLMAN system was missing for user ID that is being used in the "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK" of the satellite server. There was no authorization profile assigned to User. This  is strange.
Process (SMSY) should have created user ID and assigned required authorization profile to the User ID but it did not happened properly.User ID was created but no auth profile was assigned.
I'm facing the same problem is other server also. User ID has been created but auth profiles are missing for user ID that is being used in "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK" of the satelliet system.
Our SOLMAN server (SMP) is the CUA Central System. Do i ned to check anything in SOLMAN server for CUA?
Following  detail could be one another reason for the missing authorization profile in User ID:
    - To solve the problem of  "You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)" , i  deleted following RFC's using "clean-up RFC" function of SMSy tcode.
    - SM_ERDECCCLNT050_READ
    - SM_ERDECCCCLNT050_TMW
    - SM_ERDECCCLNT050_TRUSTED
and in satellite server (ERD), i deleted following RFC's manually:
    - SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK
    - SM_SMPCLNT050_TRUSTED
but "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK" was still showing in the RFC destination in SMSY of solution manager server. In 'generate RFC destinations'. I re-generated and process created "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK" in SM59 of ERD and user ID for this RFC has been created in SOLMAN server without adding any auth profile.
Not sure, if this is the reason. I opened oss message three days ago but still waiting for reply.
    - I'm using my account to generate RFC and i think (as told by security team) that i have all authorization in both server required to generate RFC. I may need to add some more authorization.
Could you pls suggest to fix the problem of "SM_SMPCLNT050_BACK". i would like to know why this RFC is still showing in SMSY even after deleting it manully in SM59 of ERD server.
is it possible if i send you the screenshot of document that i send it to oss for your suggestion. can i hav eyour mail ID?
Thanks a lot for your help again..

  • User cannot log into ZCM Agent 11.3.1

We just went through a domain migration. All PCs were unregistered from the old ZCM 11.2 server in the old domain before they were migrated. When we went to re-register them to the 11.3.1 ZCM server, we ran into 2 issues. Some of the systems successfully upgraded to 11.3.1 BUT users cannot log onto the ZCM 11.3.1 Agent. It's giving an error of "unable to log into the network because the login credentials or the server certificate is incorrect". The PCs that didn't not upgraded to ZCM 11.3.1 and are running 11.2.0 do not have this problem. They get authenticated appropriately. The User configuration is set to eDirectory (just like on the ZCM 11.2 server in the old domain).
I ran "zac ci" and noticed there are old certificates from ZENworks servers that are no longer around. How do you get rid of these old references? It's picking up the new server's certificates. I ran this on my PC ZCM Agent 11.2 (won't upgrade and can authenticate into the ZCM 11.2 agent just fine) and I do not see the old certificates. I'm only seeing certificates for the new ZCM 11.3.1 server in the new domain and the eDirectory master server that the ZCM server is referencing.

The old Trusts can be cleared using IE to managed the Trusted Root
Stores. There are some other ways too.
However, Having old ones should not be an issue unless the old and new
Servers have the same name. Not 100% sure matching will cause an issue,
but I think I have seen that before.
It may be possible to automate the removal of the old trusts, but I
would not worry about that until you verify it is an issue by manually
fixing a couple and see if resolves your issue.
Your issue may be something else.
Reinstalling CASA is something else to try.

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC.  You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher.  After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

I have noticed the following error message in the Agent Debug Log Files and was wondering if anybody could shed any light on their meaning or what might be causing them.

    hi
Looks like the message numbers you are processing in the function module CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT are only for 'errors'.
    Please go to Transaction: CRMC_MSGS
Look at the following Application Areas
    CRM_ORDER
    CRM_ORDERADM_H
    CRM_ORDERADM_I
    CRM_ORDER_MISC
    CRM_ORDER_OUTPUT
Select one of the above and double click 'Single Messages' towards your left side on the screen. Select the relavant message number from the list and check the 'S' flag. Press 'F1' (help) on this box and you will see the following.
Only error messages are saved in the processing log. If a message definitely should be saved - contrary to this rule - then the indicator needs to be set.
You need to make sure that a message marked like this can be deleted again - by calling up the function module CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE in the appropriate place in the program.
When you do these steps, please note the message 'Do not make any changes (SAP data)'. This is not tested and used from my side. Please see if this impacts other functions. I am not sure. Do necessary R&D before you proceed further. Please explore tables CRMC_MESSAGES_S and CRMC_MESSAGES and see if this helps.
    Reward if helps

  • RWB error: javax.ejb.CreateException  XIRWBUSER cannot log

    Hi,
When I try to monitor the messages processed by my integration server (RWB interface->Message Monitor->is.[instance].[server]), an authorization error occured:
"Unknown error: javax.ejb.CreateException: You cannot log on to system [SID] with user XIRWBUSER"
I ve read the following post but I didn't find any answer:
Demo application: "You cannot log on to system .... with user XIRWBUSER
    My XIRWBUSER has several roles:
    SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR
    SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER
    SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN
Even if I give him the sap_all and sap_new profiles, I still have the same error.
    Regards,
    Yann

    2 Remarks:
I can monitor messages on the af.[SID].[serveur] (adapter framework?)
If I try to self test the runtime workbench component (component), all lights are green! Moreover, "aii properties" seem to be fine.
    Plz help me...
    Regards,

  • Ichat can't connect to my AIM account, gives me the error "Cannot log in to AIM. General error. Try again." Please help!

ichat can't connect to my AIM account, gives me the error "Cannot log in to AIM. General error. Try again." Please help!

    HI,
Your specs say OS X 10.6.8 which would be iChat 5.x.x in Snow Leopard.
This version by default tries to login in to the AIM server called login.oscar.aol.com on port 5190 using the TCP protocol.
An internet connection is made up of 65535 of these so called ports (more like TV stations)
Most routers have ports up to port 1024 which means some of the iChat Login Ports are above this.
    Two ways to Solve this.
    1) Change the Login port iChat uses
    2) Change the way the router opens ports.
For 1) go to iChat Menu > Preferences > Accounts
    Highlight/select the AIM account.
In the Info Tab deselect the "Enable this Account" to make sure you are Logged out.
In the Server Settings change the Port to 443
You can decide not to use SSL as well if you wish  (the server name automatically loses the leading "s")
For 2) log in to the routers set up pages and make sure it is doing UPnP
This allows the computers  to tell the router which ports to open. It also allows multiple devices to use the same ports.
For iChat this allows it to Screen Share as this happens on an unlisted random port.
Opps  forgot a couple of things.
If you are using an APple ID registed at Apple ending in @mac.com @me.com or @iCloud.com then the passowrd at Apple has to be 16 characters or less to work with the AIM servers.
Additionally the iCloud issued @me.com and @iCloud.com one require you to use iChat 6 in Lion or Messages in Mountian Lion due to changes Apple made to the security of letting AIM "read" the passwords.
