Ctrl+enter doesn't work

ctrl+enter doesn't work when I try to go to maps.yahoo.com. It only happens when I try to go here. ctrl+enter works for every other site I've tried.

That is a known limitation if you only use maps.yahoo (maps.yahoo.com should work though). 
Ctrl+Enter to fixup the URL and add .com only works if there is one domain (yahoo) and not with multiple domains (maps.yahoo).

Im using a 1750 router, and then i upgrade it to higher version, after
then i reload it, the problem it does not goes to start-up mode or

After trying all the above suggestions, if you still are facing issues then open the router's box and take out the Flash SIMM... it will try to look for an IOS file thrice and then will fall into rommon automatically
You can use the following link for hardware installation:

After you are in rommon, issue the command "confreg 0x2100" and "reset" the router, you will again go into rommon
Then insert the FLash once again in the chassis and then bootup again, because of config-register 0x2100, the router will go to rommon and then you should check the new IOS that you are trying to install.
Your router should have sufficient amount of DRAM to load that IOS, infact it'll help if you post the exact file names of the previous IOS and the new IOS along with your routers DRAM and Flash Capacity (But this is a secondary task which we can think of once you are able to go into rommon)

Ctrl+C closes tab instead of copying text and Ctrl+F doesn't work

As stated in title, since upgrading Firefox to the latest version, when I press Ctrl+C it closes the tab I'm on instead of copying text. It can be text from a website or text from an email i'm writing. Estremely frustrating, as I've come to the habit of copying the text of an email I'm sending using Yahoo Mail before sending in case it doesn't send properly and gets lost!!!
Also, I usually pressed Ctrl+F to search for a specific piece of text on a website, but this simply doesn't work. Any ideas?
I use the Welsh language version of Firefox, and the same problem occurs on both my home laptop and work PC.

Super annoying, but I've realised '''Ctrl+Shift+T''' opens the last tab to be closed and that is a great help until a fix comes along.

I found out, that only on the US site Expert Mouse there is no software for Lion.
(The one you can get there is from 2006!)
But I found suitable TrackballWorks software on the Kensington UK site

of 2010 and a Beta-version of July 2011.
Since the 2010 version works fine under Lion I'm happy with it.
I hope this will also help others with problems with old Kensington software.

CTRL+Z Doesn't Work in Direct Link

So...oddly, CRTL+Z for undo doesn't work for me when I'm Direct Linked. My UI pulls up the Timeline window though (as in settings not actual timeline) which doesn't do anyone any good because you can't adjust anything there anyway

if the system shows the two drives and "press CTRL-F to enter Raid" and I do it, nothing happens. Any hints?
In BIOS SATA Raid and Legacy ROM are enabled.

Make sure to not hold CTRL once it boots, but do actually press ctrl+f once it shows. I was holding Ctrl upon boot and when screen popped up, I was pressing F into it and didnt work.

If you can not get the reset window, you are doing something incorrectly.
1. Bridge has to be closed. Check the Task Manager to make sure no copy is running in the background.
2. You have to press and HOLD the Crtl key when you click on the start icon for Bridge.
3. If successful you will get a reset window with 3 options.

Rename with enter doesn't work!

i got the problem that i since few days don't rename my iTunes Tracks with the Enter Key.
I must be go to the Information or make a shortcut with cmd & Enter !
But I know that works usually only with the enter key to rename a song

My ctrl button doesn't work with other keys

Hello: I am unable to use the ctrl+t (open new tab), ctrl+c or ctrl+v (copy/paste) among other ctrl commands while using firefox. I know that the ctrl key itself is not broken as I am able to use the ctrl+backspace and ctrl+forward (return to last page viewed) functions.
Many of the help sites I've seen focus on uninstalling the ask.com toolbar. I uninstalled ask.com toolbar once, and the ctrl key started working again. The problem came back within a week, however, and ask.com is not a factor anymore as it has already been uninstalled. What else can I do to fix this problem? Any advice would be appreciated.
I have already tried restarting firefox in safe mode, and this did not solve the problem.

I can't open any new windows from File [New Tab] and from clicking on [+] , as I usually did. And [Ctrl+T] doesn't work for me.How I can make it to work for me again, please?

I cannot open a new page. ctrl + t doesn't work, or the block next to the current page. nothing works.

When I follow a hyperlink, a new page will appear.
And when after I closed Firefox, I open again Firefox all pages, which were open, will reappear.

This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

All of a sudden (yesterday morning) both F9 and Ctrl Enter have stopped working - I cannot output queries to a grid.
These keystrokes still show up as Shortcut Keys under Tools - Preferences - Shortcut Keys
I have 3.0.3.97 still installed and F9 still works there.
Any ideas?

Adobe reader X (10.1.2) Zoom and Copy doesn't work

I installed Reader X yesterday and now I'm stuck with these 2 problem
I cannot zooming by using ctrl+mouse wheel (up or down), zooming with ctrl+(plus or minus) still work. This feature also work fine on FireFox, Chrome and other programs. In addition, I cannot left click to drag pages down with hand tool.
Another problem is everytime I copy text from a pdf file, there is a message that "There were an error while copying to the Clipboard. An internal error occured".
All above features works fine on Reader 9 and older versions. I'm using Windows 7 Home 64-bit.
Please help

SOLVED - English thesaurus doesn't work in OpenOffice Writer 3.2.1

I'm using OpenOffice Writer v.3.2.1 in current Arch Linux. To enable spell and grammar checking and for a thesaurus, it appears one has to install the appropriate extension(s). I did that by going to Tools -> Extension Manager, selecting Add, navigating to /usr/lib/openoffice/share/extension/install, picking the dictionary "dict-en.oxt" (file dated 6/1/10) and clicking Open. That installed the "English spelling and hyphenation dictionaries and thesaurus 2010.03.16". Spell-checking and hyphenation do indeed work and are supported through the Hunspell SpellChecker and Libhyphen Hyphenator, resp.
However, with this extension, the thesaurus doesn't work. In Tools>Language, the entry "Thesaurus" is greyed out and CTRL+F7 doesn't work. In Tools>Options>Language Settings>Writing Aids, under "Available language modules" no thesaurus or grammar modules are listed. When I press the "Edit" button in that dialog box, the categories Grammar and Thesaurus are there but no specific modules are listed for them. No separate English thesaurus appears to be available at http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/dictionary .
How can I get a decent thesaurus to work from within OOo Writer?
EDIT: To be able to use the thesaurus requires installation of libmythes. Thanks to Robert Tucker for pointing out the fix.
