I am getting the below error on RTMT on CUCM 9.1 Version running on MCS 7835-I3-K9-CMD2 Error
At Sat May 24 03:12:40 IST 2014 on node , the following HardwareFailure events generated:

Did you find the origins of the alerts? I have the same on 2 defferent servers about at the same time of the night a Saturday night too.

Can anyone tell me what may be going on? Yesterday I had configured channel bonding for network interfaces. Did firmware update on RAID adapter and updated linux packages including kernel. Going to old kernel didn't help. I tried restarting processes, that also didn't help.Aerosmith wrote:

I was successfully able to install the Database without any problem... I am able to connect from command prompt both as sys and hr user....
But when I tried to connect through EM by sys credentials...

After installing Oracle 11g R2 in Windows XP (32-bit), I get the following error message when logging into https://localhost:1158/em - "Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details." I have extracted the following files onto one directory and used it for installation: win32_11gR2_database_1of2.zip, win32_11gR2_database_2of2.zip, p10098816_112020_WINNT_1of6, p10098816_112020_WINNT_2of6, p10404530_112030_WINNT_1of6, p10404530_112030_WINNT_2of6. I get no errors during the install. I selected "Create and configure a database". I selected "Desktop Class". I took the default locations (in step 5). Can someone please assist me?

ORA-00205: error in identifying controlfile, check alert log for more info
Hello All,
I am performing my first Collab Suite install in quite some time and I have successfully installed Collaboration Suite on Linux Red Hat AS 4. I first performed an infrastructure installation for the Collab Suite database which completed with no errors, however, it appears that no control files were created in my $ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory during installation. I am also unable to specify their exact location in the initSID.ora file as I am unable to find them in any other directory on my server. The database starts despite the control file error, as you can see from the second SQL*Plus prompt. However, I am unsure how to create the control files or correct this error. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining optionsControl files are database-specific, since they contain information describing the database (location of data files, etc.) You can't copy them from one database to another.

Error in Multiprovider consistency check after technical upgrade
Hello,
We have upgraded our BW system from 3.5 to 7.0 now.
When I check the consistency of Multiprovider it gives me warning message that CMP Problem occurs with one of the info provider.
Because I have used 0MAT_PLANT info object into my cube.
I have a Multiprovider which is combined with 4 basic cubes. Two of the cube has 0plant and 0mat_plant info object.
In other two cubes (C and D) have only 0plant and no 0MAT_PLANT is used.
When I checked the Multiprovider for consistency, it shows me warnings that CMP Error occurred in the info provider C and D, So it requires to add the 0MAT_PLANT in the basic cubes C and D and then do the identification in Multiprovider.
But this info object does not contain any data in the basic cube.
Please help me to understand the impacts on this issue.

Consistency check error in OBIEE 10g

I have the below error while doing consistency check.
I was trying to join two fact tables by complex join, but getting below error
NQSError:15009 Could not load navigate space for subject area
NQSError: 15009 Multiple paths exist to table Plans.Circular joins schemas not supported
Please suggestIf you have to join fact tables in physical, make sure your logical layer remains a star.
Either add both fact tables to one logical fact table source , or create two logical stars, where both facts are joined to all conformed dimensions.
Note: if both facts are not at exactly same granularity, your reports will show incorrect results most definitely. So avoid fact to fact joins. -

As I said, Age has valid datatype in physical layer but datatype is showing as "Unknown" in logical layer after upgrade to 11g. many other columns got same issue just for this logical table. I rebuild the logical column mapped to physical sources but it didn't fix the issue.

Internal Error has occured, Check the log file
Hello all,
After i login to my OEM grid console, i get the message
"Internal Error has occured. Check the log file for details."
once i press the OK button, i directs me to the home page as if noting has occured. I was happening rarely previosly and now its a regular thing.
Which log file am i supposed to check?

I know it was a month ago when you posted. I'm getting the same messages now. Win 2K3, SP2 + all patches. Walked through basic install with Oracle's help. They're interested in emoms.trc/log and the alert log (although the alert log has been clear).

CUCM 8.6 DB commnication error

i have PUB & SUB CUCM 8.6 version on UCS plateform due to power failure in data center both the servers got illegally shutdown after restoring the power we restarted both the server after checking the service list " A Cisco DB[STOPPED] Component is not running" & while logging through GUI it is prompting DB communication error in PUB but on SUB all the services are in starting state. please advice how to rectify the same.Hi
Try to restart your A cisco DB service via following CLI :
utils service start A Cisco DB
If it is still not starting, most likely, file system/DB has been corrupted due to improper power down of the server. You can try to Use recovery CD and check if that helps, else the last option would be to rebuild and do a DRS restore, from backup before the power down or using "Restore from Sub" option.

Unable to load ITUNES onto PC HP, windows 7 Home Version. Error message reads "Application Application Support not found". "Uninstall and reload". I have done that 4 times on Explorer and Firefox without success. Help??
I had gotten a similar problem, except with "provider services", i believe, but i solved it by copying sqlite3.dll from E:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support to E:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support. doing that solved my first problem, but now i have been getting the error described in this topic (unable to load dataclass info... etc.). i tried reinstalling itunes (i already had 9.1.1, and thats what i reinstalled) by using the method described on apples site (using the "remove programs" tool in the control panel) and then downloading and installing itunes. when i opened it again, i still got the same error, and just now i got an error saying "the instruction at "0x00aadb6b" referenced memory at "0x00000008". the memory could not be read" it gave me the option to cancel and debug, or to press ok and terminate the program. I tried pressing cancel, and the popup went away but nothing else happened. a minute later the popup was back, so i pressed ok and itunes quit. Upon opening Itunes again, i got the very same error. sorry for the long post, but its really been bugging me. thanks for any help you might give, and if you need anymore info, feel free to contact me.
