Current Planned Amounts (0TRCM_RC1) VitrualProvider bug?

Subj. VProvider is part of Treasury BT
After activating it didn't work because of not having appropriate Direct Acces DataSource.
When I try to create one by using (RSO2) I get message "The specified table does not exists". I choosed TR-CM Application component & appropriate TR_CM_BIW_GET_DATA functional module.
Q1: What is wrong with this "specified table" and why it doesn't exists?
Q2: I guess SAP must deliver appropriate Direct Data Access Data source for this VProvider? And if my guess is right where I should inform SAP?

Hi,
Not sure on q1, as I've not used that VP.
But on q2, there are a couple of ways of informing SAP -
1. If you have an A/c Manager on your project assigned to SAP you can raise it with them to inform SAP.
2. Raise an OSS message with SAP and they will get back to you via this.

  • Is there a transaction to carryforward order plan amounts at year-end?

We use KOCO to carryforward Internal Order Budgets and KOCF to carryforward Order Committments, but is there a way to move PM Order Plan amounts from one fiscal year to the next?
The problem is that if the PM Order is linked to a WBS Element, the remaining plan amount from the previous year stays on S_ALR_87013558 Project Report, even when actual costs for the order are incurred in the following year.  In this scenario the Project Assigned Total is overstated, because the order costs are in the Actual column and the RemOrdPlan column.
Any help would be appreciated ...

Let's assume that Current PL Leave is Quota 10 (linked to Time Type 9010), that PL Leave Balance is Quota 12 (linked to Time Type 9012) and that PL Encashment is Quota 14 (linked to Time Type 9014), and that they all have the same validity dates.
Create a PCR that is activated on the last day of the validity period of PL Leave Quotas (for the relevant ESG Grps and PSA Grps).  The Quota 10 Balance is transfered to Time Type 9011, and the Quota 12 Balance is transfered to Time Type 9013.
Create a PCR that is activated on the first day of the validity period of PL Leave Quotas (for the relevant ESG Grps and PSA Grps).  Yesterday's value of TT 9011 and 9013 are added together, the sum is checked against the Constant (from V_T511K) holding the maximum transferable, and the lesser of that balance or the maximum is transfered to Time Type 9012, any excess being transfered to Time Type 9014.
I have never created "Automatic Encashment", but I believe that it could be created by substituting the creation of TT 9014 by the creation of the Time Evaluation Wage Type 9014 in table ZL (and not having a Quota 14).  In Payroll Calculation, that WT could then be valuated and paid.

  • How do i add two programs to my current plan?

I wish to add Illustrator and Indesign to my current plan as i have started a graphic design course. Does anyone know how to do this without the added stress of jumping through hoops?

    Hi c-dubbs,
If you wish yo include Illustrator and InDesign to your current plan, the best option would be to upgrade to complete membership.

I'm confused - If I go online to pay my bill, and it's one day after the due date, the current bill and full amount due would be the same?  If the current bill is not the "full amount due", then what is the extra amount that's snow showing past due?
Also, when I go in to pay my bill, I show the Current bill amount, total amount due (which are the same), and then a box where I can type in the amount I am paying, with the default amount being already filled in with the total amount.
    Is this a pre-paid or a post-paid (contract) account?

  • Carousel content cannot be edited under current Plan

Hello, I set up a trial site using the Adora template which employs a Carousel 'app'. After upgrading to a paid plan (webBasics+) and going live, the carousel content is visible but I cannot edit it or even access the files any more. Does this mean I need to upgrade to a higher priced plan, and which one is the minimum required to give me access to Carousel content editing? This is sort of disappointing already, I considered the Carousel part of 'dynamic' content and not really an 'app', so I anticipated being able to use it under my current plan. Also, there was no warning whatsoever when I went live, that my current content would not be compatible with the plan I was choosing.
Related to this, there doesn't seem to be a way for taking a live site offline and back to trial mode, for working on new features not available under one's paid plan. Or is there?
    Thanks!
    Sotiris

That is not stopped by the plan. That is HTML and JavaScript and inline. The ability to create multiple items and just input content and everything lose happens for you uses web apps.
These you need to have a higher plan for.

  • How can i get difference in base plan and actual/current plan for a project

    Hi PS Experts,
How can i get difference in base plan and actual plan .
    For example-
Project1 is created for 10 days (start and end date difference).
Now in between -project is extended/changed for 12 days .
What is the way to get 2 days as a difference in base plan and current plan.
    Thanks
    Suraj prakash

    Hi Suraj,
You can follow a convention that -
    (1) Forecast Start/Finish dates: Used only for Primary planning, once initial planning is done you should not change these dates.
Now, you will copy the same dates in Basic Start/Finish dates also.
    (2) Basic Start/Finish dates: Whatever changes are done after the initial planning, you will make the changes only in Basic Start/Finish dates.
So, in Project Planning board, if you enable Forecast and Basic dates with different color coding, you can clearly see the variation in the Project schedule.
    Hope this helps.

  • Depreciation - Planned amount calculation

    Dear gurus,
I had a problem on SAP planned amount calculation as follow:
    Asset acquisition value: 10.000.000
Use life: 3 years (36 months)
In AW01N, the planned amounts are:
    Prd1: 277.778-
    Prd2: 277.778-
    Prd3: 277.777-
    Prd4: 277.778-
I want the planned amount of Period 3 is just the same as the others (277.778-). Would you please help me solve this problem?
    Thank you very much

  • Current Planned price table

    Hey Gurus
Can anyone tell me the table where the price of a material is stored when the costing run is done
I mean i want the price of all the costing runs
    Eg:
for period 01,2007  the current planned price in Material master after costing run was $4
then we do costing run for period 01,2008  the current planned price in Material master after costing run updates to  $5
Then again we do costing run for period 06,2008  the current planned price in Material master after costing run updates to  $5.50
I want a table that gives all the these prices according to the date, MBEW and MSEG does not have this
This is required for an ABAP report to calculate the Planned price at the time of creation of order. I cant take this as LPLPR field in costing view as this will chnage everytime we do costing run, so want a table where these prices are stored, so that i can calculate the planned issue price of production order at the time of issue of material to Production order. Here our material is at moving average price, so i m getting my actual issue cost of material from MSEG, but the planned issue will be different and cant find that in MSEG and MBEW and many othrt tables
I hope i was able to explain the secanrio clearly
    Thanks
    Amit

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?

PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

  • Change to planned amount on invoice

    All,
We have a situation where the invoice change history indicates someone changed the "planned amount" on an invoice.   Can anyone tell me where the planned amount is on an invoice and how someone can change this value?
It is related to a consignment settlement if that makes a difference.
    Thanks
    Sandra

In this specific example the user changed the payment term from one defined to provide a discount if paid in X days to one that did not have a discount.   When the payment terms was changed to one that did not provide a discount, the system generated the "planned amount" as the amount we would have paid with the discount.

  • Creating Report- PS- Distributing the plan amount by period

    Hi,
This is a question for PS module in BI.
I have a planing amount as KF. I need to distribute the amount based on activity period. I need to distribute the amount in equal no. of periods. E.g. Planning amount  = 600 and activity period = 180 days (i.e. 6 months) then I need to display the planning amount divided into 6 periods (because of 6 months), i.e. 100 each. The starting period of the calculation is based on the fiscal period (or month) of the start date. Important point here is the distribution will change based on the activity period. If activity period is for 4 months then the division should be only for 4mnths.
If the report is to be derived for the actual values then it is easy. I will place the fiscal period and the KFs in the columns. But how to derive such display for planning KFs? How to write the logic for this?
    Regards,
    Shailesh Naik

    Hi,
The reports with 'Y' or 'Z' are not standard ones. You have to check with the person who developed this report. Ask to your ABAP team to help you.

  • SQL Query to add previous month amount to current month amount

Beginner - Using SQL 2008 R2 - Having a difficult time adding previous month amount to current month amount on a continual running basis. Table fields and example data are:
    FunctionID
    UnitID
    Dateof
    Result       YTD
    A                   AA           01/01/2014    10             10
    A                   AA           02/01/2014    10
    20
    A                   AA           03/01/2014     15
    35
    B                  BB            01/01/2014     20
    20
    B                  BB            02/01/2014     10           30
The YTD field would be a calculated field. I would need to be able start a new YTD in Jan of the next year. Really could use some help and direction on this one. Easy to do in an Excel spreadsheet. Can't seem to get it in SQL. Thanks in advance.

As of 2008 R2 the choices are:
    - Self join
    - Correlated subquery (in the SELECT or APPLY clauses)
    - Cursor
    - SQLCLR aggregation function (winner)
The first two options yield a poor performance for tables with considerable number of rows.
    Example:
    select
        A.*,
        select
            sum(B.Result)
        from
            T as B
        where
            B.FunctionID = A.FunctionID
            and B.UnitID = A.UnitID
            and B.Dateof >= dateadd(year, datediff(year, '19000101', A.Dateof), '19000101') --bofyear
            and B.Dateof <= A.Dateof
        ) as YTD
    from
        T as A;

The things get easier from SS 2012 with the enhanced OVER clause (introduction of window frame extent).
    select
        sum(Result) over(
        partition by FunctionID, UnitID, year(Dateof)
        order by Dateof
rows between unbounded preceding and current row

  • How to change the field 'Current Planning Period' in xRPM portal?

    Hello All,
In xRPM portal, under portfolio management --> financial planning, we have a field 'Current Planning Period'.
Can anybody tell how to change the values of this field for all the projects/items at once?
Also, when I am trying to change for individual projects. its opening the F4 help but not  selecting the date on which I double click.
    Thanks
    Niti.

No, you cannot add another vPC peer-keepalive configuration.
Taking down vPC peer-keepalive will not affect your vPC peer-link and vPC operation. It will be a problem if and only if vPC peer-link went down after the peer-keepalive is down first, this will cause dual active.
