Customer by payment term

Hi,
User would like to have a report for a certain sales office and sales group, list of all customer having payment term XX
Does anyone know such kind of a report

Hi,
As far as i know we can't get list of all customer with combination of Sale Office, Sales Group & Payment Terms.
Thru T.Code F.20, list of all customer can be viewed with having payment term xx (selection can be done in dynamic selection). Under the same T. Code we can view list of all customer for a certain sales office and sales group. We Check Payment Data we can also see the payment terms of those customer but this can be sorted further.
Thanks,
Harish

  • FBR2 Customer Invoice - Payment Terms Field Display

    Hi Experts,
Is there a configuration where the payment terms for this transaction is always displayed even if the customer used has no sales area maintained? The reason is they don't want to maintain the sales area for customers since it is a inter-company non-trade transaction which is they post directly to customer via transaction code FBR2.
    Thank you for your help!

    Hi Experts,
Is there a configuration where the payment terms field is always appearing in the FBR2 transaction code?
    Thank you so much!

  • Customer,vendor payment terms

    dear sap FI gurus
my client needs payment terms to be as the following:
if i paid the vendor within the first month with cash payment  he deserves discount of x%
otherwise if he pay with check he pays the all amount
    the same for the customer
and here we have payment terms as if we say  if i paid within first 15 days i deserve discount of  x% and if within 30 days i take discount of x% ,,,NOT RELATED TO CASH PAYMENT OR CHECK PAYMENT
SO,is there a way by which we can handle this issue????
P.S :they will not use the payment program

    Define new payment methods:
One with payment method is cash and for customer.
Check if cash payment method is defined already.
    X% cash discount 31 days
Similarly create new payment terms for vendor without any payment method:
    15% cash discount 15 days
    X% cash discount 30 days

  • Sales order block for MRP run when the Customer payment terms is in Advance

My client needs to block some sales order for MRP which customer payment term is advance. But it should be based on the customer payments terms (In case of Advance). After getting his advance amount, we would be release it and it also be consider for MRP.
Option 1.Status profile  this concept is will controlled by sales document controls VOV8 not by customer's payment term Advance
Option  2: In CMR sales area Billing Document tab  by using payment guarantee procedure and in VOV8 in billing tab Payment guaramtee procedure by using this setting , i am getting a pop up message" No Finanical document assigned" in sales order when u try to save. Now sales order is blocked for delivery but not MRP run.
i am to ask the abaper to develop "here in the information box we will maintained required text say example u201C customeru2019s Payment term is in advance please check the reason for rejection number u201Csay ex: 13u201D: advance " after this is happen go to change mode of sales order put reason for rejecation" now MRP run will not generate the requirement for the sales order.
for Undo these this flow :
Va02 : remove the reason for rejection keep it in Blank
VKM3 : release the sales order.
    Options 3: Development
Kindly suggest me the second options is only alternative for solving this issue but really i m not used specific feilds to solving this issue.

Cleint is not using the field  in CMR Payment granatee , i gone for user-exit and closed this issue

    Hi
In addition to all the suggestions given by all friends
If the invoicing is done thro SD route that is VF01 then the terms of payment maintained in sales area data will get preference
If the invoicing is done thro FI route that is FB70 then the terms of payment maintained in company code data will get preference
If the credit management is active then the terms of payement maintained in company code will take the control
For easy understanding as long as credit management is not active the terms of payment in sales area data will have the control as we are not going to touch FB70 at all mostly
As said by all others terms of payement  is taken from payer

  • Change of Customer Payment Term

    Hi Gurus,
We are planning to change the payment term of our customer accounts this October.
    For example:
    Customer A
Payment term last September is payable in 20 days.
October 10- payment term was changed to 10 days
Kindly advise if the postings that were already made from the previous months will be affected if we change the payment term of that customer?  Or will it only affect the postings that will be made after the change in payment term was executed.  My worry is that the computation of net due date and amount will be affected if we change the terms of payment.
    Thanks,
    Ellicec

    Hi:
Payment terms are copied into Sale order from payment terms maintained customer master data at sale organization level..Whatever you give in their is copied to sale order and is taken to billing document and once document is posted it starts appearing in posting document line item in FI...Baseline date calculates the aging of open items standing in customer ledger ...If you change the customer payment term then there is no issue..its a normal business process to do so...It will not affect already existing data ....Invoice posted with new payment term will have their own aging in ledger..Hence you can carry on with their change, From control point of view just make sure that none should be allowed to payment term or base line date in a posted document. This can be prevented using document change rules in OB32...I hope it will help you.

  • Debit memo(DR doc type) baseline date exceding the payment term days

    Hi All
For debit memo I am facing a issue where my baseline date for a customer is showing more then the days specified in his(customer's) payment terms.
sales document category is DR and order is created for some customer xyz and payment terms of that customer is showing 0% UP TO 15 DAYS. But when I check it in FBL5n the Net due dt for that order is showing 180 + 15 = 195days.
What can be the reason, is it due to some enhancement or some routine or what , I am not able to figure out from where these days are coming for. I have checked MV45AFZZ , RV60AFZA and other exit s, I couldnt find any code which shows these added 180 days..
Guide me in finding out the source ot this, <removed by moderator>.
    Thanks in Advance

    HI,
You may need to check the copy control settings between the debit memo request and sales document in transaction code VTAA.
Select the target document type and source document type, and click on the details (header level). Check the routine that is assigned for the field copying requirements for transfering business data.
The routine assigned may be copying the base line date from the source document. You may need to assign other routine or you may need to develop your own routine to resolve your issue.

  • Credit memo payment term

    hi,
in customer master, what is credit memo payment term?
what is the difference between credit memo payment term and terms of payment.
i read from F1 but still can't get it.
    thanks
    rgds

    HI
In customer master we define a payment terms as well as Credit memo payment terms.
Like suppose we have for Customer with Payment term = Net 30 days (Z001)
And for the same customer we have defined Credit memo terms = Pay Immediately (Z005).
When we post an Invoice for this customer it will have Payment terms as Z001 i.e. net 30.
Whereas when we post a credit memo for the above invoice it will inherit the new payment terms from Customer master that is, Z005 i.e. due Immediately.
Credit memo payment terms can be same as payment term or different depending on the business requirement.

  • Payment term in the sales order & credit limit exceed.

    Dear Guru,
    Problem 1:
    1. In the sales order, there are 3 lines items. As per there requirement each line item they want enter diffrent payment term.
    for example
            Material code                                              Payment terms
    1.      Fixed                                                               z045
    2.     Variable                                                           z030
    3.    Pipes                                                                 z015
how you can archive this goal. In customer master payment term is maintained only one. Please suggest me.
    Problem 2:
    1. Credit managment, If the credit  block is there in the sales order(Due to credit limit exceed) order confirmation is no goes to customer.
how we can archive this goal  by using the standard functionality.

    Hi,
    1. You can achieve it through manual entries
If you have 3 line item then at item level >> Billing document maintain payment terms
    2. If credit limit exceed then confirmation should not go to customer
Can you tell me currently how you sending confirmation to customers
If it is through simple mail then go to
IMG >> SD >> Basic functions >> Output control >> Output determination using condition techniques >> maintain out put determination for sales document >> maintain out put determination procedure
Select procedure V10000 >> go to control data
for condition type MAIL maintain requirement 9/11
(If this is not work then create new routine and add your logic that if credit limit exceeds then do not(trigger) send confirmation)

  • Cash Discount without using Payment Term

    Hi,
Generally, We will post discount for customer with Payment terms in F-28 transaction. This is general process. In addition, if we want to post a discount that was not part of a payment term or part of the original order how do we do that during payment processing?
    Kindly advise..
    Thanks
    Supriya

    Hello,
There is no such mechanism in SAP.
    You have two options:
    1. Create another terms of payment with additional discount and allow the user the change the terms of payment at the time of posting.
    2. If you want to give additional discount, pass a JV by debiting discount account and crediting the customer account and make the payment.

  • Restrict Payment terms only for vendor master

    Dear all,
While creating payment terms I have unchecked the customer however it is showing in customer master payment terms also how to restrict?
    Kantha

    Hi,
In OME2 or OBB8 , In the Payment Terms Detailed Screen, activate the relevant Account Type "Customer" or "Vendor" as per the this activation, it will appear in the MM and SD Master Data as well as Transactions.
Means if Vendor is activate then that payment term will appear only ion vendor master and PO. And if Customer is activated then it will appear in Customer Master and Sales order.
Note: - This should work, if you have configured this option and still it is not working then you might be doing something wrong. Do it as suggested above, it should work.

  • Fix payment term as auto default in Sales Order

    Dear Guru,
How we may fix payment term as default value in Sales Order. We identified that payment terms as Z002 - within 30 days Due net. So we would like to set this payment terms as auto default the momemnt we open the sales order screen. Appreciate if you could advice me the settings or configuration in SAP.

    nantha

    Hi
Goto VD02 and open the customer master record. In the Billing tab - payment terms field, give the payment terms value and save the changes. Now if you create a sales order for this customer, the payment terms will be defaulted automatically.
    Thanks,

  • How to Enable Payment Terms in the Advanced Preferences?

    Hi,
We are working on JDE E1 8.12 release, We have a problem that sales order preferences setup is not giving the required result. In the setup we linked Item Group (SRP1) and Customer with payment term. Output of this setup is have different payment terms in SO details (F4211). Right now system is taking same SO header (F4201) payment term. I checked all the setup is okay....can anyone help me to solve this problem.
    I've done the following :
    - Activate the advanced preference schedule ADVPREF in constants
    - Set up the advanced preference definition DETAILS with a preference hierarchy of PH and type of advanced preference 02
    - Set up the detail for an Item Group and Customer
    - Activate preference profiling in P4210 on Preferences tab.
I had a issue - missing data columns with P4072 (Advanced Preferences Detail Revisions). I already could add a preference line via P40711 (Preference Values Maintenance) and I could add values, payment terms, but still is not giving the required result
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi
There are as many options for that
    You can go for
    1)MASS t code
    2) LSMW  (by recording)
    3)BDC (by recording)
and the most easiest way is by doing the MASS tcode
goto MASS and enter the object type as BUS2032
execute now select the sales order haeader data and execute and now enter the sales doc from and to range and execute now all the sales dox will be displayed
and from the menu click on select fields  and select the terms of payment
now select the terms of payment row and enter the new values  and click on carry out new changes
