Data gets scrambled after applying collapselevel in grid

Hi,
I have a grid and a datatable binded to it. This datatable is not filled with the executequery method, instead it is dynamically filled.ie.filling each and every cell by iterating through a loop.The datatable structure before collapse level is as follows

After applying Collapselevel=2 for this grid, I get the display as follows

Anybody know why is this happening? I was expecting the Itemcode ordering as like before applying collapselevel.Actually now it becomes randomly ordered.How can we solve this problem? I can't use dt.ExecuteQuery method in this case.Without altering the schema of the datatable,is there a way to solve this issue?

Hi Deepesh
The collapselevel group the lines with nivel you specific. If you order by ItemCode you can change the order of the column of specific oder nivel.

Aperture 3: GPS data gets lost after 'Update from Master'

My library contains photos in JPEG format that I geotag in Places, then I save the metadata with 'Write IPTC Metadata to Master'. The problem I have is, that the GPS data gets lost after I do an 'Update from Master', even if I saved the metadata before. I'm having this problem with referenced and managed photos and all my JPEGs from several different cameras. The only way to permanently store the GPS info into my photos seems to be to export the geotagged photos as versions.
Does anybody has the same problem or knows how to solve this?

Use Houdah geo (http://www.houdah.com) to write location data back to the EXIF. It's interface is very similar to Places (Google maps and pins) and you can interface with the Aperture library. It's a bit of a pain, but if you need it done now rather than wait for an Aperture 3 fix, then...

Dd to wipe partiton, data gets read after write?

Hi,
want to wipe a partition on my hdd. Doing this with dd if=/dev/urandom of=/dev/sdxx and get ~10MB/s (it's a WD green 2TB in USB2 external case). I tried different bs values (2048, 4096, 1M, 4M, default) but nothing helped.
Now I saw in conky that mot of the time read and write speeds are identical. So I assume that the data gets read after write, is that possible? I also tried it with shred, same behavior on read/write except it's a bit slower ~8MB/s. Perhaps this has to do something with USB. Of course I could connect with SATA directly for wiping but the problem then stays for later when I want to use it as external device...
Any suggestions?

@ROOKIE Mh, thats not the case since the data gets read fom /dev/urandom.
@brebs Doesn't know that there are settings/drives supporting that. Good to know but it says "write-read-verify = not supported"
@teateawhy Lready done with urandom but always good to know that this exists.
So I'm still curious whats going on. And now I can say that it still happens with filesystem on that drive while copying files.
Got read = write = 30MB/s copying files from internal SATA connected to external USB 2.0 connected HDD. So overall 60MB/s what I assume it should be but just writing...
Same when using dd with /dev/zero as source just slightly faster.
Finally reading speed is ~85MB/s which seems to bee the USB 2.0 limit, so this works like expected.

Getting Error After Applying 9.3.2_HotFix_IAC_Starter_v09 to CCP 9.3.2

                We are doing a Validation of CIAC Solution for Japanese customers. We are getting an issue while configuring the CCP 9.3.2 after applying the 9.3.2_HotFix_IAC_Starter_v09 hotfix. The “Set Provisioning Setting” Option throwing some SQL query error while configuring, kindly refer the attached screen shot. We have followed the steps as pre the IAC 3.0.1 Configuration guide.
Environment Details:
CCP 9.3.2                                                             -              Windows Server 2008 R2 Ent SP1 Japanese
SQL Server                                                          -              SQL Server 2008 R2 Ent Japanese
CPO 2.3.0 with Content update 1              -              Windows Server 2008 Ent SP1
Note: We didn’t get this error before applying the hot fix.
I have attached the installation logs after Upgrade.
Kindly help us on this issue..

thank you Joe for filing the Bug.
When I observed the issue I was quite at a loss and it took me a while to find the reason.
I created a softlink on libm.so.2 but this didn' t solved the issue. ldd /opt/CSCOpx/MDC/Apache/bin/web-server showed that this library was now found but some other still not.
The reason was a bit strange and I am not sure if my troubleshooting steps caused it (e.g. re-applying the patch) or if I was just unconcentrated as "it was late in the evening ...."
Finally I found that the other library files which comes with LMS (libaprutil-1.so.0, libexpat.so.0, libiconv.so.2, libapr-1.so.0) and are stored in NMSROOT/MDC/Apache/lib have had a byte size of 0;
Happily, I had still another server running and could copy those files to the local server, restarted dmgtd and got it back running
So I am not sure if the patch just introduces libm.so.2 or if it also has some impact on somee other libraries in NMSROOT/MDC/Apache/lib.
I will update the other server in the next 2 or 3 weeks, then I can tell....

Transferring iphoto library from macbook pro to MacBook Air - dates get scrambled

Iphoto on old laptop : 7.1.5
Iphoto on new 9.4.2
When I open old library it askes to "update" the files.. does this a few times and end result is complete scramble of photos that were previously ordeded by date
I tried to load 7.1.5 on new laptop but it wouldnt let me..
HELP!

Try rebuilding the library on the old laptop
before copying it over to the new one and opening it with 9.4.2.

BAdi not getting called after applying CRM7.0 ehp1

Hi experts,
We applied EHP1 to our Sandbox system and now Badi: CRM_MKTPL_OL_OBJ is randomly getting called.
I went to se18 enter the enhancement spot and once i enter the Badi Implementation I can see under
Runtime Behavior that the implementation is active. However the description in Effect in Current Client says:Execution depends on runtime filter values
While in our other client in which we havent applied EHP1 the Effect in Current client: Implementation is called
I know that is just the description but I am not sure if somthing has changed with EHP1
For both clients the implementation is active, but in the client in which we applied EHP1 the Badi is not getting called where expected.
Does anyone please have any suggestions.

Hi Jeannet,
probably have a look at the filter values in the BAdI implementation as well. It says it has got filters. Maybe the BAdI is only activated for Campaigns but not Elements?
If that does not bring the conclusion do a where used list on the interface for the BAdI. It will bring you to the place where it is called in ABAP and you see the direct cause why it sometimes is called or not.
I implemented the mentioned BAdI on CRM 6 as well as 7 and 7.1 had no problems I can remember so far.

IPhone / Entourage dates get doubled after sync

I hope I'm not repeating a question, although I did a search earlier. When I sync a task from Enourage to my iPhone using iTunes, of course they all go from the various calendars ("categories", in Entourage) to the single iPhone calendar. However the next time I sync, those tasks "come back" to Entourage as separate tasks and are put into the Entourage "Home" calendar, which is the default set up in iTunes if a new task is created in iPhone. The trouble is, these tasks are not being created in iPhone, they all originate in Entourage. As a result, they get doubled.
Any solution?

this helped me: besides using Entourage I used to tell iTunes to sync with mail account settings (when I first got the iMac I transferred my account settings from Entourage to Mail, but later decided to use Entourage again). However, since I told iTunes not to sync the Mail account settings, the tasks do not double in Entourage anymore.

My iPhone calendar dates get deleted after I synch

When I synch my iPhone, I periodically discover that the dates for my current month are preserved but those from past months are deleted. However, the dates are preserved on my computer in iCal. I would to be able to save the iCal entries on my iPhone indefinitely. Can anyone tell me if there's a setting I should be changing?

I found no settings on the iPhone which could make this happen.
Did you sign in to www.icloud.com and check if you have accidently activated Rules (or Forwarding)?

On your iOS devices, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Sync (in the Calendars section) and set this to All Events.
Not sure about your Mac. Try going to icloud.com, opening your calendar, clicking on the gear icon on the lower left and choose preferences, then on the Advanced tab make sure you haven't checked Hide Events next to Old Events.

I get a "shimmer" on some photos after applying & rendering Ken Burns

In a slideshow I'm attempting to make in iMovie, I'm getting a "shimmering" effect after applying the Ken Burns effect to photos I've imported from iPhoto. The shimmer appears most noticeable in shots of scenary, where there is a lot of detail like tree leaves or grass. (In addition, as many others also have noted and complained about, the resolution, and even the color, in iMovie is really a disappointment. This is especially distressing because the original digital photos I took are incredibly crisp and clear, with beautiful color, and the slideshows I made in iPhoto and played on my iMac are gorgeous!). The Ken Burns' "shimmer" & poor resolution in iMovie and burning slideshows onto a DVD seem hardly worth all the time & effort. This is a real shortcoming in the Apple software it seems to me. Apple needs to fix it in future updates to the Tiger operating system or in the forthcoming Leopard.

what you see is usually referred to as a 'Moire' pattern that is caused by high-contrast in your source material. This means that exactly the 'incredibly crisp and clear' advantage of your photo is ruining your clip. In photographs, moire problems are usually overcome by slightly softening (e.g gauss blurring) the offending areas before the final render pass. This you can apply to your source image as well, and then import it into iMovie.
Interestingly, a different approach is possible with moving media. Since moire patterns are artificial noise introduced into your clip, people have found that our 'noise filter (combine)' plug-in can get rid of this. Perhaps you can download the plug-in and try if it helps with your problem.

I have a third style sheet that I use for the navigation styles and h1 -h6 ect. tags. and I am also using a css drop menu, can one of these be the problem?
The css menu I am using has the following script - I goes at the bottom of the html page. Before the closing body tag,

This implies there is something broken in your FluidGrid Layout CSS file.   It could be something simple like a missing semi-colon or curly bracket.   Run your code through the W3C validation tools below to check for errors. NOTE: ignore reported errors in boilerplate.css

Still no files. Still no correction... Still no nothing from Adobe.
The person I spoke to was kind, saying he'd make sure I got CC for free for a while...
Still though, no follow up.

You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds. If that doesn't help try using another HDMI cable.

What version of iOS is the device running?
Is the issue with specific apps or all apps?
What version of iOS do the apps require? Some, possibly all, may require a newer version of iOS than the device is capable of running.
