Data Loss With Inactivity On Phone

When users are using a phone to fill out the form, if there is a moment of inactivity and the phone goes to sleep, the data from the phone is lost, when the phone wakes up. Then the user has to start over again.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks for any help!

This really depends on your phone and its browser but sometimes pressing the back button helps. The problem is that when the phone wakes up it probably refreshes the web page (removing all the data).

  • What can I do simply  to keep all my previous contents, (own pics, videos, etc.) on my previously authorized iPad on PC, but get a new authorisation and a right syncronization, without data loss with a new  iTunes on my new Mac?

    Friends,
I already had an iPad(1) and its full contents (not only the purchased items, applications from Apple, but my all own pics, videos, songs etc.) is normally syncronized with an authorized PC (Windows) computer.
Now,  I've bought a new MacBook Air computer, and want to sell my PC. But I don't know how to transfer (or syncronize) all of the contents from my previous iTunes on PC to the new one on the Mac.
When I connected my iPad to my new MacBook Air, I promted, if I want to change authorization of my iPad to the MacBook.
But also got a warning, that the new iTunes will delete from my iPad all my previously syncronized items, pics, videos and music, with the previously authorized  iTunes on the previous computer, expect the saved pics from the net.
What can I do just like that, simply  to keep all my previous contents on my iPad, but have a new authorisation and a right syncronization, without data loss with the new  iTunes on my new Mac?
Thanks a lot for your answer.

Here are some instructions that I have posted several times that may be helpful to you as they have been to others. You can simply ignore anything that does not apply or that you have already done.
As Alan stated above - transferring the iTunes library is the best first step. If you can transfer the iTunes library to the Mac, most of this will be unecessary for you to do.
    Very Important ....
    1. Authorize the computer.
    2. Turn off auto sync in iTunes
    3. Transfer purchases
The text in italics is from the other thread - non italics are my words.
The following was copied from this thread. This is essentially what you want to accomplish.
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/11527071#11527071
    1) Without connecting your iPad to your new computer, start iTunes. Click on iTunes. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
    2) Now connect your iPad to your computer and start iTunes.
    3) When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases etc.
    4) After it finishes transferring all your apps to your computer, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
    5) After it finishes backing up your iPad, right click on your iPad and select Restore etc.
    6) After it finishes restoring, left click on your iPad , then click on the Apps tab on top, and check the box next to Sync Apps, then click on Apply below.
If everything on your iPad looks good after the sync, go back and click on iTunes / Preferences / Devices and UN-check the box next to Prevent your iPod etc. The only other thing you may want to check is if your contacts, bookmarks, etc. are syncing correctly now. If not, go to the Info tab after connecting and make sure you indicate which features you want to sync with what sources.
Read this thread and the support links as well. There are apps that you can purchase that will allow you to transfer photos from the iPad to your computer. Look at Photo Transfer App in the App store and you can search for others as well.
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/13016026#13016026
This support site will help you with transferring iTunes music to your new computer.

One final note - you may want to leave auto sync turned off - but that is totally up to you. I never did use auto sync.

  • Chronic catastrophic data loss with Lion & servers

Auto-save and versions, when combined with multiple users and a server environment virtually guarantees catastrophic data loss.
    Here's how you replicate it.
    (1) Place a photo on a server.
For us, this is where we recommend people keep important files. Their desktop may be backed up with time machine, but the server is RAID 6 with hot spares, and on top of that is backed up every night. Much, much safer.
    (2) Open that photo in preview. Crop it so that you can print it. Close preview. Notice it didn't ask you if you wanted to save?
    (3) Open that file again. It's still cropped. The original? Gone. Choose "Revert to Saved" from the file menu. Notice the large number of empty windows on the right? Yup, you can't get back to the prior version, even though you never saved.
Now, as a network administrator, imagine the consequences of this for your network. Users accessing shared files and making changes they need, but not saving them because they don't need to be saved. Yup, their version is now THE definitive version for the entire network.
The ability to do non-destructive edits is something that computer users have been doing since, well, the dawn of computing more or less. Lion removes this. Now, add on top of that user mistakes in a network environment. User accidentally deletes all the text from a 24 page document. They don't know what to do so they close the app. Unless the backup has run since that 24 page document was created, it's gone. Forever. And ever. Amen.
Go to backups you say? What if the document isn't accessed for six months from when the user accidentally wiped it out. Hope your backup server is petabyte big, because otherwise that data is gone.
This is a huge, huge problem.
    Joel

I am not an idiot. The very reason we are reporting this is that we are testing this and discovered it. It is not about "random people" changing things on the server. People with appropriate access can do catastrophic damage without even realizing it. Yes, I have also reported this via the Lion feedback.
Let me address some of the comments here:
    > There is nothing to prevent someone on Snow Leopard from doing the same thing if anyone can save a document.
That's the problem. Nobody has to actually save to wipe data out with Lion. Versions _does not work_ on server volumes. I have tested this with Lion client and 10.6 server and 10.7 server. Same result. Massive data loss.
    > Plus, any document over two weeks old would pop-up a big "locked" dialog if the user tried to modify it in Lion. You wouldn't get that before.
Great. Documents can only be inadvertently destroyed for two weeks. Not sure how this makes anything better.
    >And why do you have Time Machine on the desktop instead of on the Server? It seems like it would more handy there.
The server is backed up, as are the clients. It's irrelevant to the problem being reported.
    >You are the network administrator. Disable Preview and get your users a decent image editor.
Great idea! Until Photoshop supports versions. Microsoft has announced support for versions with office. I guess we'll have to disable that as well. Maybe we should try to fix the actual problem rather than just disabling software that used to work perfectly and moving on...
    > The Versions feature is absolutely not appropriate for use in a multi-user context.
I agree. So do mac users stop using servers now? Doesn't seem like a good option.
    > I find it hard to believe that any competent administrator would 1) upgrade clients to Lion this soon after release
I have no clients except my own on Lion at this point, for testing. This is exactly the kind of problem I need to trace down before I deal with huge issues from my users. Also, what happens when we buy new machines? Lion only...
    > and 2) have versions enabled on shared disk.
We can turn off versions on a shared disk? I do not see any way to do this. Please enlighten me!
    > 1) There is no evidence that the original poster has actully upgraded any client or is a network administrator.
I am a network administrator. This only happens with Lion and versions. I have tested this problem against both 10.6 server and 10.7 server. It exists on either.
    > 2) Version is a feature of Lion, not the network. The scenario described by the original poster could occur on any non-HFS+ disk.
The problem is that versions _does not work_ on an AFP server, but acts as if it does. When you use "revert to save" you find that there are no versions. Not good...

  • External Drives for Mac Experiencing Data Loss with Maverick OS -- UPDATED FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2013

    --- Updated November 6, 2013 ---
On October 30th, 2013 Western Digital informed registered customers of affected products via E-mail regarding reports of Western Digital and other external HDD products experiencing data loss when updating to OS X Mavericks (10.9).  Our investigation to date has found that for a small percentage of customers that have the WD Drive Manager, WD Raid Manager and/or WD SmartWare software applications installed on their Mac, there can be cases of a repartition and reformat of their Direct Attached Storage (DAS) devices without customer acknowledgement which can result in data loss.
WD has been tracking this issue closely through our WD Forum and through our Technical Support hotline and the occurrence rate of this event has been very low.  A specific set of conditions and timing sequences between the OS and the WD software utilities has to occur to cause this issue.  Should this event occur, the data on the product can likely be recovered with a third party software utility if the customer stops using the device immediately after the OS X Mavericks (10.9) upgrade.  WD will be issuing updated versions of these software applications that resolve this issue.
WD strongly urges our customers to uninstall these software applications before updating to OS X Mavericks (10.9), or delay upgrading until we provide an update to the applications.  If you have already upgraded to Mavericks,  WD recommends that you remove these applications and restart your computer.  If you have already upgraded to Mavericks and are experiencing difficulty in accessing your external hard drive,  please do not save anything to the drive, disconnect the drive from your computer, and contact Western Digital Customer Service at http://support.wdc.com/contact/.
    --- Updated November 5, 2013 ---
There are reports of Western Digital and other external HDD products experiencing data loss when updating to Apple's OS X Mavericks (10.9).  Western Digital is urgently investigating these reports and the possible connection to the WD Drive Manager, WD Raid Manager and WD SmartWare software applications.
Until the issue is understood and the cause identified, WD strongly urges our customers to uninstall these software applications on their systems before updating to OS X Mavericks (10.9), or delay upgrading.  If you have already upgraded to Mavericks, WD recommends that you remove these applications and restart your computer. WD has removed these software applications from our web site solely as a precaution as we investigate this issue.
If you have already upgraded to Mavericks and are experiencing difficulty in accessing your external hard drive, please do not save anything to the drive, disconnect the drive from your computer, and contact Western Digital Customer Service at http://support.wdc.com/country/ for further assistance.
You can now download the WD Software Uninstaller.  This utility will remove Mac WD SmartWare and WD Drive Manager software.  You can find the uninstaller under any of the Mac Drive Downloads sections such as the My Book Studio below.

I agree. After installing Mavericks I was troubleshooting and reinstalling drivers for days. Many Apps did not work anymore, although the updates slowly arrive. As total divergence of the old Apple philosophy, I had to use endless library cleaning terminal commands to get a new Canon network printer running again. Canon provided the procedures after updating from OS X10.6 to 10.7 already. Now it seems, that the first time I used the Super Drive (CD-DVD Drive) trying to burn an audio CD with baffling error messages (Drive already used..). After this, the RAID1 status of the two MyBook archives changed to JBOD. The changes of OS X10.8 to 10.9 I find unnecessary (iBooks could be an App, Maps we have already the same on other channels). Some changes are even a step back (calendar graphics), the so much more user friendly Office suite iWorks is free, but degraded an of limited use!MadOverlord wrote:
I have had multiple cases of data loss on WD drives since upgrading to Mavericks, and I do not use any WD software. I was using a 4-bay PROBOX USB3 enclosure with 4 independant drives, each with 1 volume, no RAID. I have managed to copy large files off the WD drive onto my MBP internal drive using the finder, and then find that they are not identical. This problem is intermittent, does not generate any Finder errors, and the drives all show 100% health via SMART. The configuration was rock-solid before Mavericks, and has trashed the directories of 4 drives since I upgraded last week. I am attempting to find a solid replication case for this, but it is difficult. I have not been able to replicate the issue on another 2-bay USB2 dock that I have (different manufacturer). One thing is clear: only one thing changed -- I upgraded to Mavericks.

  • Is anyone else have data overages with their new phone, even with the LTE being shut off

I have upgraded to the iphone 5s about 3-4 months ago, and my data usuage has gone up and over within 2 weeks of the billing cycle. with my old iphone it never went over the 4g limit, and that was with nike + and pandora running apps loaded [im a runner and have done this with 3 half marathons in one month plus additional miles]. i am now afraid to even use pandora for an hour on my phone. I have turned off as many things as possible to lighten up the data usage, ie LTE is off, and so is a lot of location servces and background app refresh. i still cant figure out why im reaching my max data usuage so quickly when i am using it 80% less than i use to.
is anyone else having similar issues and has anyone found a solution to this?
i have also done a factory reset on my iphone to see if it helps at all - since, that is apples answer to everything.

I've seen this, as well, on an iPhone 4s.  Eventually the high-data-usage went away, seemingly on it's own (and after calling AT&T a couple of times to get the overage removed from my bill).
Having said that, one thing to check is to turn "Documents & Data" off...  Settings>iCloud>Documents & Data.  I'm thinking this can push and pull a lot of data to/from iCloud very quickly.  Photos under iCloud might do the same...
    Hope this helps...

  • Data loss after routine synch with m515

I just did a hot synch and discovered that almost all of my datebook info has been wiped out from both my handheld & the desktop!!  the synch log contains the following message:  "-- Date Book
       - Some handheld records were not copied to your PC. Your computer may be full or you may have reached the maximum allowed records on the desktop."
Only about 5% of past calendar entries are still there, and about 10% of current/future entries.
I went to the datebook.bak file but it is the same as the data file inspite of the fact I only synched the one time.
Can someone please tell me there is hope for retrieving my data?  Should I just throw the Palm pilot out the window and go back to good old fashioned pen & paper?  This is not the first time I have suffered a complete data loss with these things - the last time was when I upgraded to a new palm & in spite of following the directions exactly, everything was lost.
    Thanks much, Janette
    Post relates to: Palm m515

Thanks a lot for responding, Aeisha.  I did the search & found the largest datebook.bak file.   I opened the palm desktop & used the import option.  I selected the exact location specified by the search results but the files don't match!  For example, the file found by searching is a bak file & its size is 1311 kb, but when I get to the location(thru palm import)  in the folder tree where it's supposed to be, the only datebook file there is labeled "unfiled.dba" and is only 640 kb.  I tried importing that but didn't get back any lost data.
Is there another way you were thinking I could "import"?  Thank you for your help.  Janette

  • VZW - Bring back global data plans or this will be my last trip with a VZW phone in my pocket

(Background -I travel from the US to NZ&AU 3 times per year 2-3 weeks at a time for business. After my last trip I raved about VZW's data service in AU and was looking forward to having it available again. I even purchased a Droid 2 Global for my upcoming trip because I knew i could rely on the service. Called VZW today to make arrangements..)
Last trip (September 2010) : $65 for unlimited data
    This trip (: $20/MB
    Dear Verizon -
At this data rate your product is no longer a reliable business tool - it is at best a novelty. Even though I have a capable device in my pocket, I will have to search out wifi hotspots throughout my trip b/c your service is cost prohibitive. This change makes a clear statement that you do not want to be taken seriously as a global service provider, and is disrespectful to those of us who signed contracts with you based on the availability of your international data plan.
As my trip is just 1 day away, I do not have time to find a new provider before i leave. This, however, will be my last trip abroad with a Verizon phone in my pocket if the unlimited data plan is not brought back. Early termination fee? Doesn't look so bad when you consider that it costs more to download 15MB than it does to terminate my contract.
If anyone at Verizon actually reads this board, please take this thread as a notice from myself and those who post below that you will be losing us as customers if this situation is not rectified.

    Agree completely.
Background:  I've posted a few replies to this topic on Droidforums.net (Under Droid 2 Global).  Just found out about this plan being canceled this week while preparing for a 1 month trip to Japan - figured I would just call to reinstate the plan only to be told it no longer exists.  I am a new VZW customer as of this past November and had used the unlimited data plan on a trip passing through S. Korea and 2 weeks in the Philippines in December - Droid 2 Global worked flawlessly for data once Global Support was able assist with the correct settings.
I am extremely disappointed and feel I was misled when entering into a 2 year contract.  From what I have read it sounds like plans were in the works to cancel the plan with a notice being sent to existing customers last November or something.  Nice that I was told the truth as it was the primary reason I switched from AT&T.  By rights the salesman had an obligation to tell me "you know, this plan is being eliminated as of January xx so if you want to keep it you need to keep it active".
Regarding the 4G LTE service, yes the CS agent I spoke with the other night mentioned this as well but either way I am hosed into getting a new device at that point so give me one good reason to stay with VZW.  At this point as I mention below I am perfectly willing to cut my losses and go back to Brother Orange or other.  In all honesty what I have found in the past 3 months of nationwide travel is that the call quality is muddy at best compared to my old RazorV3 on Orange and seems to be better on NON-VZW networks.
Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice shame on me.  This is going to hurt VZW more than it hurts me.
If anyone else on this forum could verify if I was given the correct contact names noted below (this came via text msg from CS agent as I was still speaking with her - bless her heart):
1.)  Daniel S. Mead is in fact the President & CEO and
2.)  T.J. Fox is the Regional President for IL and WI.
I have every intention of writing a more formal version of below and sending via Fedex or USPS with signature required as it seems electronic means is not allowed.
The following is posted on the above mentioned forum:
    Strength in numbers...
I recall one of the earlier posters had the idea of a petition and I see that Word attachments are allowed here so perhaps I'll draft something up on the flight this Sunday from LAX to NRT and post it next week. Perhaps not so much a petition but more of an "open letter", potentially post it on VZW's own forum as well.
I talked with CS last night for a while regarding another issue and also brought this up. The agent provided me with the following contacts and suggested I write a letter:
    Daniel S. Mead - President & CEO
    One Verizon Way
    Basking Ridge, NJ 07920
T.J. Fox - Regional President IL, WI,
    777 Big Timber Rd.
    Elgin, IL 60123
If anyone else wants to take a crack be my guest, I just think that with minimal effort Verizon might take notice.
    Key points as follows:
1.) $20/Mb for Global Data (Verizon doesn't seem to "get" the idea that "Global" is bigger than just North America, Canada, Mexico and Europe) is not just inconvenient it is outrageously overpriced rendering the phones useless:
Again, using my last months usage as a reference and I don't believe I am a heavy user - email, some browsing, Weatherbug, Nav. etc:  250Mb at $20/Mb = $5,000
Do they seriously think anyone can afford that? All they have done is to hurt their own bottom line.
I'd be really curious to know how many subscribers to the $64.99 Global plan they had or in other words how much revenue they lost.
I'd be happy with a compromise but to eliminate it completely?
2.) According to Global Support, Data has to be either on or off, no way to selectively leave on POP email which is really the only thing I have a need for and simply turn off everything else. Even if you use an App killer how do you really prove there is no data transferring unless you specifically tell the device.
Might be time to root if I could be sure it would eliminate unwanted data transfer.
3.) The availability of this plan vs. other carriers was the only reason I switched from AT&T last November. No mention was ever made of this plan going away. Misleading sales tactics IMHO.
4.) Canceling my contract (family plan at ~ $190/month) that is only 3 months old at this point would sting a little bit for me in terms of 2 lines @ $320 each for early termination.
But, from Verizon's perspective that would be 21 months of lost revenue or ~$4000.
So if 10 people were to send letters/ 10 signatures, we're are talking about potentially $40,000 or more.
100 people now we are starting to get into serious money.
Any way you look at this, Verizon has only succeeded in hurting their own bottom line:   Potential canceled contracts, customers spending the money elsewhere such as Japan's Softbank or NTT Docomo in my case, potential new customers lost due to publicity of this, etc.
    Any +/- feedback appreciated

  • At a loss with phone line and broadband

    Hi,
First of all, sorry for cross posting this, but as you might gather I'm currently stuck between a rock and a hard place.
    http://community.bt.com/t5/Phones/At-a-loss-with-phone-line/td-p/54639
I'm not going to repeat everything in that post, just to say when all equipment is unplugged and you get crackles and white noise through the phone, it can not be equipment, no matter how intermittent. Am I correct?
The main reason for cross posting is around the annoying BRAS IP profile. It seems that for 30mins of static, I get stuck on a 130k profile for 3days. I could cope with the occasional outage or slow down, but 3days is half a week and when you have the recent bad weather, you get 1day of decent profile before the next spat! As a result of this, I would like to see if anyone else in the community has been through similar?
I will point out that I have been working in IT for 13years, so I like to pretend that I know something about things, but I must say that BT is one of the only companies that I deal with and dealt with that seem insistent on blaming the customer for everything.

  • FORCED DATA PACKAGE WITH PHONE UPGRADE

I have been a verizon customer since cell phones were cool.  I started with a bag phone in my car.   I have 5 verizon phones.   Four on a family plan and one through a work plan.
My son wanted to upgrade his phone today which is eligible for early upgrade.  I was very disappointed to find out that any decent phones available come with a mandated data package.   There are two options - for the really nice phones it is $29.99/month, for the basic phones like the LG Envy which I have now it is $9.99/month.
So right now I spend on the family plan about $2000 per year on cell phones.  (It used to be about $3,500 before I got my work phone).   If we renewed to the basic LG Envy phones (which I like)  it would be an extra $40/month or $480 per year.  If we upgraded to the nice phones it would be an extra $120/month or $1,440 per year.  For unlimited data usage this is not a bad deal.
There is only one problem - I DONT WANT IT OR NEED IT!!!!!!!!   I have computers at home with wireless, a laptop with wireless, an i-touch with wireless.   Also, my spouse or children do not need unlimited data or the internet on their phones!   Who wants to pay for a 16 and 13 year old to have unlimited data and wireless?
I  spoke to Verizon customer service and they told me which phones are available with no data package.  Nothing against LG and Samsung but the phones available under those plans are garbage.   They have small screens and are pathetic little phones with limited features.  Even though I don't use the internet on my phone why wouldn't I want one  with a great camera, a large screen for pictures and video messaging?
I realize from talking to customer service that they did surveys to see what customers wanted.  I guess I am one of the only people out there that likes advanced features on a phone with out the internet available to me at all times.  I don't agree with this.  Or is it just that it is more convenient to squeeze another $500 or $1500 per year from a family?   Why not double your sales when you can.  I know every other carrier is doing it which is why Verizon can force this on its customers.   Customer service reminded me of this several times.
    Could we afford donating this money to Verizon for no purpose? Probably but why the {word filter avoidance}
would we?  No wonder so many people are in debt.  I think our money could be used better to send kids to college, pay the mortgage or invest it.   I think this policy is hostile towards customers.  If they really want to serve their customers offer the phones at higher price without a data package.  I guess that wouldn't work since Verizon makes its money from service agreements not the equipment.

    Could we afford donating this money to Verizon for no purpose? Probably but why the {word filter avoidance}
    - Unhappy Verizon Customer looking for other options......
    Dittos to TedKord!
There are many with situations similar to yours.  Our first of 5 lines just went month-to-month this week as there are NO UPGRADE OPTIONS to upgrade from an enV2 without the mandatory data surcharge of $120 per year.  If you are a facebook member you can do a search for Verizon and you will find a group there, several thousand strong now, that also agree and share your frustration.  You can also find links there to contact the FTC, FCC, Verizon, etc.   Take a look and join us if you haven't already.

    Hi, dansamson.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I would recommend going through the steps in the article below.  If the issue persists and your device OS is up to date, I would recommend contacting the developer of the app.

fair enough.  No need for any unnecessary posts either.  You issue had been addressed ad nauseum already in this forum had you bothered to search this forum (as forum etiquette would dictate) before posting.
In any case, I hope that your problem was solved.

  • Downgrade Admin to "Managed with parental controls" - no data loss?

I want to change my daughter's iMac account (originally my wife's computer) from "Admin" to "Managed with parental controls."
Is this possible while saving all of her school work/music/etc. which are now under the admin login/account? Or do I backup her home folder, delete the admin account, add a new one for me, then put her back in as "Standard" and go from there?
Hope there is an elegant/easy way to avoid data loss while still upgrading security on her usage...
    Thanks in advance!
    Kevin

    hi k,
yes you can down grade her account and enable parental controls. This will not delete her content such as itunes, photos, documents, extra.
if you haven't done so already, make another administrator account with you will use to manage the computer. Make sure the account has a password; and that password is not the same as her password.
then Login with the new administrator account.
go to system preferences and click on accounts. unlock accounts by clicking on the lock. click on the old administrator account. now uncheck allow this user to administrate this computer. then check enable parental controls. then click on the open parental controls button.
you can now configure parental controls.

  • Safest Way to Penetration Test an Oracle DB with Potential Data Loss

    Hi,
I was wondering what the safest way to protect Oracle from data loss when running a web application scan. We currently have an external company about to perform a web application scan and they warned us of potential data loss. However, we can't afford much downtime and our storage doesn't support things such as Copy on Write. What would you recommend? Do you think that something like putting the database in read-only mode for the duration of the test (2 hours) and enabling audit on all actions would be sufficient (we could then review the audit to see if any unauthorized calls were made)? Thanks.

If not running live you might consider restoring your database to before the test. But you need to have confidence this would work.
I assume your running live for the duration of the test.
Going read only might invalid the test, and your application might not be able to run read only without generating errors.
Examine and be aware of the flashback technologies available to you at your database version and which ones might be useful. In this context increase undo space/retention target might be helpful but dont dash off doing something at last minute.
Ensure you have checked out how to use logminer.
Consider not continously updating and standby database you have until test is complete.
Ensure your more recent backup is successful and you have checked your restore procedures and have contingency places in place.
In practice the web peneration test may attempt to change a small amount of data in a small number of records, but the agreement probably means they are not liabable if they dropped schema in the database!
If you have to correct data following their test then do so carefully. Doing the wrong thing (especially in a panic) can make a sitation worse, especially if you are doing something you are not familiar with. Often it may be better the data loss through the application itself.
If you do turn on auditing be aware of what it gives you before you turn in on, and beware any space implications.
I notice your are recently registered on the site ... this may mean you dont have much experience with oracle, you may be more of a system administrator for instance. No disrespect in that whatsoever. However especially if this is the case then remember in my opinion dashing to change something last minute statisically often does more harm than good overall and may be harder to undo.
    Hope this helps.
