Data passing from abap to SAP Scripts

Hi all,
I am facing a problem while passing the data from abap progrm to sap scripts.
I have designed asap script which contains the main window and the text elements.
I have to print the line item in the text element 'LINE_ITEM'
the following :
&wa_bseg-belnr& ,, &wa_bseg-wrbtr&.
In the abap code :
I have data in my internal table,
I have used the write_form
ELEMENT       = 'ITEM_LINE'
FUNCTION      = 'APPEND'
TYPE          = 'BODY'
WINDOW        = 'MAIN'
But When i execute the pgm my data is not disaplyed in the print.
What could be the reason,.

hi can u check once the text element name in abap code and script main window 's text element name.it must be same
in script u have to give like this
\E LINE_ITEM
in program
u have to pass the parameters
ELEMENT = 'LINE_ITEM'
FUNCTION = 'APPEND'
TYPE = 'BODY'
WINDOW = 'MAIN'

Data passed from ABAP proxy not reaching PI...

Hi,
My scenario is
ECC ABAP Proxy --> PI --> legacy
In dev box, it is working fine, when data is sent from ECC dev, it reaches PI dev.
But when data is sent from ECC quality, data is not reaching PI quality.
This set up has already been in production and working fine.
I have done some minor mapping changes only in ESR and moved to PI quality. Nothing changed in the Integration builder side.
But a client copy was done from ECC prod to ECC quality (not PI systems). Will this have any impact on proxy ?
What can I check to make sure everything is in place ?
Pl advise.

Hi,
In SLDAPICUST the SLD server host and port will be maintained. The ECC will use this to connec to SLD at runtime and get the business sytem details. This can be checked via transaction SLDCHECK.
Also what the transaction SPROXY says in the ECC system. Is it connecting your PI system and loading the ESR information?
There are a few more configuration that needs to be checked in ECC system for proxy communication, I think this blog can help you.

Print data at new line in SAP Scripts

Is there any way that i can print data at new line in sap scripts. I am looping my data and its printing in the same line but i need to print it at new line. Is there any formating options or any command to do that.

Than you must take all the values from the internal table into the different variables and than print them.
In program:
READ TABLE ITAB INTO WA_TAB INDEX 1.
IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
VAR1 = WA_TAB-FIELD1.
ENDIF.
* read all the lines and fill the VAR variables
In SAPScript:
/E LINE_VAR
/P &VAR1&
/P &VAR2&
/P &VAR3&
/P &VAR4&

Copy Chinese Text from Word to SAP Script

Hi,
I need to change Chinese form. I am not able to copy Chinese text from word document to SAP Script.
When I copy Chinese text from word to SAP Script, I am getting the Chinese text 承运商签 as ?????.
I have done the following steps in my PC and SAP front end settings.
1. At the Operating system level install the Chinees language.[Control panel - >Regional and language Option - >language Tab - > Click on Install Files for East Asian languages] If these language already installed then click on Detail and add the Chinese languages[Chinese (PRS) and Chinese(Taiwan).
2. At SAP level click on Customizing of Local layout[Alt+F12] and click on options.Go to tab I18N and click on Activate the multi-byte functionalities to support check box.
4.Take care of the Font while assigning to Character formar or paragraph format. Dont use normal font name. Example of chinese phone "CNSONG".
Please help on the same.

I hope when you are changing form ,you hv logged in chinese language .
Sap log-in: Chinese ,PC-setting : chinese font loaded & correct charcter format in script : chinese font.
If all this is there then you should not hv trouble in getting chinese text from word to SAP script.

In the text that is in bold in teh code snippet, I am tring to pass the values one-by-one and print in the output.
But only the last line item from that table is begining printed. The other lines are overwritten by the last line.
How should I display all the lines in the internal table it_cond.

U are using a variable window to print the 'total_cond' text element..
so whenever u call the write form for a variable window .. it will get over written by the current contents.. I t wont append the contents to the form...
Instead u use this text element in the MAIN window then onli u will get all the data..
i hope this is the problem..

Issue in alignment of PE51 data when printing it in SAP Script

Hi Experts
I have a SAP Script which is used to print Check at the top and Re-numeration Statement at the second half via RFFOUS_C program. The re-numeration statement is designed in PE51. The Check is designed in SAP Script and the PE51 form is printing inside the script using Main window/ Text Element : 525-HR.
The FM RP_IMPORT_PAY_STATEMENT is used inside the RFFOUS_C program which returns the table PFORM and the contents of the PFORM is exactly the re-numeration statement data and are getting printed one by one in the script using the variable REGUD-TXTHR. My object is fine with all the above said things. Only issue is with the alignment which is weird in SAP Script for the re-numeration part. But when I look into PC00_M10_CEDT (TCODE to view re-numeration statement) the output of designed PE51 form is good with proper alignment.When it is printed via script the alignment is not good at all.
There is some differences in the formats of printing between PE51 and SE71. Do not know what exactly it is. How I can resolve this issue?

Sorry for the delayed response.See the below screen shot.This is how it prints now.The amounts are not aligned.Increasing the line spacing will increase only the space between the lines and i am using same character format for the variable REGUD-TXTHR.I would like to align them.

Viewset does not have data passed from GenIL

Hi All,
We have a custom component in which data is not getting passed from a ViewSet to the Overview page. The details of the issue are given below:
There is a detail view zsoEF and a table view zsoChild. These 2 views are housed in a viewset zsoVS. This view set has an event Eh_OnBack which requires the data from views zsoEF and zsoChild to be passed to overview view zsoOV.
We recently upgraded to CRM 7.0. After the upgrade, the values entered on the views zsoEF and zsoChild are processed in the ZGenIL. The context nodes and the custom controllers are filled correctly with the screen values and some auto added data based on validations..
When we click on the Back button, then Eh_OnBack does not have data in the Custom Controller. I am not able to pin point the reason for this missing data in the Back event. From the way i understand, when we do data binding in the views, we don't have to do that in ViewSet. Has there been any change in this design in CRM 7.0?
I would like to know if there is any workaround for this issue.

Hi Rini,
Did you try to bind the context nodes with the component controller. Can give it a try whether it resolves the problem. Any way it is difficult to say anything as we don't have an idea what exactly you did in the component. Lets take it forward. In the mean time have a look in the below link.

Encrypt data send from a non-SAP system to ECC.

Hi,
We are tryign to encrypt the credit card details send from web (non-sap system) via a xml file to ECC.
From Basis side, I have exported the public key from the ECC for the web server to encrypt the CC details while sending via xml.
The external web consultants encrypted the cc detail with the public key and send it via xml but that was not able to decrypt at the ECC side.
The developers were using the FM 'CCARD_DEVELOPE'at ECC to decrypt the data in the xml file. It was saying SSF error: No data transfered.
Meanwhile SAP CryptoLib is installed and credit card encryption/decryption is working fine for CC details entered via GUI interface.
Is there anything I am missing out here to encrypt CC details send from a Non-SAP system to ECC.? Do we need to load the SAP cryptolib in the non-SAP system to ecrypt this data at the senders end. Or is there a alternate solution for this ?
We are in ECC6.0/RHEL/Oracle10204.

Change of UME data source from ABAP to LDAP

Hi all
we are running a NW04s installation with separate ABAP and JAVA stacks. As we thought our LDAP would be available soon, we configured the JAVA stack as UME data source and of course the ABAP stack for the ABAP-users.
Now it looks like the LDAP will take some time to come. So we would like to change the JAVA data source to the ABAP, so that we can reduce the double work needed for the user administration (JAVA + ABAP).
Now the questions. Once the LDAP will be available we would like to configure the user administration to use the LDAP.
Is this possible, with or without SAP support? Can we get SAP support for this?

I know if you install the portal with an ABAP UME it cannot be changed to something else but assuming you install as database originally then I dont see why you could change from db --> abap --> ldap if you so choose?
There doesnt appear to be any "technical" reason why you shouldnt be able to do this but almost all SAP documentation says you cannot. I assume it has something to do with data inconsistency once the link is broken - probably leaving you with lots of users you cannot delete. I get the distinct impression reading between the lines that you cannot revert back to ABAP when it doesnt work either, which is presumably why SAP do not recommend you even try .....

Data Passing from a Subreport to the Main Report

Hello,I have been able to pass data from a subreport to a main report using shared variables. The Complete Reference: CR XI (p. 313) states that you should be able to now suppress the subreport to prevent it from showing on the main report, however this is not working. I want to get the data from the subreport and then further manipulate it in the main report, and I do not want the subreport shown on the main report. I tried suppressing/hiding the section where the subreport is placed as well as suppressing the subreport itself. The formula values on the main report become null when I do this though. Is it possible to keep the subreport off the main report?Thanks.
