Database Diff - One column and triggers won't fall off report

I'm trying to use the database diff tool (which I LOVE, by the way), and I'm getting just a few odd results. I'm comparing two databases and can never seem to get to where the diff report is empty, even though everything is the same. No matter what I do, it lists one column in a table as different and lists ALL 13 triggers in the database as different. I have tried dropping the table and all triggers in question and having the diff scripts recreate them, but when I try a diff again, they keep showing up as different somehow.
Also, the diff script is generating this as code to modify the column:
alter table "USERS" modify ( "UPID" NVARCHAR2 );
Which I don't think is valid syntax - I get "Missing left parentheses." I think it's because it doesn't like specifying the NVARCHAR2 type without a size. If I change that statement to NVARCHAR2(20), then the statement runs. However, as I said before, it still shows up in the diff report later on as if something is different, even though both databases are exactly the same.
I'm using SQL Developer 2.1.1.64 on Windows XP Pro. Database is 10g.

Does the ext directory have the php_oci8.dll? In the original steps the PHP dir is renamed. In the given php.in the extension_dir looks like it has been updated correctly. Since PHP distributes php_oci8.dll by default I reckon there would be a very good chance that the problem was somewhere else. Since this is an old thread I don't think we'll get much value from speculation.

I would also recommend to write the description into the meta data. This would allow to place a text frame above the image and it is possible to add meta information and file name automatically together with the image, when you place it or even in a prepared template.
Meta data information can be written easily in Bridge in the Meta File Workspace.

Ad a new, temporary column (or one you can hide when not using). Let's say the current Prices are in column C and the new column is D.
you can inflate the prices in column C by 5% by entering the formula in the first cell of column D as:
=C2*105%
likes this:
to fill down, select D2, then copy, then select the D3 thru the end of the column, then paste. Now select C2 thru the end of column C, now paste over the existing values using the menu item "Edit > Paste Values"
you can now hide column D until you need to use it again.

Taking data from one column and spread it out into multiple columns

I have a table that I wish to take the multiple values out of one column and stick each into its own column..
The data looks like this:
subscriber id benefit plan

I want it to look like:

As Daniel said, it is very hard to make any sense of the example you have posted. But this is not the first time here that a poster wants to extract multiple values from a string column - so the basic principles of how to do it, remains the same.
You need to have a means to identify each distinct value. This is usually done by identifying the separator character used between values. Such as a space or a comma.
If the values are fixed length, then you can use sub-strings with explicit positions and lengths to extract the values from the string.
The typical case is the former, which means you need to tokenise (split) the string. There are a number of ways to do this. I posted an example in {message:id=1807978} that shows how to do it via a PL/SQL function. There are numerous other ways, such as using SQL only. If you search for a keywords like "+splitting string+", it should turn up these examples.

Resulting grid does not contain at least one row, one column and one POV

I have upgraded to 9.3.3 recently.
We have a front end app which will run MDX queries to retrieve data.
Sometimes based on the users selections MDX query might get back nothing i.e will get #missing across all rows/columns and this works fine with the existing 9.3.1 essbase server.
If I run the same query against a 9.3.3 essbase cube I get the error "Resulting grid does not contain at least one row, one column and one POV. If you have any suppress row options selected pls clear them."
I DO NOT have Supress missing data/zero enabled. Not sure why I get this error even though I dont have that option enabled.
Essbase 9.3.3 on HP-UX ITanium 11.31
APS 9.3.3 on win 2003 R2
Smartview 9.3.3 - also tried with smartview 9.3.1.6 and see the same error.
Any suggestions to fix this issues?

The front end is using a VBA command "hypexecutequery" and with 9.3.3 essbase I get a return code -9 which means Operation was cancelled as per the smartview doc.
In 9.3.1 essbase I get the return code 0 which means the query is fine even if it does not return any data.
The query I am using now will return nothing as it is a check to see if there is any data. But with 9.3.3 Essbase I get an error code -9 which looks like it does not like the syntax or something.
Any suggestions?

Accidental damage is not covered under Apple warranty. And it seems there is much accidental damage. Only a Genius Bar tech looking at it can tell how much it will cost to repair.
Cost to repair will be high, I suspect (though Genius Bar will confirm/deny.

I tried to update the software for my iPhone 4S, 16 GB to the most recent version (8.1?). I don't know what I was updating from, because I can't access that, but it was whatever was installed on it (I got it about a year ago, so probably 6.something).
It froze, and now won't turn off, or on, or sync with my macbook plus, which is what I have always sync'd it to. (I backed it up and sync'd it right before I tried to update the software.)
Since it originally froze almost 3 hours ago, it shows a white screen with the apple on it and a line underneath. When I try to sync with my laptop, it says it needs me to enter a passcode on the phone, which I can't enter because the screen is frozen. So I'm unable to access the iPhone portion of iTunes.
I have tried to turn it off, with no luck. I have tried rebooting my laptop and syncing, but I still get the same result.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I really wanted to wait to update the software, but I was having internet connectivity issues for the past 3 weeks, and Sprint suggested updating the phone's software.

Try placing the iPodin recovery mode and then try to restore the iPod via iTunes on your computer. For recovery mode see:

Next would be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since you likely have a hardware problem.

I am still very new with using LABVIEW and I have a issue. I am using an excel worksheet with two columns and four rows. In one column I have barcode numbers and in the second I have which sequence tests that the particular barcode has with it. I have it where I get the barcode scanned but what I need help with is having Labview search the excel sheet for a match on the Barcode (From column one) and return back the related test sequence that goes with it ( From Column two). Any suggestions???

Hierarchal Columns and Passing Values to a Detail Report (Action Links)

I have a question in OBIEE 11.1.1.5 around Hierarchal Columns and passing the values to a detail report. I have create a report with a Hierarchal column (Two Levels only), Month Column and a metric.
I created a detail report and see both columns used in the hierarchy to "is Prompted" as well as the Month column.
On the Summary report I put an Action Link on the Metric to navigate to this Detail Report. When I select the metric I see that the Month value gets passed to the Detail Report but none of the Hierarchal columns have been passed at all.
When I replace the hierarchal column with just the two columns, the values get passed fine.
Is this a known issue with Hierarchal columns? Is this functionality even available?

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
