Database has been consuming 90 - 95% of the CPU

Environment is : Oracle 10.2.0.4 on HP-UX.
Our sys admin set out an email saying the database is using 90 -95% of teh CPU consistently. Wher e can I start doing the research?
More info from OEM Snapshot report:
Host CPU was a bottleneck and the instance was consuming 15% of the host CPU. All wait times will be inflated by wait for CPU.
Please advice as to how I can go about looking at this message.

I need to reinstall the CRS because I used wrong IP alias when privious installation.The database has been created and put into the test enviroment. I am required to reinstall the CRS without affecting the database normal running.

I am new to Oracle Enterprise Manager. I just installed Oracle8i on Windows 2000 Server. I am connecting to OEM as sysman. When i try to open database applications (e.g. Tools - Database Applications - DBA Studio) from Oracle Enterprise Manager, it gives error:
VTO-4400 No database has been discovered. please use the enterprise management console to discover atleast one database before starting the application.
Can anybody tell me how to connect to the database?

Having said all that, a colleague has suggested we just limit the amount of RAM available for the EX2010 DB cache
Then it won't have to start releasing RAM when the backup runs, and won't throw SCOM alerts

Use t-code COOIS and follow below activities -
List - Documented goods movement ---> production order ---> plant ---> Execute
All the components will appear with movement type 261 and 101.
select only 261 movement type materials.
These are your RAW material which has been consumed against subjected production order.

You can modify the PR but will the changes trigger the Release strategy depends on the configuration which is done in your system.
If the Release Indicator is assigned for triggering the RS if there are any changes in PR the RS will get triggered and if it is not assigned it will not trigger.
Please check the Release indicator configuration on weather the Indcator are set for changes.

i have the same problem with my 3gs and tried to add my email acc+pass in the outgoing server but it got rejected.

In what way are you receiving this message? It is very common to get an email telling you that your ID has been disabled, and asking you to confirm all your details so the sender can steal your identity online.....

I got an error when I was clicking around in my program.

I don't know but is it possible that it has something to do with an other program that is running on the PC?
It would be nice if someone got a solution or can help me a little bit further.

I couldn't find much information regarding this problem. An external search delivered results of different programs bumping into this very same Windows error message. A clean installation (in most cases) was delivering a solution. But first of all;
- how often does this problem appear? Does it appear in Labview in general or in a specific exe / VI?
- which operating system are you using?
- which Labview version are you using?
If it is in a specific VI / exe we can try to strip it down. Does the application use any drivers (DAQmx etc)?

I have a InfoPath 2010 form which was published to SharePoint 2010. I migrated the content db to SQL Server 2012 and I have converted the Sharepoint 2010 (windows based) to the SharePoint 2013 claims based site. I have not fully upgraded the site to
2013 version (Version upgrade to SP 2013) is not done..
In the InfoPath 2010 form, which is available in SP 2013. I have a button and on click of it, i have the below code:

please let us know your sharepoint 2013 latest cumulative update, if possible please make sure it is March 2013 update or above.
as i know, between 2010 infopath and 2013 there are difference, perhaps if you can debug your form it may help.
most probably there are environment settings difference between 2010 sharepoint and 2013 sharepoint. such as the data connection size/length, that causing it failed, or the form data is NULL.

InfoPath form, rich text fields, "There was a form postback error" InvalidOperationException, There has been an error while processing the form

Using InfoPath 2013 browser enabled form.
I am getting the above error on ALL Infopath Designed Rich Text fields, where the "Cannot be blank" attribute is set.
To reproduce it, I create a custom list and custom list form with InfoPath 2013. I add 2 Rich Text fields and enable "cannot be blank". To raise the error, I put some data in the RT field. Skip to another field (so focus is changed and a postback
occurs), then back to original field to delete the contents (to raise the validation).
I originally thought it was associated with the HTMLCHKR.DLL not being registered (and I have re-registered it just in case), but the exception I get from the ULS logs reads (it is from a list AFTER I have re-registered the DLL):

I noticed that errors associated with the HTMLCHKR.DLL not being registered would have some sort of COM exception (example: TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED or REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)
I also should mention that this problem started happening about 3 weeks ago. We have extended the web application to handle HTTPS on the intranet zone (we had a reverse proxy project that did not eventuate) - would that cause something? How can I do further
checking?

I created a custom list and custom list form with InfoPath 2013. I added 2 Rich Text fields and enabled "cannot be blank". I put some content in the RT field, then delete the contents, I got the error message:"there has been an
error while processing the form."
Here is a similar post said that executing the command: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\
OFFICE14\htmlchkr.dll" will solve the issue.

ACR 8.7 has not yet been released. The ACR 8.7RC has been released. It is a Release Candidate - and as such, is not a final version. I wouldn't be concerned about a lack of Lightroom support until a final version is released.

Application, the main screen is divided into two containers:left and right container,
The right side of the container is divided into two containers:top and bottom container,
There is a button in the left container.
Click the button, the container at lower right will using ModuleManager load Module, The following container load of the right of the screen has been monitoring the container above the action.
Problem:
When you click the button repeatedly to load the container in the lower right, it will create multiple instances, and can not be freed immediately. When the above container do an action or event, there are multiple instances of monitoring exist.
The background will be repeat the action or event many times.
How to avoid the event has been repeated many times in the background?
