Hello Veronica,
Negotiation Phase is only for Quotes - it does not apply to Sales orders. You need to create a Defaulting Condition template similar to that called 'In Fulfilment Phase' for Sales orders.
Here are the details:
(1) Navigate to Setup >> Rules >> Search for Application='Order Management' and Entity = 'Order Header' >> Once the rules appear click on 'Defaulting Condition template' >> Under 'In Negotiation Phase' create another Validaton template named 'In Fulfillment Phase' >> Enter any Group# >>Under Validation Rules, Select Attribute as 'Transaction Phase' >> Mark it '=' 'Fulfillment' >> Save
(2) Click Tools (top menu option) >> Generate Defaulting Handler package (you can also run the conc program)
(3) Go to the Ordered Date defaulting rule and do as I had mentioned below.

How to stop PO output when the indicators are updated with a prog. **URGENT

Hi,
I have developed a update prg which will update the Final invoice indicator and Goods reciept indicator in SRM as well as in R/3 only for 'ORDERED' PO's. This was done using BBP_PO_PD_UPDATE FM. Everything is working fine, all the indicators are getting updated as expected both in SRM and R/3.
Only problem is that when the indicators are updated in SRM, PO Output is getting generated which should not happen.
Do you have any idea how to stop the OUTPUT.
This is very urgent.

Mail.app crashes when certain messages are selected

I recently migrated a user from OS X 10.4 to 10.5. When we run Mail.app, it will crash when certain messages are clicked.
I've tried everything I could to get the mail in in a different way -- importing it in different ways, deleting ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist, and re-importing, etc.
It certainly seems that the problem is tied to the individual message, as clicking on a certain message, even if it is in different folders (because of the way it was imported) causes the crash.

My guess, the email(s) are from windos users?
I had this problem, until I switched to thunderbird. A few people, using a version (don't remember the version number) of outlook/outlook express, would send multimedia attachments.
As soon as I would select the email, Mail would crash.
I would copy the offending email to a folder with no other contents, and then open it up with TextEdit, to view the non-attachment portion.

Try from a computer. You may have to reset your password. If you can't get the comfirmation email then you can use the secret question. Once you can log in then you change the the email address.

Screen color settings changes when certain software is launched.

Since today I noticed the screen color settings of my Macbook Pro 17" (beginning 2011 model — Running OSX 10.8.4) is changing when certain software is launched. In this case, Indesign CS6.0 gives a strange blue hue over my screen, but when I check my screen color settings, nothing has changed, everything is set the same as when I don't run the softwares that change my screen color settings. I don't recall changing any settings that could have triggered this action. I didn't change any settings in Indesign CS6.0. I do regularly use CleanMyMac 2 to clean out my computer, maybe this has changed some settings? How can I change this back to normal? Google didn't help me neither.

Ah right, don;t use laptops much and always forget about that one, good catch. Switching graphics cards would definitely have an effect.
Just remember with that unchecked you will decrease battery run time so you might want to switch it back on when you are not doing graphics and you are on battery.

Phone reboots when certain songs are played on the music app?

on my iphone 5c, if i try playing certain songs in my music app, they play for a few seconds and then my entire phone reboots. i have a lot of music on my phone and all of the songs that do this are from the same album. it also didn't start doing this until after i updates to ios 8. i've tried looking elsewhere to see if someone else has had this problem but i've come up empty. its really inconvenient because i can't even listen to those songs now. i've also noticed that its only when i have headphones or an auxiliary cord plugged into my phone.

If you are having issues with your restarting when certain songs are played through headphones, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings

Billing doc creation date in order changing when cancelled

In Order, if 'Future Cancelled date' is given, Billing document creation date is being changed automatically to cancellation date (if cancellation date is less than billing date). Is there any way to restrict this?

Hi Leo,
When any invoice is cancelled it will automatically pick the original invoice date.
If you want other date on which the cancelled invoice has to be created can give the date in the billing date field, so that it wil creat cancelled invoice on date you entered when cancelling

Sale Order change BAPI - Storage loc not updated

Hi Everybody,
Iam using "BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE", to change the sale order items.
First iam calling above bapi with switch B, for new pricing & then second time for material change.
When i change any material number, it is getting updated correctly.
But the storage location, even though iam passing in the bapi it is not updated, & is blank - updation flag is also passed.
When i execute sale order change again it is updated - ie, for any material change for first bapi call, storage loc is not updated - for 2nd bapi call storage loc is updation - for same input in both the cases.
Is there any way to update the storage loc is first call of sales order change bapi.

Time and date settings change when phone is powered down (not shut off)..

I recently installed the iOS 8 update and immediately noticed that the time and date settings would change when I powered down my iPhone. I did not turn off my phone, only clicked the button to power down or save power. I have tried all the fixes, suggestions, etc., but I am still having issues. In the power down state, I am able to receive phone calls or texts but when I go into my phone, the time and date will be off. It stops from the moment I click the button to power down the phone. Please don't get this confused with turning off the phone completely. This happens when I click the button for power down or power save, however it is described.
So, how do I fix it? Is the app/software for the clock the problem? Is the battery distribution the problem? For some reason, in power down mode, the clock is not receiving constant power in order to keep accurate time. It stops the moment I click the button. Any suggestions? fixes, etc. I could try. Apple support techs were absolutely no help what-so-ever.

HT201317 Album Photo Order Changes when Posted to Photostream

Okay, I really liked the old iWeb app. When I built albums the order in the album remained the same when posted to a web page.
Am I missing something? Why does Photostream put photos back into number/date order? Can this be overridden?

The order is probably alpha-numeric, based on the File Name of the photos. iPhoto allows you to change the photo's title, but to change the file name you must export a copy outside of iPhoto.
Select your album. Then export to a desktop folder, with "use album name" checked. If your album is named "Winter" then the photos will be names "Winter 01," "Winter 02," etc. Your order should be preserved.
If your photo titles are important, you could pad the beginning of each title with a numeral. Then export with "use title" checked, and the file name will become the photo's title.

Error in SelectOneChoise inside the table when its atributes are updatable

I have a table in my page, this table is referenced with a VO. This table have a colunms with SelectOneChoise. The user select a item in that SelectOneChoise and click on "Save" Button, and my application make a update in table.
But a itens in this SelectOneChoise can change when the user changes a value on the other SelectOneChoise in page.
Example:
US: California / New York ( <- this is a SelectOneChoise with 2 itens [ California and New York ] )
Table
Id - People Name - City
1 - Ricky - [if California is selected, then show Cities of California, else show New York's Cities]
2 - Bianca - [if California is selected, then show Cities of California]
When the user change a value of SelectOneChoise of US, the Cities inside the table are updatable automatically.
My problema is:
When i update the citys in table, return that Error:

But, this only happens when a US has a smaller number of cities that the current.

The error only happens when the state that has fewer towns that chose the previous state.
For example:
Initially, the state chosen begins empty.
If the user selects the state 1 (with 5 cities)
OK, it works 5 cities is greater than 0
If the user selects the state 2 (with 8 cities)
OK, it works as 8 cities is greater than 5
If the user selects the state 3 (with 4 cities)
ERROR because 4 is less than 8 cities

InfoView needs login information when dynamic parameters are included

we've got a Crystal Reports Server 2008 and everything worked fine in the past, but then we had to reinstall the server and now we've got the following problem:
Although we saved the Login information of the report on the server, InfoView asks the user again when you he wants to open the report. But this only happens when the report has a dynamical parameter.
We really tried alot of things but we didn't find a solution and i'm very sure every setting is the same like before the new installation.
Do you have any idea how we can fix this problem?
Database connection is ODBC, but the settings of the connection wasn't changed and the reports are still the same, too. I think it has to be a problem of the server. When we create a new report everything works fine and the login informations are saved but as soon as we include a dynamical parameter, infoview wants the login information again. Btw: We're using Tomcat.

I'm sorry, but yes, parameter means prompt.
When I try Infoview I'm using the same login information as in CR, but we also tried different.
The User has definitely the right to open the report, because he can type in the information when he opens the report in InfoView, and the report and prompt works. The strange thing is, that the login information are already saved in the properties of the report and should'nt be asked again.
Still no solution for this problem... any other ideas?
Again, everything works fine before we made a new installation of the server and im very sure that every setting now is the same, but the port of the infoview has changed, is there a possibility that some ports need to be opened now or something like that?

Album song order changes when synced to i-pod

On I-tunes the songs in the albums are in the correct playback order but when I sync it to my i-pod the some of the songs are in the wrong order. Everything looks ok when I look at the "get info" section. Any ideas?

looks like I figured out something that worked for me. In itunes I selected a playlist on my ipod, inside that playlist I selected an entire album by shift clicking the first and last song. In this example I'll use "album x" which has always been out of order on my ipod...after I selected the entire album I chose "get info" when the window pops up I saw that the "album artist" box was empty but the "artist" box wasn't. I just typed the same thing that was in the "artist" box into the "album artist" box and hit ok...after a quick resync "album x" which has always been out of order is now all of a sudden in order...and it has worked for multiple albums on my ipod, especially the sound tracks, give it a shot and let me know if it works for you.
