Hi,
During DB installation at Update database statistics Installation error.
Error shows that
MTU- 03010 Execution of the command "/sapmnt/QMS/exe/brconnect   '-u' '/' '-c' '-f' 'crsyn -o 'SAPQMS' finished with status TST_ERROR
brconnect.log error
/usr/lib/hpux/dld.so: Unable to to find library 'libclntsh.so.10.1
Any help.

Skip this step and continue the installation and after completion the setup from db13 run update statistics

    i would suggest:
    1. add the directory of libclntsh.so to you path
    2. try to execute the following command in shell: "/sapmnt/C11/exe/brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPC11"

    Hello kristene Jyo,
    Did you get any breakthrough in this issue. Because i am also facing the same issue while installling the NW04 with oracle 9.0.2.0 but during "Update Statistice" step of Database instance installation it is giving me below error.
    "Unable to find library 'libclntsh.so.10.1"
    I already have 3 instance running fine on the same server of ECC 5.0 which i installed with oracle 9 same database.
    Please help me if you have any clue about the same my OS is HPUX-11.23.

    Do not create the links, please

    Looks like a "nice" workaround but with it you stop using the oracle instantclient and start to use the "normal" client.
    For the instantclient you do not need to set any NLS parameter, for the "normal" client you will need to do it.
    This is prone to get other possible errors that can be solved with other "workaround" until you hit one that need SAP support to "enter" in the picture, and the first thing would be to undo all that to get support.
    This thread is one year old, so i assume the issue is already solved.
    But, incase it is not so, or some other people does find this thread.
    The error means that BRtools are looking for the oracle client 10g and you do not have it installed or it is not properly done.
    That means that, the solution would be to install this instantclient properly following the instructions from the SAP Note 819829 Oracle Database 10g: Instant Client 10.x on Unix
    If you get this issue while installing in oracle 9.2, then it means that the delivered brtools level are a bit higher for your release. In that case, replace the BR* tools delivered (700) with the latest from 6.40 kernel. and be sure that the oracle client 9i is properly installed as it is needed for this version (see SAP Note 539922 Installing the ORACLE client software 9.2.X for UNIX)

  • Windows server update services installation failed the update could not be found

    I have tried to install WSUS Role on windows 2008 r2 ent server. its says windows server update services installation failed.
    actually the wsus role for SCCM 2007, asper the prerequesite i have finished all other steps, only wsus role is pending.. please help..

    The keys are:
    (1) to delete WindowsUpdate registry keys, and then
    (2) enable/restart Windows Update services.
    (3) also to make sure there's no WSUS policy defining update server is in place
    This resolves my issue.

Does your current version of Eclipse have Crystal Reports for Eclipse already installed?     Thank you for the feedback.
    I have manually updated the statistics on a single Table successfully and the Table has been removed from the list of stale statistics. So this is further evidence the daily Task "Optimizer Statistics Gathering Task" is failing to update stale statistics.
    Any further comment or suggestion welcome

    Camera Raw 6.7 Update for Mac:  Installation Failed error message.  Update downloaded directly from Adobe website.  Newly purchased Mac Workbook Pro, OS 10.10, using Photoshop CS5. Other updates successfully accomplished.  Camera Raw 6.7 Update was downloaded multiple times with multiple installation attempts. Any recommendations?

    thanks for the prompt response...i appreciate it.  according to the link you listed, that's correct.  the strange thing is that prior to the upgrad to mac os 10.8.4, photoshop CS5 was working just fine and i was able to open my canon raw files with my current camera raw plug-in version 6.7 which adobe has indicated is the last camera raw update they'll be offering for cs 5
    so it's clearly an issue related to the "upgrade" of the os.  seems like every solution creates 6 new problems...further evidence for the notion that if it ain't broke don't fix it!  thanks again.

    I could find the answer after searching previous posts about this language problem.
    Had to change my language in AAM profile and then download PS CS6 again ( english version ).
    Then open the actual Photoshop and in preferences > interface you can besides the Dutch also option for English.
    restart application and Voila.

    After the update to Android 5.0.1 on my Galaxy Note 4, my Galaxy Gear S will not install apps, I get an error message that says "Installation Failed. Try Later. (WO:WO:-1002). I am glad it was a free app I was trying to install (I tried a couple of different ones to see if it was just a bad app and they all failed on the install. The Note 4 and the Gear S seem to be communicating okay via bluetooth (health stuff syncs, Gear S controls the music player on the note 4 Etc. )

    Everything that I had installed previously on the gear S still works.
    Everthing while in the gear manager seems to be working okay also. I can make changes in the Gear manager on the note 4 and they show up on the gear S. I have an app called watch styler , it let me create a new watch on the Note 4 and that showed up on the Gear S.
    The only thing that seems to be not working is installing new apps.
    When trying to get a new app it looks like it is working as normal , the dowload shows it is working but it errors out when it goes to install it.

    We try to install sccm 2012 serondary site in server 2012. It always failed.
    I used the rereqchek tools to check system enviroment locally. All passed.
    The primary site installed in server 2012.  Both server had granted the administrator permission.

    I wasn't able to install the new version of iTunes (version 11.1.1). The installation keeps failing. The they suggested the I install it manually and that failed too. I will attach the message I received.

    Well when the indsatalltion failed I was given instructions to select Download Only from Tools and then install manually. When I did it, I window popped up with the following items: - AppleApplicationSupport

    I selected Repair in all of them instead of Remove and all worked but iTunes64

    I completely understand what you're saying. Since that Repair did not resolve the issue, our best option is to uninstall iTunes and its components and redownload it. To do this, we will follow the steps in this article: Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

    First, we will want to quit iTunes and/or Apple Software Update if those are open at this time.
    SAMIA:
    Rebekah, the instructions you gave says, "For Windows XP, follow these steps to remove and reinstall iTunes and other software components for Windows XP."

    Also, my iTunes doesn't open anymore after the new failed installation.

    The section that says "For Windows XP…" is in case we opened up the wrong article, as we have the one for Windows Vista, 7, or 8. There is a link to click ("these steps") in those directions that would take us to the article for uninstalling on a Windows XP.

    On the computer, we will want to click on Start > Control Panel. In Control Panel, we will click the "Uninstall a program" link.

    This error code is not something that I am finding in my sources, Samia. So there is a chance that it is being caused with the Windows computer itself.     For the benefit of others, I wanted to post the steps that fixed this issue for gbrozk1:
    Open Extension Manager CS5.
    Select Dreamweaver on the left, and then remove the HTML5Pack (11.0.3 Updater) extension.
    Repair the installation of Dreamweaver using your original installation media.
    To do this, insert your original installation DVD, or double-click the downloaded DMG file, and then double-click Set-Up.app to begin the installation.
    When given choices of which products to Install/Re-install, uncheck everything except Dreamweaver. (That is, we need to be sure Dreamweaver is selected to be re-installed. Re-installing repairs the installation.)
    Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete the re-install/repair of Dreamweaver.
    Restart your computer.
    Install the 11.0.4 update.

    I have done the following to try and rectitfy the error:

    2. Installing the update manually from here - http://www.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver/downloads_updaters.html
    3. As suggested - removing the /AAMUpdater folder here - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/847350?start=0&tstart=0
    4. Tried the "fix" link - http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/902/cpsid_90241.html - dead link
    I am not going to reinstall CS5 because I can't get a fix, I'm not all together sold that THAT would fix the error either...
    Anyone have an actual solution for this?

    I am on a Mac, 10.7.2 and am running CS5 - Dreamweaver runs fine there are no issues there, I have now 3 Adobe Application Manager updates in my tool bar... As soon as it runs again, I'll have 4...
    Anyone have any answers that DON'T involve reinstalling Dreamweaver?
