Default NET price reflected in to PO from contract

Dear GURUS,
i have one requirement as fallows,
the net price should be reflected at the time of PO creation from contract when we create the PO wrt to the contract,
please let me know the configuration for this in detail.
rgds

Hi lakshmi,
No need to do any config settings to pick the Net price from contract to the PO.
If you are creating the PO WRT contract system will always pick the contract net price only.

  • How change plant, net price, OPu, and Material Number from ME32K

    Hi GURUs,
May let me know how I should configure ME32K in order to allow users to change:
    - Material Number
    - Net Price
    - Order Purchasing Unit
    - Plant
I have tried setting up field selections layout properly, even debug PBO, it is still greyed out for those fields.
    Please help.
    Thanks,

there is no way to change the price in item overview in the contract.
The reason is explained in OSS note 685117.
........The problem is that Scales and/or validity periods may exist for the conditions, because contracts have time dependant conditions, just like info records do.
This is in contrast to e.g. Purchase orders which have Time independant conditions and so, NO scales nor validity periods.
A Purchase order has A price! The price maybe determined based on a source; a contract or an info record. Depending on the order quantity and the date, the PO price is determined.
The contract does not have A date, it might have several; indicated by the validity periods. Furthermore the price is dependant on eventual scales. Therefore it does not have A price either..........

  • Net price zero for SRM service central contract in SAP ECC

    Hi
Net price in backend ECC is showing as zero for SRM service central contrracts, all other price fieids are fine expect net prices. We have no issues for material contract.
Does any one had similar issue of net price zero? I have tested this scenrio in couple of SRM 7 landscpape all are with similar behaviour. Is it standard?
    Your response is highly appreciated.
    Regard
    Prashanth K Saralaya

    Hi prashant
I never tried service . but you can see this below symptom for you.I extensively worked on Material contracts.
Are you creating contract from Process contract or Via RFQ
Note 1272305 - Total value wrongly calculated in Contract Service lines
    Symptom
We create a Service contract in the R/3 Backend from RFQ. During the transfer we calculate the gross price based on the quantity, price and price unit. (ie) The field ESLL-BRTWR is filled with following formula in the idoc processing. ls_e1edc20-BRTWR
              = ( is_item-price * is_item-quantity ) / is_item-price_unit.
AS total value of the service lines is calculated based on the field NETWR which is passed as blank from SRM, during recalculation total value when we change the gross price of one of the service lines in r/3, it is required to fill this field
till PI values are brought correctly till posting to ECC. ?
Note 1123292 - Net Price wrongly calculated in plug-in MAP_BLAORD_SERVICES
    my experience in GOA
    Note:-
2 set stream of DATA comes from SRM as BLOARD and COND_A ..
Even some times when we reprocess failed IDOCS in BD87 in ECC ( comes contract data from SRM as GOA and failed due to some data validation in ECC). now data issue was fixed at Material master level. and
if we forget to reprocess COND_A - BLOARD creates a successfull GOA but net price shows as ZERO for each material and when you post the COND_A data and correct price will be updated in ECC contract. so kindly check price data reaches or not not or price calculation failed in ECC.

    Hello Madhu,
I am creating a sales order with reference to contract & the same
prices in the contract are flowing. But the validity of prices are expired
& I am unable to edit the prices in the sales oerder level.
Please suggest what configuration need to do to edit prices in the sales order level.
The configurational setting for changing the pricing flow from Contract to Sales Order is in Copying control. Go to the T-code VTAA and select your relevant Contract and Sales Order. At the Item level itself, you shall find a control called PRICING TYPE. Select the option as B or C.
Please try out this approach so that your issue related to pricing flow can be avoided.

  • Price during PO creation (copy from contract) is changeable

    Hi all,
How can i configure as such price during creation of PO which is copy from a contract is not changeable?
    Thanks.

    friend
that is determination of pricing procedure. setting is done in SPRO-IMG-Materials management-Purchasing-Conditions-Define price determination process-Define Schema determination.
You have a opition of copying of the values from Contract to PO into say from ZB00 to PB00
Condition type PB00 (maintained using tcode m/06) maintain ZB00 as an access sequence.
Manintain condition records to condition type PB00.

  • Changing Net Price using bapi 'BAPI_PO_CREATE1'

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to create the PO using BAPI .In this ,  the Net Price value is automatically updated from Info record.
Can any one pls suggest the procedure how to update this Net Price through a flat file , and not through the info record.
    Thanks in advance...
    Regards,
    Sivani.

    HI,
Try to set the IMPORT paramter NO_PRICE_FROM_PO = 'X'.
also if u want the data from the flat file collect the data from flat file to internal table.
    loop through that internal table
    call BAPI.
    endloop.
    Hope this solves ur problem

  • BAPI_PO_CREATE1 Net Price

    Hi Experts,
Using BAPI_PO_CREATE1, I try to create a PO with net price $10. This line item is referencing to a Contract item with price $12.
After executing the FM, PO was created with net price $12, which is taking from the referencing Contract instead. How can I prevent this from happening? Is there any enhancement I can make to the standard FM?
    Thanks.
    Best Regards,
    Wei Shan

    Hi Dude,
    Enhancement's in BAPI_PO_CREATE1.
    1. MGV_GENERATED_SAPL2012
    2. /NFM/MM_SAPL2012.
    3. MGV_GENERATED_SAPL2012.
steps to find out the enhancement :
Goto se37 -> Pass the BAPI name -> Display -> goto function module at meun bar -> enhance Source code -> you will be finding the above 3 enhancements...
To implement place the cursor at right enhancement and right click and click implement enhancement -> create , to add the custom code .

  • Price is not Picking from Contract while making PO

    Hi Gurus,
Value Contract for services is created, While making the Purchase Order the price is not picking.
Note:-The Contract is in Valid Period only.
Can any one tell me what reasons may be there.
    Regards,
    Prabhakaran M

As a std procedure while creating PO price won't be picked from contract.  Rather you need to create a PO w.r.t the contract. In that case PO will take the same conditions stored in the contract.
Else if you are working with sourcelist, then you need to define the contract as a source of supply.  In this case when you create PO system will pick Contract as source and contract price will appear in PO.

  • Adopt net price from contract  if po created with referance to contract

    Hi expertise,
Can any body so kind to find a way for the below requirement of my client:
When PO is created with reference to contract, the net price of PO should be adopted from the contract & user should not allowed to change the net price of that PO (but allowed to change the quantity).
Your earlier answer should be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Sp sahu

    Hi,
You should make use of two very helpful options in SAP.
They are known as the EVO parameter and the EFB parameter. These control what the user can do when generating .
You configure a combination of flags on each parameter and so control things like "can prices be changed", can the user ONLY create by referencing a document (contract or req etc.)
They are configured in the following menu path on SPRO
Materials management > Purchasing > Environment data > define default values for buyers.
This is the EVO parameter it is well worth reading the help text on the config for this. It explains that you have to then add a parameter (EVO) to the userid (in the normal way that they maintain their userid , or via the config).
The EVO parametr is quite useful but the EFB parameter is even better, this conttrols what the user can do.
The menu path  for the EFB is
Materials management > Purchasing > Authorisation management > Define function authorisations for buyers.
This is the one that will help with your problem. It works like the EVO parameter and so you add the EVO parameter to the userid and give it the code that relates to one that you have configured (careful the system is case sensitive for these codes, so use upper case or numbers for the codes when you configure them)
In the EFB config switch on or off the flags that you want (in your case switch OFF the enter conditions and it may help to use an appropriate field selection reference key that makes the fields display only.
Then when you allocate this parameter to the userid the settings will apply.
try them out in your play client, they are VERY useful, especially the EFB parameter.

  • Net Price does not reflect on Consignment PO even after maintaining info re

    Dear Experts,
I have created consignment PO but the net price does not reflect on it. I have already maintained valid consignment info record for this material with reference to standard purchasing organization in ME11.
    Would appreciate your views ...
    Cheers !
    Sachin Narvekar

    Hi,
the system behaviour is correct here.
The basic concept of vendor consignment lies in this.
In this case PO is a request to put his stocks at the company.
The moment we uses( Transfer from vendor stock to Company's own stock, using 411, or direct issue to cost centres using 201K) this stock, liability will be generated.
Then the price from the info record will be used as well as the tax code.
Then u can run a settlement transation , for payment settlements.
Until the moment u uses the stock, it will be vendors stock only, thats why only Issue create liability.
So the system behaviour is correct.

    Krishna

  • Net price from P/R not getting adopted into P/O

    Dear Friends,
We are facing problem at the time of making new P/o from P/r. All the details from P/r are getting adopted into P/o except for the net price. Kindly advise whether any configuration settings need to be changed.
    Thank you
    Prashant

    Hi,
PR price will never copy to PO until and unless you maintain deault values in PR.
In PR, just above item details there is a tab called Default values, click on that, Pop up window appears, there click on more fields, you can find PO price, add it to your default items. save the settings and tick the check box always propose.
Now PR price will come into PO.

  • Net price in R/3 PO differ from the actual local PO net price Urgent

    Hi,
I  am working on extended classic scenario
I created a local PO, in which the net price of the material is 100 Euro later on I changed the payment terms and when I checked the backend PO which is the copy of the local PO, I found that the net price has been changed from 100 Euro to 212 Euro and when I checked the PO in SRM I could see the same value i.e. 100 Euro.I checked the change document in backend system and found that the net price has been changed by the SRM_RFC user.
This has happened for quite a few number of local PO
I am not able to understand how the backend PO net price can differ from the local PO net price.
    Please provide me useful input
    Regards,
    Yatendra

    Hi Yatendra,
I think this is due to R/3.
Can you check the source of supply in R/3 PO ?
especially if a PIR or contract has been assigned ?
Look at price conditions in R/3 PO item, to see the execution plan of pricing.
I think that during ECS PO creation in R/3, the SRM price is correctly passed, but during the change the price is overwritten by R/3.
What are your SRM & R/3 releases ?
    Check OSS arround BAPI_PO_CREATE, BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and BAPI_PO_CHANGE.

I am creating a new PO, but net price is not picking from info record. Info record is getting copied in the line item for PO, but net price is not copied. Due to that I am unable to create PO. If I manually enter price PO can be created. Could someone tell me what might be the reason Price is not automatically taken from Info Record. Please guide me what all I need to check.

    Hi
    1) If there is condition record exit in system, then while creating po system will take condition record
    2) If In inforecord last po number is exist for material and vendor ,then system will take this into consideration
    3) if your creating po first time for material and vendor ,and we have maintain purchasing inforecord for purchasing organization and for plant, then system will take it into consideration
40 If none is available we have to put condition manually in po

  • Net Price - direct copy from material master into purchase order

When purchase requistions are converted to purchase orders, currently we are maintaining Net Price manually
before saving the purchase order. Is there a way where the standard price is copied from the material master {Accouting view} into the purchase order directly without manual entry
    If yes, Please advice

    Hi,
    1. Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Authorization Management > Define Function Authorizations for Buyers > Function Authorizations: Purchase Order > Here "New Entries" and define Function Authorization Key as "01" and give description.
OR use T. Code - OMET
Here under "General parameters" subscreen, cctivate "Adopt PO Price" indicator and select "Enter conditions"
In "Possible ref. objects", select "W/o reference" otherwise reference documents (for e.g. PR, RFQ, etc...) for PO creation will become mandatory.
    2. Now go to SU01 > Enter User ID > Parameters Tab > Here for Parameter ID EFB i.e. Function Authorization: Purchase Order, maintain value "01" and check in PO, PR will become mandatory for that user.
    3. Now during creation of PR in ME51N, under "Valuation" Tab, you will get option for PO Price Adoption as Net or Gross. Select as per your requirement and it will copy Price to PO.

  • Net price defaulting back to previous PO value

    Hi expert!
I have a problem when creating PO. the net price will be defaulted to previous PO value but this on for specific company code 4000. if other than 4000, it will not be defaulted. I've checked in SPRO>MM>Purchasing>Environment data>Define default values for buyers. Then choose setting for default values>choose the default values>under price adoption i tick do not copy. But it only applied to other than purch org 4000 n company code 4000.why??
    thanks.

i got the answer now. Configuration are all correct. But they're using parameter which assign to user id in order to rectify this user is able to do what and what. So i delete all the parameters save and log out. Log in and assign back all the parameters, save and log out. then assign back and when i try,it is working fine now.
Anyway, thanks guys for your valuable opinions!
