Define a default destination on CME B-ACD AA
Hi,
we have a CME B-ACD configured with an Auto Attendant prompt menu and then two hunt-group options.
The problem we are having is that when calling from certains old analog phones the system doesn't recognize the inputs ("1" or "2"), so the call is not forwarded to any of the hunt-groups and the Auto Attendant prompt menu keeps playing on loop.
Is there any way to configure a default destination when no option is pressed after a defined timeout?
I attach the config.
Thanks,
Isaac.
Hallo Oscar,
when u need calls to be directed to the huntgroup without waiting for the callers input, u need to configure param-drop-through-option, under the the call queing section.
But u will need to change the voice prompt that tells the callers to press a number to reach a call agent with another that has some kind of advertisement.
The voice prompt is to be given a file name "en_bacd_options_menu.au"
Read the "Setting Up Call-Queue and AA Services" section in "Cisco Unified CME B-ACD and Tcl Call- handling applications" .
get the book from this link.

since there is no option of choosing huntgroups, u will need to create a second incoming dial-peer for the second huntgroup. in that scenario u will be having 2 pilot numbers each directed to a particular aa service, i.e aa and aa1

Problem :
1. When I test call from CME Phone both SIP and SCCP Phone by dial 3500 or 3501, I get the busy tone.
2. Debug voip dial-peer, match with dial-peer voice 3500 for (aa service) & 3501 for (aa-drop service).
3. Debug voice application script, show nothing.
Is there something wrong with my configuration ?

Define Service Desk Destination in the Solution Manager System (Dump creen)

any help?
Runtime Errors SAPSQL_EMPTY_TABNAME
Except. CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SYNTAX
Date and Time 13.07.2008 14:05:57
Short text
A dynamically specified FROM clause has an unexpected format.
What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLSHI2" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Error analysis
An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SYNTAX', was not
caught in
procedure "STREE_READ_NODE_GENER" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a
RAISING clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
The running ABAP program attempted to execute an Open SQL statement in
which a FROM clause was specified dynamically in the field "TABLE_NAME". In
this
FROM clause, either a table name after a join operator is missing, or an
alias name after the key name "AS". The field "TABLE_NAME" could be empty as
well.

I am facing the same problem. What is SP15 ?
Is there any SAP Note that can be applied to correct this ?

HOW to define the default language in the portal
Normally the portal take the language of the internet explorer for user.
I want to define a default language for all portal users in our portal, so that every user get the same default language.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
We are on EP6 SP2.
Thanks SybilleHi Olivier,
thank you for the response.
I added
request.mandatorylanguage=de
request.mandatorycountry=de
to
request.defaultlanguage=de
request.defaultcountry=de
Now, I get the default language german, but when I want to changed the portal language over personalize to English, the result is nevertheless the german language.
Can you help me again? Where can I get a documentation about this?
I want a default language: German. Also when the Internet Explorer has a different language. But when the user select manual one of the permitted languages (English and German) over the personalize button, the language should change to the selected language. Is it possible?

How to define the default activity for an unbounded task flow?
In the new "Fusion Developer’s Guide for Oracle Application Development Framework 11g Release 1" documentation at the bottom of page 14-3 it states "An unbounded task flow .... contains a default activity, an activity designated as the first to run in the unbounded task flow, because an unbounded task flow does not have a single point of entry."
What I can't find is how to define the default activity in an unbounded task flow and where this is recorded? Can we set this via the task flow diagrammer, and which configuration file is it stored?
I note the first time I run the application with an unbounded task flow a dialog asks me which of the activities in the adfc-config.xml file to make the default, but I can't find where this is recorded.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,
CM.Chris,
In fact this information is nothing that belongs into the taskflow meta data because unbounded taskflow have more than one entry point and there is no notion of default. Its a tools setting (JDeveloper) we had before

How does one define a default style for a custom Flex component?
How does one define a default style for a custom Flex component?
hello
I created a new set of Flex component library slib.swc (Flex 4.5). Would also like to have a default style. defaults.css file, making it the default style of the component library.
Like flex the builder install directory of sdks \ 4.5.0 \ frameworks out \ libs directory has a spark.swc file, open with Winrar will see defaults.css this file. Defaults.css file defines the default style of the flex spark components.
How can it be achieved?
As follows
slib.swc contains a CLabelEx components, and a defaults.css file
defaults.css source file as follows:
@ namespace s "library :/ / ns.adobe.com / flex / spark";
@ namespace mx "library :/ / ns.adobe.com / flex / mx";
@ namespace cn "http://os.slib.cn";
cn | CLabelEx
styBackgroundAlpha: 1;
styBackgroundColor: # 569CC0;
styBorderAlpha: 1;
styBorderColor: # 569CC0;
styBorderWeight: 1;
styCornerRadius: 3;
In slib.swc the application MyLabel.mxml of the source file as follows:
<? xml version = "1.0" encoding = "utf-8"?>
<s: Application, the xmlns: fx = "http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009
xmlns: s = "library :/ / ns.adobe.com / flex / spark"
xmlns: mx = "library :/ / ns.adobe.com / flex / mx"
xmlns: cn = "http://os.slib.cn
the minWidth = "955" The minHeight = "600">
<fxeclarations>
</ fxeclarations>
<cn:CLabelEx x="67" y="112"/>
</ s: Application>
I hope CLabelEx default use cn | CLabelEx, style to display its appearance.
I refer to above approach, but failed to achieve. Can you please re-Detailed
Thanks!dj is right. Any Folder can be a picture folder.
Create a root level folder and add it to your Pictures Library in Windows. It will show up with all the scattered pictures from other programs. It can even be a different dirve if you like. You can even specify one to be the default save location for pictures in this dialog.
Navigate to Pictures in your Libraries in Windows Explorer Right Click and select Properties.

Crystal Reports Job Server - Default destinations not available
Greetings,
Currently I'm installing Crystal Reports XI onto a new server.
When scheduling reports they are stuck in a 'pending' status which records the following error in the windows event log:
Transport System exception for backend plugin DLL type newIJob():: Couldn't get IJob interface: CORBA exception! Object type is: CrystalEnterprise.Report and detail: IDL:omg.org/CORBA/UserException:1.0
. Details: %2.
After further investigation I discovered the Crystal reports job server has no defaul destinations, however the servers Destination Job Server and Program Job Server do have the default instances.
Firstly I assume the error reported in the event log is due to there are no destinations, as the scheduler won't know where to send out to.
Can anyone help in advising how to ensure the reports server had some default destinations?
I have restarted the server and rebooted the Crystal reports server too.
Thanks
RobHi RobWhalley,
Could you provide me which version of Crystal Reports Server XI you use?
you could find useful below articles.

Need help on defining a default font in a JTextPane
Hi, I'm currently programming a HTML Editor and I'm stuck with a problem I don't know how to solve:
I have defined a default logical style for my JTextPane.
I decided to set the font to "Arial". So here is how it goes:
import javax.swing.text.StyleContext;
import javax.swing.text.Style;
Style styDefault = StyleContext.getDefaultStyleContext().getStyle(StyleContext.DEFAULT_STYLE);
StyleConstants.setFontFamily(styDefault,"Arial");
//tpEditor is a JTextPane
tpEditor.setLogicalStyle(styDefault);
I have also bound a CaretListener to my JTextPane so that
it get and output display showing the font family of the character over which the caret is positionned.
Alright, here is how all this behaves :
When I run my HTMLEditor (a JFrame) and I click on the JTextPane, I get this
in the output : "Arial" . This is correct, that's what I expect the output to display, the problem is that when I start typing text,
even though the caret listener keeps sending to the output "Arial" for every key that I press, the displayed
text is not Arial text, instead,it is this default font called "dialog". This is the code that I use to display the font over which the caret is positionned :
//Code inside a CaretListener extended class
System.out.println(StyleConstants.getFontFamily(tpEditor.getCharacterAttributes()));
Another strange behaviour is the following :
If I select, let's say "Verdana" from my JComboBox, any further typed text or an already selected
portion of text has its font set to Verdana. Displayed text and font name sent to the output by the caret
listener really match this time ( I set the font using Actions that are bounded to buttons I added to my JComboBox)
If I erase text, typing on the backspace key, and I get to the beginning of the line (the
border of the JTextPane), the font (which was set to Arial) is set back to this default font called "dialog"
that I don't know how to get rid off.
Does any one have any clue about this issue ? Is there a sort of background font that can't be changed ? It
seems awkward to me to have to manage an event for when I get to the beginning of the line. There has to be
a way of getting control over the default font (or style) of my JTextPane and it's associated document (which
happens to be a HTMLDocument for me).
Any help would be really appreciated,
thanxs,

Define the default series of monthly invoice in document numbering first
Hi , ALL,
When AR Monthly Invoice is started, the message is displayed.
" define the default series of monthly invoice in document numbering first - 80061-6 ."
I checked the Document Numbering-Setup , Of course, it defines it.
And also checked the Series-Setup. It's OK , I think.
Could you tell me, What should I check ?
Best regards,
TakahiroHi Takahiro........
Welcome to SAP Business One Forum.........
Please try this. Go to Administration> System Initialization> Document Numbering.
Open the AR Invoice Series and when you set any of the series default it asks for certain options.
Are you aware about that Options?
Please select right one and then try to add.
Else select for all users and then try.....

Change default destination of arfc2 model
Hi
With the old JCO arfc connections it was possible to change the default jco destination by passing the application parameter (in the iview) sap-wd-arfc-useSys. So we could use the same WDJ application with different backendsystems... for example the default destination was WD_MODELDATA_RFC, we created a destination WD_MODELDATA_RFCB for a other logical system and set the iview parameter sap-wd-arfc-useSys=WD_MODELDATA_RFC:B (same thing for the metadata connection).
Now, after migrate the application from 7.0 to 7.31 the new rfc model arfc2 is used and we can not switch the destination. To set the application parameter has no effect and the default destination is choosen evermore.
How can we change the default destination of an arfc2 model?
Thanks in advance.
Regards DavidHi Shankha
Instancing the model with "new Model(system, client)" didn't worked for us neither.
But we found a solution with the following configuration that work for us.
set following iView parameter:
"Application Parameters" = rfc_system=X&rfc_client=999
create JCO Destinations as followed:
WD_ELOWF_METADATA_DEST_X999
WD_ELOWF_MODELDATA_DEST_X999
I hope it works also for you.
Kind Regards

Changing Default Destination?
I can't find the answer on this one... How do I create a new default destination?
I want to assign one of my extra drives in my G4. I can change the destinations individually; but it'd be nice to have it default where I want them.
Thanks!Of course you can!
1. Make a Custom Destination in the Presets Window
2. Select the Compressor menu -> Preferences
3. Change the Default Destination to your newly created custom destination
Good luck! -
Cannit retrieve DNC 2.0 Default Destination from web.config
I am using ConfigDestination class in DNC 2.0 to access SAP backend systems. The class is overloaded requiring either a Destination name or null parameter. If I pass destination name like: ConfigDestination c = new ConfigDestination("CI0230"), it works fine. All the information is retrieved correctly from the web.config file. However, if a pass a null parameter like: ConfigDestination c = new ConfigDestination(), it does not work. It is supposed to use the Default Destination like <Destinations Default="CI0230"> in the config file. Any ideas how to retrieve teh default destination?
Any help will be appreciated.I found the problem.
The dtd location of the faces-config.xml had to be changed. It was pointing to the schema of 1.1.
With the following faces-config.xml, my application worked perfectly fine.
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<faces-config xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

Mac OS X (10.3.9)Hey Kellbone
this just means that you left your menu in your project, but you didnt delete it.
seems that you just made yoru first play the movie.
if you delete your menu, then you will not get that error.
all this error means is that you did not define either buttons or a sub-picture!
i get this error all the time with my static FBI warnings that i put in menu space, not on a VTS.
this is NOT a fatal error, so dont worry about it. it's more like a "HEY silly, you forgot to make buttons or put a sub-picture here!".
