I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM.
MY SCENARIO :
I HAVE FETCHED THE DATA FROM HRP1001 . USING THIS DATA I HAVE FETCHED "PERNR" AND CORRESPONDING "ORGEH" FROM PA0001.
NOW, I HAVE COMPARED THE HRP1001-OBJID WHERE OTYPE = "O" WITH PA0001-OBJID. AND THOSE DATA WHICH DIFFER WITH RESPOECT TO THE "ORGANIZATION UNIT". AND STORED THAT DATA IN ANOTHER SEPARATE INTERNAL TABLE SAY "ITAB_GLOBAL".
NOW USING THIS "ITAB_GLOBAL", I WANT TO DELETE ALL EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS USING A SAP STANDARD FUNC. MODULE.
PROVIDED, ALL THE RELATIONSHIPS SHOULD BE DELETED ON SINGLE EXECUTION ONLY.
I HAVE COME TO KNOW ONE FUNCTION "RH_RELATION_DELETE". BUT THE PROB WITH THIS IS IT POPS UP A DIALOGE WINDOW FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE DELETION, WHICH IS NOT DESIRED AS MY DATA IS VERY HUGE. I CAN NOT DO ON CLICKING FOR 1000 RECORDS.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND PLEASE HELP.

If the relationships differ you can use the report RHINTECHECK it checks for integration errors if any.
Instead of deleting relations this will help you identify and correct errors

BP - Employee relationships to an org unit and changes

Dear Colleagues of CRM,
The scenario pertains to an employee and its relationship to an org unit to which it is assigned. Once an employee is assigned to an org unit, a relationship too gets created with the Employee as BP. This relationship has the contact info that was available in the BP master data at that point of time.
Later on, if the employee is transferred and hence assigned to another org unit, the assignment in the org unit is changed to the new org unit. On the new org unit assignment, a new relationship gets created with the BP. However, the earlier relationship doesn't get deleted when the earlier assignment to the org unit was deleted. If I attempt to delete the relationship in the BP, it doesn't allow and prompts to u201Cu2026.Change through the HR mastersu201D. The HR master though has nothing of the contact details vis-à-vis this relationship.
The existence of this initial relationship is causing error in all my dependent programs / activities which pick up the contact details of this employee and hence trigger emails etc.
Request solution as to how do I remove this u2018oldu2019 and irrelevant relationship from the BP. It may be noted that the subsequent changes of assignment u2013 deletions in particular u2013 are deleting the relationship too but the initial one exists all throughout.
Seek your kind advise to resolve the matter .

Please let us know are you create the new EBP purchasing org copying from any other existing EBP purchase org, if yes, could you please delete the new EBP org assignment and create the new EBP org by using the Create icon and select u201CIs Line Supervisor ofu201D option. It will be resolve your issue.

Issue in deleting the old batches in SARA

Hi,
I need to delete few old batches inorder to convert the batch from plant level to material level. I tried tcode SARA. I have run the write portion and system shows the number of objects selected in the job log. I can see the archive sessions also in management session . The job status also is green.
But when I run the delete portion, where I have to do the archive selection before executing, Iam not finding any files mentioned here for selection
How can I solve this issue. How to bring the archive files to this archive selection tab?

Hi Jurgen,
Thanks a lot for the inputs. It helped me to go ahead further. I checked the spool list and could see an error. I cleared it. Now I can see the archive selection file. I did the delete run also. The batch is deleted from table MCHB. But it still exist in table MCHA.
The deletion flag is set at material level. Why the archiving is not removing batch from MCHA table?

Is it possible to delete a relationship from the BP ?

I'd would like to replace a function partner SH (having the same number as the DO) by another from R3 to CRM5.
At the begining i have in R3 this partner

RE 3901007
RG 3901007
WE 3901007
In R3 by the transaction VD02, I replace the partner SH by another
After the modify i have in R3.
AG 3901007
RE 3901007
RG 3901007
WE 5000000
When the replication is done in CRM using BDOC, i can see, by the transaction BP
the new ship to party partner(5000000) .
The trouble is :
When customer access to ISA (standard version) to order product, he can select the partner 3901007 as shipping adress.
By ISA, he should have the partner 5000000 only.
Is it standard or is it a sap trouble ?
Is it possible to delete a relationship from the BP ?
I don't want to delete the BP partner, i just want to delete the relationship when then BDOC arrive in CRM.
i have found the oss note 596334 497146 757955 too but it doesn't bring me a solution.

When you delete a Partner Function in R/3 the corresponding relationshipdoesn't get deleted in CRM. This is standard SAP behavior and not a
bug. Reason for this behavior has been explained in Note 490454.
You can change this behavior by implementing Note 497146. Also check
the note 682427 which will help you in clearing old data.

Not able to delete a relationship record in OM

Hi,
When I am trying to delete a relationship between a Position and a Qulaification, system is giving a message that 'Relationship S A 031 Q cannot be maintained using basic transaction'. I have tried using PP01, PP02 and PO13.
Can anybody explain me what this means and how to delete the record in OM.

I think you have maintained the qualification requirement of positions.
Is this the relationship mainitained in OM?
Then do delete it from Qualification profile maintenance.
Hence go to PPEM and then delete the required qualification.
This should be the way to delete qualification and position relationship.
But if U still want to delete it from PP01 then U have to go to config for relationship and tick the "Maintained from Basic transaction" and then delete. But this is not standard SAP way of doing it.

I photo crahses when trying to delete a large batch of photos

I exported my photo library twice by mistake and now I need to delete around 90.000 photos. The problem is, iPhoto crashes when trying to delete the photographs, and I'd really like to avoid moving them over and delete them in smaller batches, it would take me ages.
Is there anyway I can manually access the files in the iPhoto trash and delete them in the Mac trash?

sorry but this is not clear - exporting copies photos form the iPhoto library to your hard drive outside of the iPhoto library and does not change the contents of the iPhoto librar in any way
If you mean imported (as opposed to exported) were you importing a previous iPhoto library into a new iPhoto library? If so you never do that - it does not work and creates massive duplication
Since we have no idea what you have done these are just guesses but if you did import an old library into a new one then simply quit iPhoto and drag the new (bad) one to the desktop, drag the old one to the pictures folder (default location) and launch iPhoto - it will open and convert as needed the old library and you are good to go
If none of these guesses are correct then you will have to open the iPhoto trash in iPhoto (NEVER make any changes of any sort to the structure or content of the iPhoto library using the finder - there are NO user servicable parts in there), select them all and assign a keyword (like trash) and then right click and return to library - then using the keyword to find them delete in small batches (100 or so) emptying the iPhoto trash after each small batch

I dont think there would be any direct report available for this.
The only way i could think of achieving this is as below:
(1) If you have data in BI for employee manager, that is in the format employee and its manager.
Just load it to the cube and get all needed attributes populated from reading master data table of employee.
(2) For Creating extractor at ECC
Use following function module to get manager details:
HRCM_ORGUNIT_MANAGER_GET

Delete only own batch-inputs

I am having some problems with batch input authorizations. I want to give users authorizations only to delete the batch-inputs which have been created with their own user. I have seen the object S_BDC_MONI, but this object does not allow me to indicate that the user is only authorized to delete his/her own batch-inputs. Is there an standard authorization object that allows users only to delete their own batch-inputs?
I have also checked the possibility to create my own authorization object, the same as S_BDC_MONI but with a new field where I can indicate that only the own batch-inputs can be deleted. But if I do it will SM37 check this authorization? I don't want to indicate the user in this field, because then I would need a new role for each user. I need a field (similar to PSIGN) where I can say each user can delete only their own batch-inputs.
Any idea?

there's no solution to your problem, i'm sorry.
S_BDC_MONI only checks the name of the batch-inputs, not the creator or the username with whos authorization it is run.
creating your own object will only work if the calling program (SM35, SM37 ...) does the counterpart of the checking using authority-check. so simply creating an object and adding it to a transaction with SU24 will not work without the coding of the caller being adjusted. of course, this would be a major modification.
all you can do is to adjust your batch-input creating programs to apply those names to the batch-inputs that you can easily cover using S_BDC_moni.

Yes, you can use the SDK to remove relationships. Use the EnterpriseManagementRelationshipObject class. You can use the EnterpriseManagementGroup.EntityObjects.GetRelationshipObject* methods to retrieve collections of relationships or individual relationships.
Then you can use an IncrementalDiscoveryData object to remove the relationship objects.
Another method is to use an EnterpriseManagementObjectProjection to remove relationships between objects.

Removing/Adding activities programatically is not as straight-forward as it might seem. Each activity has a "SequenceId" property. Activities MUST remain in sequence or the workflows will give you unexpected results. For instance, if you delete

How can I delete photos in batches on my iPhone

I have 1,526 photos in my camera roll on my iPhone. Is there any way I can select more than one photo then delete a batch at a time? Deleting one at a time is pretty tedious.

Photos in the Camera Roll can be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera. Photo import apps/utilities include an option and prompt to delete all at once after the import process is complete.
Or with the Image Capture application on a Mac, you can select and delete all at once without importing. The same can be done manually with Windows by having direct access the DCIM folder on the iPhone where all Camera Roll photos are stored.
You can select more than one photo at a time to be deleted direct with the iPhone, but there is no select all option.

How to delete all relationships in SIRI?

Dear all,
I probably made a mistake - not knowing this. I setup my iPhone knowledge by telling SIRI details about my relationships. During this I probably made a mistake and told SIRI about my wife (without family name). Additionally to that I explained SIRI about my partner which was again my wife but with family name. If I ask SIRI know to creating a new message my iPhone asks for the correct address (A or B) means: surename only or surename with family name.
The special thing are:
* there is no entry in my contacts with forename only anymore
* the knowledge about my relationships are saved in the iCloud profile (that's what i thought) but
after deleting and the new creation of a new recordset for me SIRI remembered the relationship to forename only and: i have no chance to delete this.
This is really anoying. What can I do to start from scratch again?
I am from Germany (probably different to the US implementation).

For messages, go to the conversation list (if viewing a conversation, tap Messages at the top left), tap the Edit button on the top left, tap the minus sign to the left of any of the conversations you want to delete, tap Done at the top.

Cannot Delete BP Relationships in SAP CRM 7.0 - intermittent error

Hi Everyone,
We are running SAP CRM 7.0, SP08. We are trying to delete just the relationship "Contact Person" between an Account and a Contact in CRM. Sometimes when we do it everything works just fine and the relationship is removed in CRM and the Contact Person is deleted in ECC. Other times we are getting the following error: "Address is still being used and may not be deleted." If we expand the error, we are getting the following:
Diagnosis
You tried to delete a BP address. This BP is still being used somewhere in the system, meaning that you are not permitted to delete this address.
System Response
Error message. The BP address is not deleted.
Procedure
Look at the where-used list for the BP address. If you still want to delete the address, change the reference to this address in the applications affected. In most cases, if applications other than maintenance of business partner itself are affected, you can navigate directly to the corresponding application from the where-used list (by calling the context menu with the right mouse button). You can then try again to delete the BP address.
Note
If a business partner is merely moving, you only need to change the actual address details. All references are automatically transferred to the new address.
We have tried several scenarios and have not found a consistent result. For example, we can create Activities in CRM, Quotes and Orders in ECC, using the Contact, and then when we remove the relationship it all works as we expected and removes the relationship in CRM and deletes them in ECC. However, for another Contact this does not work. It does not seem to matter if the person is the "main contact" in ECC or not, whether we have flagged them as the Main Contact in CRM or not, whether they have lots of transactions or none. The only thing that does seem to be consistant is where they were created and the relationship defined. It seems if they were created in ECC it does not work, but if they were created in CRM it does work.
I looked at SAP note 830239, but it does not apply to CRM 7.0.

We used the questionnaires (questionnaires was displayed and worked) but we faced issues with the display in web UI (only when the questionnaires are linked to an activity/opportunity). The Admin screen for questionnaire works well).
We have implemented the following notes in order to correct this displaying issues :
- 1858059 : Upload the CRM_SVY_GENERATE_BSP_TEMPLATE.ZIP, refresh cash and generate all surveys
And then notes mentioned above
- 1914885 & 1944288 in the relevant order.
But we cannot display anymore the existing surveys (They are active, all scenarios are flagged).
Error message : Cannot get questionnaire HTML string
Any Ideas how to proceed to solve ? (we work on EHP2)
