CHALLENGE : DELETE EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIPS IN BULK(BATCH) ___URGENT

HELLO TO ALL THE EXPERTS,
I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM.
MY SCENARIO :
I HAVE FETCHED THE DATA FROM HRP1001 . USING THIS DATA I HAVE FETCHED "PERNR" AND CORRESPONDING "ORGEH" FROM PA0001.
NOW, I HAVE COMPARED THE HRP1001-OBJID WHERE OTYPE = "O" WITH PA0001-OBJID. AND THOSE DATA WHICH DIFFER WITH RESPOECT TO THE "ORGANIZATION UNIT". AND STORED THAT DATA IN ANOTHER SEPARATE INTERNAL TABLE SAY "ITAB_GLOBAL".
NOW USING THIS "ITAB_GLOBAL", I WANT TO DELETE ALL EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS USING A SAP STANDARD FUNC. MODULE.
PROVIDED, ALL THE RELATIONSHIPS SHOULD BE DELETED ON SINGLE EXECUTION ONLY.
I HAVE COME TO KNOW ONE FUNCTION "RH_RELATION_DELETE". BUT THE PROB WITH THIS IS IT POPS UP A DIALOGE WINDOW FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE DELETION, WHICH IS NOT DESIRED AS MY DATA IS VERY HUGE. I CAN NOT DO ON CLICKING FOR 1000 RECORDS.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND PLEASE HELP.

If the relationships differ you can use the report RHINTECHECK it checks for integration errors if any.
Instead of deleting relations this will help you identify and correct errors

Hi Tejas,
Why dont you copy the function module RH_RELATION_DELETE and just comment out the pop up and keep only the functionality for return_fcode = delete.
It's a work around, but if u are sure u want to delete the records and the function module works according to your requirement and only the pop up is holding you back, then ............
Just a suggestion .

BP - Employee relationships to an org unit and changes

Dear Colleagues of CRM,
The scenario pertains to an employee and its relationship to an org unit to which it is assigned. Once an employee is assigned to an org unit, a relationship too gets created with the Employee as BP. This relationship has the contact info that was available in the BP master data at that point of time.
Later on, if the employee is transferred and hence assigned to another org unit, the assignment in the org unit is changed to the new org unit. On the new org unit assignment, a new relationship gets created with the BP. However, the earlier relationship doesn't get deleted when the earlier assignment to the org unit was deleted. If I attempt to delete the relationship in the BP, it doesn't allow and prompts to u201Cu2026.Change through the HR mastersu201D. The HR master though has nothing of the contact details vis-à-vis this relationship.
The existence of this initial relationship is causing error in all my dependent programs / activities which pick up the contact details of this employee and hence trigger emails etc.
Request solution as to how do I remove this u2018oldu2019 and irrelevant relationship from the BP. It may be noted that the subsequent changes of assignment u2013 deletions in particular u2013 are deleting the relationship too but the initial one exists all throughout.
Seek your kind advise to resolve the matter .

I am getting few error in SRM when trying to order a shopping cart. After checking the user and BP through USERS_GEN i am getting this error.
"Employee relationship between BP and org.BP missing". Could anyone help me in this.

Please let us know are you create the new EBP purchasing org copying from any other existing EBP purchase org, if yes, could you please delete the new EBP org assignment and create the new EBP org by using the Create icon and select u201CIs Line Supervisor ofu201D option. It will be resolve your issue.

1) To delete sale orders in bulk (subject to no subsequent documents), either you can use LSMW or BDC
2) To print invoices in bulk, two options are there. One is foreground and another one is background
- To schedule foreground, run T.Code VF31
- To schedule background, run T.Code VF06 where you can see a tab [Job started on] If you fix a date and time here, that time, invoice will be printed out in mass

Is it possible to delete a relationship from the BP ?

Hello experts,
I'd would like to replace a function partner SH (having the same number as the DO) by another from R3 to CRM5.
At the begining i have in R3 this partner
AG 3901007
RE 3901007
RG 3901007
WE 3901007
In R3 by the transaction VD02, I replace the partner SH by another
After the modify i have in R3.
AG 3901007
RE 3901007
RG 3901007
WE 5000000
When the replication is done in CRM using BDOC, i can see, by the transaction BP
the new ship to party partner(5000000) .
The trouble is :
When customer access to ISA (standard version) to order product, he can select the partner 3901007 as shipping adress.
By ISA, he should have the partner 5000000 only.
Is it standard or is it a sap trouble ?
Is it possible to delete a relationship from the BP ?
I don't want to delete the BP partner, i just want to delete the relationship when then BDOC arrive in CRM.
i have found the oss note 596334 497146 757955 too but it doesn't bring me a solution.

When you delete a Partner Function in R/3 the corresponding relationshipdoesn't get deleted in CRM. This is standard SAP behavior and not a
bug. Reason for this behavior has been explained in Note 490454.
You can change this behavior by implementing Note 497146. Also check
the note 682427 which will help you in clearing old data.

Not able to delete a relationship record in OM

Hi,
When I am trying to delete a relationship between a Position and a Qulaification, system is giving a message that 'Relationship S A 031 Q cannot be maintained using basic transaction'. I have tried using PP01, PP02 and PO13.
Can anybody explain me what this means and how to delete the record in OM.

Hi,
I think you have maintained the qualification requirement of positions.
Is this the relationship mainitained in OM?
Then do delete it from Qualification profile maintenance.
Hence go to PPEM and then delete the required qualification.
This should be the way to delete qualification and position relationship.
But if U still want to delete it from PP01 then U have to go to config for relationship and tick the "Maintained from Basic transaction" and then delete. But this is not standard SAP way of doing it.

Cannot delete old sessions from SM35 - Batch Input...

Cannot delete old sessions from SM35 - Batch Input...
We have an issue, we are trying to delete old batch input sessions via SM35 and no
matter how hard we try we cannot get rid of them. They are still in status "In Process" but they are status incorrect.
Those sessions have long finished and some are more than 5 years old.
We have tried running rsdbcreo and RSBDC_REORG but it only returns with
Temse Error, running SP12 does not list any inconsistencies. Basically we want all jobs in SM35 that ran this year only available in the SM35 queue, we have sessions that have run from year 2004 to 2008 we wish to
delete.
Anybody experience anything similar or have any advice, sorry this is an environment that i have inherited and wish to cleanup.
We have checked the following notes 706478,76422,706478,76422 and many more.

When you try to delete, you will be asked whether you want to delete logs too.
Here try with 'No'.

If you sort them by their read/unread status by clicking that column header, they will be grouped together in the mailbox list, making it easier to select them together.
You could also create a Smart Mailbox with the criteria set to Message Is Unread, resulting in a Smart Mailbox that only contains unread messages. Then you just Select All and Delete.

I dont think there would be any direct report available for this.
The only way i could think of achieving this is as below:
(1) If you have data in BI for employee manager, that is in the format employee and its manager.
Just load it to the cube and get all needed attributes populated from reading master data table of employee.
(2) For Creating extractor at ECC
Use following function module to get manager details:
HRCM_ORGUNIT_MANAGER_GET

With standard payroll deletion (PU01), SAP will not allow payroll results to be deleted if it already reaches certain steps of payroll process (e.g. Pre-DME, DME); instead, you would have to do payroll a void or payroll reversal. This utility doens't check for that, and only delete payroll results based on the criteria given. This therefore could cause inconsistency in production if your payroll process already surpasses certain steps.

Yes, you can use the SDK to remove relationships. Use the EnterpriseManagementRelationshipObject class. You can use the EnterpriseManagementGroup.EntityObjects.GetRelationshipObject* methods to retrieve collections of relationships or individual relationships.
Then you can use an IncrementalDiscoveryData object to remove the relationship objects.
Another method is to use an EnterpriseManagementObjectProjection to remove relationships between objects.

Removing/Adding activities programatically is not as straight-forward as it might seem. Each activity has a "SequenceId" property. Activities MUST remain in sequence or the workflows will give you unexpected results. For instance, if you delete

If that field which you wants to add is available in one of the structures like EKKO,EKPO then you can add that field just beside the other fields
If that field is not there in the any of the structures then you can define a variable using define command
/: DEFINE &VAR&
/ &VAR& = <some value>
or you can write subroutines to fetch the data from outside tables and can use those fields data in the script
