Delete ICloud IPAD2 account in spite of forgotten password.

I have received a number of advisories on how to delete an icloud account from my IPad 2. To distill all of them I am supposed to change my existing appleid back to this one that I have NEVER used and for which I have no record of a password. Then I can go through some kind of convoluted procedure to delete this unwanted and unused account followed by reverting to my new appleid.
A point of singular importance is that once I have reverted to the old unused appleid I will use the password to the new appleid to delude the system of my authenticity to delete the old appleid iCloud account and then revert to to my new appleid again and all will be well. This is so unbelieveable that I fear I will have to trash the ipad as unusable so I have that as my backup plan followed by the purchase of a Samsung Note 10.1.
However, on the outside chance there is a really serious solution to this enigma I am putting the question out once more. How can I kill this ICloud account.
And Oh by the way I have sent the forgotten password fix to Apple at least a dozen times and they have never sent the retun email to me probably because they have never thought to use the email address of my current appleid which I know is working. Their website has got kind of cute litle disclaimer built in that says they will sent the email message to the email address of record and one wonders what kind of garbage might be loitering in there.

Obviously it's easiest for you to just deny what I'm reporting. But if you don't have anything to say which can be helpful, why are you answering at all
Because as I said, Cloud does not automatically enable itself, which means your friend made a mistake in not setting it up how they wanted, which then means that any privacy issues they're concerned with are of their own doing.

You can delete an account from your phone by simply tapping Delete Account, but you can't delete it from iCloud. You can only stop using it.

Have you tried - in Mail go to the menu Mail > Preferences.
When the Preferences Pane opens, click on the Accounts Tab.
Click on your iCloud Account to select it.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Set Authentication to Apple Token.
Close the Preference Pane.

I have created an iCloud account (my Apple ID), however, after setting up my iCloud account, I was prompted to create an iCloud email account ([username]@icloud.com). I did create one, because it said if I did I would be able to access things such as "iCloud emails." However, I know I will never use it and want to delete it. Where do I access my iCloud email account and how do I delete it?
I have an iPhone 5 and also a Windows 7 laptop, so a way to delete this account on either of those devices would be greatly appreciated.

Once created, you can't delete an iCloud email account from your ID. You don't, however, have to use it for email. To remove the account from your devices, go to Settings>iCloud and turn Mail off.

Can I delete my iCloud email account, with was set up by mistake,without losing my pictures, books, photos, etc that have been saved to iCloud? I lost all my photos/ videos, other material when I hooked the iPad to the pc to load my pictures to the pc. I was told I should have iCloud, which I didnt before and everything worked fine. The icloud backup is using all my storage and i think i can delete, but it says i will lose all my photo syreams, etc if i delete. I want to delete the ICloud email, which I can't use or access anyway. Any help appreciated.

You should be able log out of the account via Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and you can then log back in with the updated version of your account

Do you remember your answers to the account's security questions ? If you do then you can answer them to reset it : http://iforgot.apple.com
If not and if you can't get access to its email account then try contacting Support in your country, after they've confirmed your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset it.

My hotmail accont on Macbook air was working fine with Mbox. Was able to download folder and all the info from hotmail server into Mail. Now only able to send email out and can't receive email unless change the port 995 instead of 9143 on Mail setup. any solutions. wish never had hotmail account.

Then update it to new email address. Creating a new AppleID is usually not a good thing as anything on your old account will not be transferred to your new account.

Restoring it will not delete it.
You need to turn it off (Settings > iCloud - Delete account then re-enable it with updated AppleID.
This is the ONLY way you can do it.

You can't delete it, but you can create an email alias address to use that will receive email in your current iCloud inbox, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a. Just be aware that an alias address cannot later be used to create a new iCloud account or be moved to a different account.
After creating your alias, you can set up an email rule at icloud.com that will send email addressed to your main iCloud email addres to the trash or junk folder, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a3f8a.

When I go to settings and scroll down to the bottom of page theres nothing about deleting the iCloud account or iCloud address.

An account's balance should not have been affected by changing your password. You've tried logging out and back into your account on your phone and/or computer's iTunes and seeing if it then shows, and checked your account's purchase history e.g. you didn't have any auto-renewing subscriptions or pre-orders due that might have taken the money : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?
