Deleted materials shows in mrp list

Hi,
I have two requirement
1. How can we remove all deleted materials from MRP list.
The deleted material does not display in planning file entry.
2. Is there any report to see the MRP LIST with Exception message (Not MD05,MD06, MD46)

Hi,
After you have marked a material for deletion you also need to take it out from planning (MRP type "ND").
If a MRP list exists for such a material, you need to erase it specifically, since MRP will not do it automatically.

          I am configuring the scope of planning and want to know how can I test if the planning is happening in the sequence as specified in the scope of planning.     Reorganization of the MRP Lists - MD08
    A report is available for reorganizing the MRP lists which you can find in the menu for MRP under the menu option, Environment. If you enter the selection criteria, plant, material, and MRP date, the system deletes all the MRP lists from the database that are no longer required.This report can also be started in a test session and you can instruct the system to print out a list of all the deleted MRP lists.

    If the MRP list is no longer required, you can delete it manually. In order to do this, choose MRP list ® Delete document. The MRP list will be deleted.If you do not delete the MRP list manually, it is stored in the system until a new MRP list is created by a further planning run.

  • MRP list - components of subcontracting materials

    Dear All,
    Our practice is to deliver the components of F-Z3 materials to our subcontractors at once, independently from subcon. POs (all the components at once). So, we don't have stock of them at our plant (storage location) but at our suppliers.
    This 'causes problems' when we use MD04 material list. F-Z3 components are marked with 'red', because F-Z3 material PldOrd-s generate requirements at our plant - there's no stock to cover them.
    If these requirements were genereted at our subcontractors there would be no problem, because there's enough stock to cover them (the requirements).
    How can this problem be handled? Which settings are necessary?

    Maybe my explanation wasn't clear enough, I'm trying to describe the problem more precisely.
    The problem (if problem exists at all) is with the MRP list of components of F-Z3 materials (that are in the BOM of F-Z3 goods).
    The MRP list of these components are 'devided' into two parts. One begins with 'Stock' and the other section begins with 'SubcSt'. The structure:
    <b>Stock</b>
    SubReq1
    SubReq2
    <b>SubcSt</b>
    SubReq3
    Generally, all of our components are in the WH of our suppliers, that's why 'SubcSt' is high, 'Stock' is near 0.
    But MRP shows 'red light' because the purchase requisitions on F-Z3 level generate requirements like SuReq1 & SubReq2 - these are not covered (by 'Stock'~0).
    But (if everything is OK) the stock level at suppliers ('SubcSt') is enough to cover all SubReq (123), but only SubReq generated by F-Z3 PO belong to this section.
    So, MRP indicates a failure that doesn't exist (am I right?). How can we set SAP to consider the things described above?

  • I have DELETED calendars showing in my iTunes Sync Calendars list!?

    Completely Up to Date!
    no clouds involved, no calendar subscriptions.
    I have had a major problem with my Calendar's calendars, which I have completely repaired using Calendar.  During that process, I had to rename a number of calendars in order to keep track of what I was doing - an intermediate diagnostic step.  Once I'd gotten everything right, exported all the "good" calendars to .ics files, and deleted ALL CALENDARS - both the good ones and the intermediately named ones -  then imported the .ics files back into Calendar... leaving me with ONE FULL SET OF CLEAN CALENDAR data.  When I open Calendars on my mac, I see 33 calendars listed on the left side of the window.
    My problem now that I'm ready to put my calendars back onto my phone, is that my Calendars Library (library/calendars) still has many of the intermediate calendar files (that have NOT been DELETED) and in iTunes, the list of Calendars includes all these same intermediate calendars, as well as the new calendars that I want to transfer to my phone.  I would prefer to "select" "ALL CALENDARS" but I can't do that until I can remove the calendars that were supposed to be deleted/removed in the first place.  In other words, I have 33 good, clean Calendars, but there are 71 Calendars in my Calendar Library.
    What are the correct steps to remove the Library/Calendars folder so that the iTunes "Sync Calendars" list only shows the 33 good calendars, and not the 38 unwanted (deleted) calendars.
    What do I have to do to finish the job?

    I have/had the same problem. I tried deleting all the "Library" "Calendar" preference files I could find and like others nothing worked. Like others they would just recreate themselves.
    BUT, I did find the solution. Not sure which part worked, but this is what I did.
    I quit all the apps, Calendar, and iTunes.
    I went into the folder pointed to by job-seeker above:
                   <user>
                   Library
                   Containers
                   com.aple.CalendarAgent
                   Data
                   Library
                   Calendars
    Manually went through each cached calendar folder and looked in the info.plist for the calendar title listed below "<key>Title</key>" and deleted the parent folders of no longer existent calendars.
    Then find an app called "Reminders", open it and you will find all the deleted calendars that you have deleted over the years, they seem to get cached in it, delete them and quit.
    Relaunch iTunes and find the deleted calendars in question are gone.
    I think you could skip all the above and just try deleting the old calendars from this Reminder app and it may work, but the above is what I did when it worked for me and I do not want to recreate the problem just to verify my theory. ;-)

  • Time stamp in MRP list after MRP Run

    Hi Gurus
    After running a MD01-MRP at scope of planning level, with processing key as NETCH, materials which had no planning file entry also were updated with the latest executed MRP run time stamp in MRP List MD05.
    Is it the standard behaviour? As per my understanding, the materials with no planning file relevant change is not included in the MRP run with processing key NETCH/NETPL. Then how does the time stamp be relevant for the latest MRP run while the material was never included in the mrp itself?

    Dear Deepak,
    If my understanding is correct only if a mterial is included in the last MRP run(MD01/MDBT) then the time stamp gets included in the
    MRP list which can be checked and confirmed through MD05 and also the output of last MRP run.
    Once after the MRP run is completed the system deletes the corresponding planning file entries in the system.
    On completion of the planning run, the appropriate indicator is automatically deleted in the planning file:
    The system deletes the net change planning indicator and the net change planning horizon indicator for a regenerative planning
    run and a net change planning run.
    The system only deletes the net change planning horizon indicator for a net change planning run in the planning horizon.
    Check and revert back.

  • BDC for ME01 to delete vendors in the source list

    Hi ABAP'ers,
                         I am trying to write a BDC program to delete a particular vendor from ME01 TCODE. My program runs well till deletion after i delete a record it is showing a pop up to confirm and on clicking yes the vendor is deleted. But the source list is not getting saved, or in other words the BDC flow stops after deletion, though i have handled save ok code in my BDC internal table. is there a solution for this.

    The user wants to see the repor. User does not have access to SE11 to see the databaase report. Is there any standard report to see how many Materials and vendor are flagged for deletion??????

    Hi all
    I want to use the collective MRP list MD04 but by defining a range of plants and multiple MRP controllers at a time. SAP recommends using a report similar to RMMD07EX. This mimics MD07. Has anybody created a report for collective MRP list using MD04

    How do you plan to switch from collective display to individual ? DO you plan to agregate some figures like stock for differents materials?
    Have you tried the LIS, with transactions like MCBZ? This is collective Stock/ Reqmts List !

  • MRP List issue(MD05)

    Hello,
    I am having issues when I run MD05 MRP list for a material. It gives me the below error.
    "No MRP list exists"
    This is a material just extended to a new plant with no stock. Is this issue because there is no stock for it and/or because its a newly extended material?
    Same material in a different plant does give me the MRP list view when I run MD05.

    Thanks for the Response. I want to confirm one thing.
    "MD05 is for displaying MRP Result.Once you run MRP for that material then only you will find the result in it unless you will find that " NO MRP list exists" message."
    The above statement you made (no MRP list exists) is true only in the case of a newly created/extended material for which MRP was never run.
    For material which already exists it would still show data in the MRP list from the last MRP run. Isnt it?

    Hello All,
    While accessing the MRP List (collective access MD06). There is a selection option for MRP Date. SAP Help tells that "Date: for example, all MRP lists that were created or processed within the last two weeks".
    But I could not understand what this means. Please clarify this.

    It means that, the MRP list will be displayed only for those materials that were created in that time frame. There might be materials for which MRP is not run and processed within that time frame. they will not be displayed. This is one of the parameters for filtering the list.

  • Delete/Erasing shows from my AppleTV?  How does memory work?

    I am completely confused as to deleteing material and freeing up memory as well as how things will automatically delete.
    When I have shows listed in my menus (My TVshows, My Movies)  sometimes there is a little trash can next to them to erase, and other times that option is not there.  I have no idea why this option is appearing and disappearing. 
    Is there any system (like a DVR) that once you have watched shows the AppleTV will make room for new shows by deleting old shows?  I dont think so, right? I think it just creates a list in the "downloading" menu of stuff to download once memory is free.
    Is there some kind of alert when the memory is full that you need to erase shows to make room for new shows?
    I did another post about this, but in case someone can answer,  once you delete a show it is gone for good, right?  If I want to download it again, it says I have to "rebuy" it.

    Do not rush to factory restore before looking into things further, especially if your unit shipped with software 1.0.
    AppleTV1 was never designed to run completely standalone - it is linked at the hip with iTunes.
    AppleTV1 was designed to be synced with media from iTunes which appears in My Music, My Movies etc.
    If it's full and iTunes is running you will also see content under My Music etc that will stream from the computer on demand provided itunes is running (unless you turn this option off in iTunes).
    When configured to sync with iTunes AppleTv goes into an Auto sync mode where it decides what to copy over to the unit - so unwatched material before watched etc.  You can customise this if you want under various Device Settings tabs displayed when selecting an AppleTV Device in itunes (left hand side) - do you see an icon?  If not it may not be synced to this itunes.
    Later the ability to purchase directly arrived too, but the idea was for purchases made on the unit to sync back to iTunes to keep the devices 'in sync' and to allow for backups.  The trash can I believe only appears for items purchased on it. so you could manually delete them.
    There is also a streaming only mode to connect additional itunes libraries on other computers 'My Shared Music etc'.

    Previously if things you bought on the unit did not sync back to itunes and AppleTv failed or there was a problem with 'reverse sync' (my term) that prevented it working you might not be able to salvage that content and could not redownload it.
    We need to know what software version you have - Settings>About (3.02 is the last one), and if you have the unit synced with iTunes still - does an icon appear in itunes under Devices (right click it and Transfer Purchases if you can to copy stuff over to iTunes bought on the unit directly).
    Last year/early this year Apple has sensibly allowed users to redownload any previous account purchases from the itunes Store in itunes - ensure you have latest version of iTunes and navigate to teh store home page - on the right under Quick Links you should see Purchased - here will be a list of things you can redownload for free under that itunes account.  The catch? So far movies only available for redownload in the US and not all studios are on board.  Other content can be redownloaded in many countries, but if an item is no longer in the store or has changed somehow (think of a change in the product code) it won't be available.  Check here to see what you could salvage by redownloading for free.
    Factory restore will put you back to shipping software and delete any synced media from the unit - some say purhcases made on Apple TV remain if not 'reverse synced' but I would not rely on this unless it was a last resort to restore it.

  • Is it safe to delete TV shows from my HDD

    Basically a repeat of this question : "Now that my tv shows are in the cloud, is it safe to delete them from my hard drive to make more room?  Theoretically, I can redownload them if needed, or is it best to have a physicsl backup of them?"
    The answer they got was : "iCloud is still in Beta. I would recommend that you try with one show, make a copy of it and then try out. But wait until iCloud and Lion 10.7.2 is out." However, this was in august 2011.
    I was wondering if iCloud is out of beta yet (i don't recall the word beta being written next to it any of the times i've seen it) and it would now be safe to do so. I'm running out of room on my hard drive so i was considering getting a time capsule to store new films, but if i can just delete tv shows my problem will be sovled for quite a while.

    iCloud is no longer in beta.
    At this time, not all content are eligible for redownload.
    Go to the iTunes store > purchased > TV shows | music | movies
    You will then have the list of all the content that you redownload.
    You can make backups if you want of the one that can't be redownloaded.
    if you want to backup the others, you can do it but it will take some space on your HD.

    Hi Kundan,
    STAD to trace combination of User and Tcode, but particular material its diffcult to trace in std sap.
    If you want to trace then you need do some enhancements, create customized table (mateial number, plant, date, time, etc) for when user run the mrp in MD02 then save all data's to your own table.
