Details Requered for Standard Function FI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_30

Dear All,
I have an request to modify the Payment MT103 Format as per the request from Bank. However, upon making changes in the above file ZFI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_30_190609 , I am not able to get the changes.
My current configuration at FBZP are as follows;
Event 20 - ZFI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_20
Event 25 - FI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_25
Event 30 - ZFI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_30_190609
Event 40 - FI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_40
Kindly update me, if the MT103 payment format is to be changed/customized, which Standard functin should I correct.
Please let me know if there any thread already for this request.

Thank you for the replies. The solution for this issue is arrived as follows;
1. From the Transaction FBZP - I confirmed the function ZFI_PAYMEDIUM_MT103_30 is being executed.
2. I put appropriate break-points in this function.
3. Using the F110 - I did the automatic payment.
4. But I put the Print Process as Delayed ( Not print immediately). So it creates the job.
5. I went to SM97 and watched the Job execution using debug option.

we have a requirement to expolde bom in standard purchase order in the main item screen like in any
sales order where
main item will be item 10
sub item will be item 20
sub item will be item 30
we had already exploded bom through subcontracting but sub items are getting in a different screen.
Is there any way where we can get the subitems in the main screen rather than subscreen.
It will be gr8 if you can provide us any userexit/badi.

Hi,
This is not possible in standard SAP. However, you can create a custom program to make this happen. The custom program should explode BOM for the material you enter and then call the bapi BAPI_PO_CREATE to create PO with all the components one after the other in the same PO.

GUI status: codes for standard functions

Hi Experts,
I have created a custom GUI status in my screen and enabled BACK, CANCEL, EXIT, PRINT and FIND buttons.
With coding BACK, CANCEL and EXIT are working fine but what codes i should write for PRINT and FIND? Can anybody give me some sample codes.

Sample UIX XML requested for standard functionality

I am learning UIX XML.
Using scott's emp and dept tables, I have used the wizards to generate a UIX XML application using BC4J.
I would like to enhance the generated UIX XML.
For example...
1. The UIX XML pages that allow inserts/updates to the EMP view object. I would like to have a LOV on the dept_no field so user can use this. Typically any foreign key field to have a LOV with a lookup on the master table.
2. Also I am having some difficulty with radio groups, list items etc that are based on hardcoded values or data in the database. Have you any complete example code. The on-line documentation shows examples but not the whole code working together. Have you got a complete sample app that shows these features?
3. Have you any UIX XML examples that use FORMS containing text input items, lists, radio groups etc that ARE NOT based on BC4J...then have the event logic access BC4J and do the inserts/updates.

Like you I have been learing using the scott schema.
I too have struggled with this LOV issue in UIX-XML and UIX-JSP and BC4J-JSP. UIX-JSP can allow for a drop down list based upon custom properties in the VO and a "custom" Java class. The HOW-TO Page has an excellent example that when followed (with some tweaks to get what I wanted) the drop down list worked. I know it's not an LOV (like in Forms) but for small FK lookups drop down lists seem to be the requests of most users. But these drop down lists will not happen in UIX-XML or BC4J-JSP. Seems aierd to me but hey, I'm just learning too.
My point is that I too have asked question after question on this forum about UIX-XML or about implementing fearures of UIX-XML in other frameworks (like coulmn sorting) and have gotten zero helpful repsonses. There were some comments about how 9.0.3 would soleve some of these issues, but no one seems to be able to explain a way to show a "broken" example so that I will be elated when 9.0.3 comes out and works.

While holding down "ctrl" + "shift" + "0" key click on the standard function.See if u can export it and check for some src
code

How to schedule a background jobs for a function module

HI all,
I have created a function module (zrfc_test). Now I need to schedule it daily around 8am . the 2 tcodes used is sm36 & sm37. But I need a detail description for a function module.

As there is no direct way of scheduling a function module, you may write a online program (program type 1) and call this function module in side it and schedule the program using SM36. Or you may record a CATT procedure for the function module and schedule it using SCAT transaction.Hope this helps

Standard function support for bond issueing?

Dear all,
Within Treasury and Risk Management, are there some standard functions to handle bond issueing?
The requirement is mainly to record information of bond details, interest payment and repayment, and currently we don't take postings to GL and payments into consideration.

Hi,
Bond Issue is available as a standard in TRM. You need to create a separate security account which is a liabilities account for issuing bonds. Bond issues are also managed in similar way to other bonds through a security master.

Standard functionality of ESS Leave Request Details.

Hi Gurus,
Can anybody share the links of Standard functionality of ESS Leave Request Details..?
And,Is there any standard functionality in ESS Leave Requests that if a User raises a Leave Request and want to extend the leave...is there any rule that User First cancel the previous Leave Request and raise a New Leave Request .
Please explain briefly for the same.

You've all the customizing in SPRO > Personnel Management > Employee Self-Service > Service-Specific Settings > Working Time > Leave Request
You define:
1) A Rule with certain settings
2) Absences/Attendances to display in ESS, with certain settings, and its assignation to a Rule
3) A WF (commonly based on standard 12300111) --even you could not use a WF, check customizing
4) Run process (manually or not) for analyze, correct and delete or save the entries finally in SAP through PTARQ transaction
And,Is there any standard functionality in ESS Leave Requests that if a User raises a Leave Request and want to extend the leave...is there any rule that User First cancel the previous Leave Request and raise a New Leave Request .
The employee can be able to cancel the request even when attendance/absence was approved. You define this behaviour for each Absence/Attendance in customizing.

OB52 is basically a transaction variant of SM30 for maintaining the view V_T001B.
So there will not be any BAPI available to maintain the same.

Standard function for settlement period

Hello
Does someone knows if there is a standard function that could define the settlement period based on a date (DD.MM.YYYY)?
The aim of this is to use it in report RKO7CO88 thanks to a link with table TVAR because we would like to run in background the settlement without having to change every month the variant.

create 2 variables ...one for fiscal year and another for posting period...
for the column which should take the previous period...right click on the variable and you will see offset...put in -1....but what if the user enters 2006.001...should it take 2005.012 ?? In that case you should write an abap code i think ....

How to find standard function modules for IDOCs

Can anyone tell me is there any way to find the standard function module for IDOC. I have checked BD60 but it's not available. For example Idoc type WPUBON01 and I need to know the function module. Can anyone tell me the way out.
Secondly, if anyone can provide me the code to map the file fields and idoc segements.

Then use this message type as a search string to find the FM.

Mass Change Function for Standard Templates

I am trying to use Mass Change Function to change one field value in my Standard project Definitions as well as Standard WBS Elements but its not doing.Is it that Mass change Function is only aplicable for Operative projects and not for Standard Templates?
