Determination of prize in purchase order

Hello
We are trying to add a new fied of table EKPO in the determination of prize of PO
The condicions table are a888 and 887.
The new field is
we have added the field in structure KOMP but now we can not to add the field in tables 887 and 888.
Is there Someone know it?
The problem is that the new field is not a standard field.
We are doing:
1. Include the field name ZZ_CLIENTE in the communication structure KOMP (via the INCLUDE KOMKAZ) and assign the data element ZZZZ_CLIENTE.
Note that new data fields must begin with the letters "ZZ" or "YY", because SAP keeps these name slots free in the standard system to protect them from being overwritten at the time of Release changeovers.
4. Activate the structure.
This causes those structures in which this INCLUDE structure is integrated also to be generated.
5. Populate the new field in program ZXM06U15, which is used in the
function module EXIT_SAPLMEKO_002, as follows:
MOVE I_KOMP TO E_KOMP.
MOVE I_EKKO-ZZ_CLIENTE TO E_KOMP-ZZZZ_CLIENTE.
Thanks

  • Acct determination for Account-assigned purchase order with keys not define

    Hi,
I'm trying to post an IDOC of type BBPIV through XI to an R/3 system.
The posted idoc in R/3 is in status 51 (Application document not posted) with the error message "Acct determination for Account-assigned purchase order with keys not defined in chart of acts WP2P"
As per my understanding this is something related to FI.
Long text of the error is "The system cannot generate an automatic posting because there is no account determination defined for Account-assigned purchase order with keys   in chart of accounts WP2P.
Correct the account determination for Account-assigned purchase order"
Please help me how to solve this.
    Regards,
    Rashmi

    Hiya,
This looks like its a MM posting / transaction.
You need to go to OBYC and maintain the account assignment. If you provide the business scenario (GR into Stock, Subcontracting, etc.) for the process, I may be able to help.
VKOA is for SD account assignment and I don't believe you can use that here.
    Cheers.

  • Price Determination (Pricing) Date Control - Purchase Order

    Hi,
We are exploring the Price Determination (Pricing) Date Control in the Purchase Order.
Clientu2019s requiring  is, correct me if it is a wrong requirement:
    We have created Tax Codes:
    C2 -  CST 2% valid from 01.04.2010
    C3 -  CST 3% valid from 01.04.2010
We have created a purchase order with Tax Code C2 - CST 2% on 30.03.2010 as we are in doing back log entries. Since the tax code is valid from 01.04.2010 only , the purchase order is not displaying the Tax Code Value .
Now we are doing the Goods Receipt on 01.04.2010, the system will not pass the entry for the CST as at time of GR, the System picks up the Tax data from the Purchase Order.
Now we want that the System should pick up the Data at the Goods Receipt, not from the Purchase Order. Some one advised me to use put GR Date in Pr. Date Cat. Under Item-> Condition Control tab. We are able to view the Pr. Date Cat by changing the Screen Layout of ME21N.
We want to know what use of the same & under what condition is, we use this.
    Our suggestion:
    1. We are of the view that we should create the Tax Codes with Valid Date from 01.01.2010 (not from 01.04.2010 as currently maintained)
    2. Or since we are doing the back log entry, we should create all the Open Purchase Orders dated 01.04.2010.
Is this the correct way which we are suggesting?
Please note that we are dealing with Excise Materials also?
    Please guide.

    Thanks for the reply,
While testing the same, I also encountered the somewhat same problem.
You are suggesting that we should change the Tax Code Valid From Date.
What do mean by the follwoing:
Pricing date category "GR date" can't be set in PO if price is entered manually (with condition type PBXX). This also means manually entered conditions at Po will not be used.

  • Determine classname & classtype for Purchase Order?

    Hi All
I'm completely new to SAP, apologies in advance.
So I'm trying to create a external document url against a purchase order via a BAPI.
Looking at this thread [FM to create external document(URL)|FM to create external document(URL)]  BDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CRE_O_URL is the one to use.
    First question: is that correct?
The BAPI takes as inputs CLASSNAME and CLASSTYPE which Im assuming are used to identify that this is being attached to, in this case, a PO.
Second question: Is that correct and if so how do I find out what these values are for a Purcahse Order and other objects in SAP?
    thanks

    Hi Jonnoking,
    1) Function module u201CBDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CRE_O_URLu201D is correct to u201CCreate External Document (URL)u201D
    2) To find u201CCLASS NAMEu201D & u201CCLASS TYPEu201D values for Purchase Order or any other objects below are the transaction codes where it is maintained:
    a) Transaction Code : SBDSV1 - Maintenance View for BDS_LOCL Transparent Table
    b) Transaction Code : SBDSV2 - Maintenance View for BDS_CL_DOC Transparent Table (Here you can search the CLASS NAME & CLASS TYPE with the help of DOC_TYPE like u201CMEOORDERu201D for purchase order & other needful objects like INVOICES)
    c) Transaction Code : SBDSV3 - Maintenance transaction for V_BDS_CL View (Itu2019s a view of tables - BDS_CLASS & BDS_CLASSL)
    3) Transparent Table References:
    a) BDS_LOCL  - BDS: Assignment of Application Classes to KPro Doc. Classes
    b) BDS_CL_DOC - BDS: Class Definition
    c) BDS_CLASS -  BDS: Class Definition
    d) BDS_CLASSL - BDS: Language Table for Class Definition

  • Batch determination for Sub Contracting Purchase orders

    Hi
I want to allocate automatic batch number while creating the Sub Contracting Purchase order (item cat: L).
System should dynamically allot the batch, no manual process.
This automatic batch number allocation should be work for sub contracting PO's not all Purchase orders.
    Please suggest the process.
    Thanks

    Hi SUNIL,
I haven't done such thing so I'm nut sure whether it works what I'm writing, but according to the manual is it possible to assign automatic batch creation to movement types.
As I understood in SPRO you can:
    1. Set the internal batch assignment:
Logistic General > Batch Management > Butch Number Assignment > Activate IBNA
    2. Define the creation for the movement type you want:
Logistic General > Batch Management > Creation of New Batches > Define Batch Creation for Goods Movements
But I think you can't make difference between 'normal' MVT 101 and 'L' MVT 101. Isn't it possible to create a new MVT for subcon-GR?
In this case maybe you could realize your idea.
But defining a new MVT just because of thi might be troublesome...
Maybe you can find better solution.

  • Purchase order message determination

    Hi,
i have a custom message type for purchase order for which i have a maintained a condition record in MN04,i can even see that entry in the database table NACH.
Inspite of this the message type is not determined automatically in the purchase order even though all conditions are met.
The same scenario works in my test system splendidly.
Could anyone throw some light on this peculiar issue!
    Thanks & Regards
    Ram

    Hi Ram ,
Just check whether under " Define Message Types for Purchase Order : Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order " the message type created by you exists.
If not define the operation at which stage the ouput should be triggered.
I think this should solve your problem.

  • Determine Plant and Sloc for Purchase Order Creation

    Hi Gurus,
I want to determine while create a Purchase Order (ME21N), I can restrict the Purchase Order only for specific Order Type , specific Plant and specific Storage Location.
The business needs is to prevent human error while create Purchase Order with wrong Order Type, Plant and SLoc combination.
Is there any Exit related ?
    Thx in advance.
    Tri W

    Hi ,
    This is MM question
In MM , you could use authorzation in PFCG to limit the plant selection and document typefor a specific  user .
This would also have effection to the ME21N .
For the storage location ,then please to set the field as display only and then add a default value to the user in
    the personal setting.
I hope this will help you a little bit apart from the  BADI.

  • Distinguishing Open and Closed Purchase Orders

We have a BI query which shows all Purchase Orders split by line item.
We would like to be able to determine which of those Purchase Order line items is closed within the core SRM system and which are still open.
Is anybody aware of an InfoObject that would allow us to do that?
Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Positive Parrot

You need to ask your functional team or business how they close Purchase Orders.  Most companies I have been at never close the orders or line items.
At one company, I had an Open Order report requirement and it was messy.  I had to identify which line items still had an open quantity and then load those line items only into a cube.
I wrote a ton of code to do this and had a few ODS objects to help out.  This wasn't an easy task.
Hopefully for your sake, your company uses the 0COMPL_DEL (Delivery Completion) characteristic or 0FINAL_INV (Final Invoice Recieved indicator) characteristic and you can base your decision on the values in those fields.
I am assuming you are looking at the 2LIS_02_SCL extractor for Purchasing Schedule Lines....
    Good luck,
    Brian

  • Hard to believe: missing report on purchase order price variances ...

    dear all-
Happy New Year to you all and all the best for this new 2008!
Traditionally the procurement to pay process is an area that really can benefit from automation. However more important than automation (efficiency), tools that support a process have to be effective first! And provide good understanding of business process at hand by providing information on essential key-figures of the process at hand.
That brings me to the topic of this post: purchase price variance. In my opinion the SAP functionality effectively handles PPV (purchase price variances): variance between purchase price and standard cost (let's call this one PPV1) and the variance between the invoice price and the purchase price (let's call this one PPV2). A good understanding of both PPV1 and PPV2 are useful for potential process improvements ... PPV1 relates more to the efforts of the purchasing deparment and/or determination of pricing in purchase orders while PPV2 brings in the efforts of the vendor.
Anyways, in order to obtain understanding of the variances mentioned, information is needed. E.g. a purchase price variance report or -analysis. I can't find such a report!
I did look on various forums and when I find something that relates to a PPV-report or -analysis, people are discussing ways to create an ABAP-report or query ... Much to my surprise: no clear answers. It looks that such a report even does not exist! That's what I find hard to believe!
Does anyone of you know about a report or analysis-tool on purchase price variances? Or is it really true that such a report is just not there!
    thanks,
    Ben

    Hello Ben,
i have been checking the whole Forum and also asked around collegues and it seems that it is really still true there is no simple report that is showing PPV details (PO price, Invoice price, Standard price and the quantities and values)
I think the solution to get such a report is to programm it Starting point would be the line items on PPV account.
To get such a report with connection between Delivery and Invoice, GR based IV is helpful.
It is unbelivable that this never has been setup !
We are currently using FBL3N on the PPV accounts by current monthe with 2 variants subtotalling on matarial and sorting by high value
Let me know if anybody find a report
    Cheers
    Tim

  • Profit center for purchase order without account assignment

I've requirement to include profit centers in purchase orders without account assignment category.
The trouble is when there is no profit center maintained in material master.
Is there a way to determine profit center in purchase order for such cases?

    Dear Abinash,
Define substitution in GGB1 at line item level as shown below:
    Prerequisite : BSEG-WERKS = Maintain plant
Substitution : BSEG-PRCTR = maintain profit centre as constant value
After define it, assign to the co.code.

  • PO Determine Price Procedure based on ordering Plant

    Hi Experts,
Please advice how can we determine 2 pricing procedure for a vendor based on ordering Plant in purchase order?
Requirement: Client has central purchase organization (1000) for all plants. Now they are going for India rollout where Imports duties have come into picture. It is decided to create a separate pricing procedure ZINDIA and a vendor schema (IN) to determine the same. But since Pur Org is same we are not able to maintain 2 schemas and determine separate pricing procedures for India and other location. Client is neither ready to create an purchasing organization nor want to create separate vendor for India.
I know it is not in standard SAP solution, Is there any work around like some Z development or user exit to determine a pricing procedure other than that it determine based on vendor schema maintained in Vendor master.
    With Regards
    Sarvesh Vashist

    Hi Manu,
1.Could you please elaborate why u need two pricing schema for same vendor ?
My Requirement is to determine pricing procedure in purchase order other than what it is being determining based on vendor schema Pur Org Schema combination.
2.cant you fill up your req with cdn types and records. let me know ?
No, The VSR functionality does not serve here because the existing pricing procedure ZRM000 does not have India localization condition types. We have created a pricing procedure ZINDIA specific for India, but issue is for intercompany purchase if it determines ZRM000, Indian custom conditions are nt there.
3.Do your co have more than one purchasing org?
    No.1 Purchase organization centrally.

  • Purchase order Account Assignment Catagory

    Hi all,
I started practicing MM module recently.I started creating plant, material, storgae location,Porg., purchase requisition. And now when i tried to create purchase order....in one of the tabs it is asking me to assign Account Assignment Category. If i assign any catagory it is asking me to give me G/L account  under my company code. So, what shall i do now?How can i proceed to next step ?Can anyone please help me in practicing.
    Regards,
    Sunny

    hi
Concept of account assignment category for direct usage for particular purposes or consumption.
You specify which account assignment object is to be charged via the account assignment category such as (cost center, sales order, and so on)Which accounts are to be charged when the incoming invoice or goods receipt is posted & which account assignment data you must provide.Account assignment category is used at the time of creation of a purchase order. For normal PO no AAC is used.
if the posting is directly to a costcenter(K) or Asset(A) we need this AAC. You can see this at ME21n under item overview.
    Path:SPRO->Materials Mangement->Purchasing->Account Assignment->Maintain Account assignment categories .
    Activities
    1. Check the attributes of the account assignment categories
    2. Maintain the account assignment categories to suit your requirements
Now click on new entries as per ur business requirement you may define the same
For automatic account determination in Account assigned Purchase order for a material.
You need to maintain the Following
Valuation Class for the material in Material master accounting view.
If you have maintained the Valuation grouping code for the Plnat in OMWD, please use the same in G/L account determination
    Goto OBYC,
    Click on transaction key BSX.
Enter the Valuation grouping code , Valuation class & The G/L account
    Click on transactoion key GBB
Enter the Valuation grouping code, General modifier VBR, Vlaution class & the G/L Account.
