Determine the customer numbers for which the installations

Dear All,
I configured VAR Service Desk on SolMan EhP1 + SPS 20, Everything is good, but I have a problem when run report AI_SC_GET_SAP_CUSTOMER_NUMBERS. It can determine my customer numbers, but have only my installation number in table V_AIINSNRS. There are no any installation number of my customers in table V_AIINSNRS .I need installation number of my customer are included in V_AIINSNRS. Please show me about that. Thank you very much!

1.3.9.3.3 Data Transfer from SAP
Use
You can copy the following system data from SAP into the System LandscapeMaintenance (SMSY):
- Name,
- System number,
- Installation number
- Product version.
All data can be copied from SLD or RFC connection. This is an alternative for service providers who
have no, or only restricted, connection to their customers via SLD or RFC.
Requirements
You have determined or maintained the customer numbers for the systems to be generated.
Default Settings
The system automatically generates IBase components, which you need for the Service Desk and Change
Management scenarios. If you do not want IBase to be generated automatically:
1. Choose the transaction DNO_CUST04.
2. Deselect the field: IB_GEN_AUTO (description: Automatic IBase Generation).
3. Save.
Activities
Set Automatic Generation flag
You can:
1. Generate all systems per customer number, or
2. Generate systems per installation number
Case 1: Flag/check whether all systems with a customer number are to be generated, and maintain the
maintenance view V_AISAPCUSTNOS. In this case, the system ignores the flag at installation level.
Case 2:If you select installations for which systems are to be generated, maintain the maintenance view
V_AIINSNRS.
Maintain Settings in SMSY_SETUP
4. Choose: Edit -> Expert Settings.
5. Enter the value A or N for the option Generate Systems by OSS:
- A: Systems are only generated if a 3-digit alpha-numeric ID has been specified for the customer
in maintenance view V_BP_SPC, to distinguish the long names of systems with different
customer numbers, e.g. a system SOL for the customer SAP would be SOLSAP01.
- N: New systems are numbered sequentially when they are generated. System SOL would be
SOL00001.
6. Save.
Data is created by background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT , which
should be scheduled regularly. If you want to copy the data immediately, you can schedule it
immediately . Check in the job log of transaction SM37 that it ran successfully.
Note: The user under which the job runs must be in the table AISUSER , with authorization for
system data maintenance in the SAP Support Portal.

    Symptoms
    After installing the Mac OS X 10.4.9 Update, iTunes may be unable to properly authorize your computer to play your iTunes Store purchases.
    Resolution
    The following steps will delete your network preferences. Most broadband connections do not require any special settings to connect, but if your connection does or if you are not sure, please contact your ISP or network administrator for further assistance.
    Important: You must be logged in as an Administrator.
    Click the Finder icon in the Dock.
    Choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
    Type /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration
    Click Go.
    In the Finder window, locate the file named NetworkInterfaces.plist.
    Drag this file to the Trash.
    Restart the computer.
    Once your computer has restarted. You will not be able to connect to the Internet. Now you will need to refresh your network settings to be able to connect again.
    Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu.
    Choose Network from the View menu.
    To refresh your network settings, from the Location pop-up menu, choose New Location.
    Type a name for your location and click OK.
    Click the Apply Now at the bottom right to accept the changes.
    If your network connection requires any special settings, you will need to put them back in at this point. Once you have made these changes you should be able to connect to the Internet again and authorize your computer to play your iTunes Store purchases.

    Solution :
            1) Go to SE16 - Table Name : EKBE (PO History)
            2) Field - BUDAT (Posting Date)
            3) Transaction event Type:
                             - 1 (Only GR's )
                             - 2 (Both GR and IR)
            4) We can fetch both GR Numbers and also PO Numbers for which IR has not been done if transaction event - 1.
    In addition to MB5S, you can try this also...

    The previous solution is for all values of the column, if you want a specific row, you can add it in where clause.

    I need to set up an expense form so that our consultant can "filter" by customer type, program type, and finally the purpose of the trip. For instance: the customer types are churches, schools, organizations. The program type would be dependent on the customer type selection from the first list. Some examples would be: fund raising, gift planning, surveys, and others. The purpose of the trip would be dependent on the program type selected from the second list. Some examples of trip purposes would be: presentation, design, prospecting. Further, the purpose of trip selection from the third drop-down box would then have to determine the values of other fields by expense type: such as commission, airfare, hotel. etc. I've tried pop-up menu but can't figure out how to "select" from the final popup list and have it populate a field for the purpose of the trip. I've tried to look at the JavaScript examples for dependent drop-down boxes, but can't find any that quite fit what I'm trying to accomplish. I am very new to all of this. No training in writing Javascripts - just trying to wing it. The form has to be very simple for our consultants to use, but also give our office the detail we need to process through the correct account numbers. I would appreciate any detailed step-by-step instructions - kind of a javascript for dummies type of info. HELP!

    An AcroForm is the name given to the type of PDF form that you create in Acrobat. An XFA form is the type of form that you create in LiveCycle Designer. Although they are both PDF files, they are very different structurally and have significant;y different scripting models. So pay attention to the information on AcroForms and ignore anything about XFA. Be sure to get the sample PDF forms so you can look at how it works and where the scripts are placed.
    What you want to do will require scripting, and if you don't have the experience and are unable to use the information in the tutorials to create what you want, you might consider getting someone who has experience do this for you. I'll often suggest code if I can do so quickly, but what you want requires more than a few minutes.

    Dear All,
    A sales order has been created for a division 10, for which the material belongs to some other division 20 in material master.
    When we are  create a sales order for 10 division ( the one which we give at organzational data) at the item level the material which we select should also belong to the same division, if  the material division  is different as 20 the system will throw an error at sales order  saying "ship-to-party so and so is not created for the sales area so and so.."
    But here it's allowing me to create a sales order for division 10 with 20 Division material without any error. But this should not happen.
    Checked in the document type VOV8 where at the Check division field 2 has been there.

    Let me explain the concept of Header division and item division...the header division is the one which gets copied from the sales area division that gets determined in the sales doc creation from SP.
    The item division is the division that gets copied from the material master in the line item material.
    In the Sales document type , there is a check box "Item Division". If this is marked, then system takes the division from the Mat master. if this is not marked system the system doesnt find from MMR instead it picks up from header division.
    The check division controls, how the system should behave in case the header and item division differ..

    ther is a convenient way to find all BADIS called. You may know that BADIS are the newer version of EXITs.
    I would suggest you to go for BADI.
    Follow the below steps to find out what all BADI's are called when you press any button in any transaction.
    1) Goto se24 (Display class cl_exithandler)
    2) Double click on the method GET_INSTANCE.
    3) Put a break point at Line no.25 (CASE sy-subrc).
    Now
    4) Execute SAP standard transaction
    5) Press the required button for which you need to write an exit logic, the execution will stop at the break point.
    6) Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
    7) This way you will find all the BADIs called on click of any button in any transaction.

    I want to allocate the serial numbers for the PO receipts for this i have done the following steps. (we are using the 11.5.10.2 version)
    Serial Control at Organization Parameter Level is
    Uniqueness With in Inventory items
    Generation At Item level
    Case 1: Items > Inventory Tab
    Serial
    Generation at Receipt
    Prefix xxx
    Serial 001
    Now, i have created the PO While performing the receipts the Lot/Serial tab is not enabled
    Note: I have generated the serial numbers from the On-Hand quantity > Generate Serial Numbers. then raised the PO and then performed the PO receipt.
    Important: Under Items >Inventory Tab here the Material status for Serials is disabled and Material Status is not found under Setup > Transactions, is this feature is new in R12, please clarify this dount also.

    I'm not sure whether you already got the answer for your issue.
    If you are still looking for answer then, can you check the following:
    - The INV org in which you have entered the serial number generation details (Prefix, starting serial no etc) for the item is same as the receiving org for PO receipt
    - While doing PO receipt the "Destination Type" is Inventory
    Material status control functionality for Lot and Serial is not new in R12. It is also available in 11.5.10. However your issue is not linked to Material Status for Serial.
    The default Serial status is 'Active' To define additional material statuses to be used in INV you need to use WMS responsibility even if you are not using WMS.

  • Populating the custom segments for the Basic type attached to HRMD_A (IDOC)

    Hi,
    I've enhanced a few infotypes and want the new fields to be available in an IDOC created through the program RHALEINI.
    Here are the steps I followed.
    Step 1 :(we31)
    We created new segment Z1IT023 , containing all the fields from infotype 0023 along with the custom fields added.
    Step 2 :(we30)
    We created an extension of IDOC type HRMD_A07 by name HRMD_EX to include this segement.
    Step 3 :
    We added an entry in table EDIMSG against message type HRMD_A , with base type : HRMD_A07 , extension : HRMD_EX , version : 700
    Step4 :(we20)
    Now , we made changes to partner profile by adding entry for message type HRMD_A with base IDOC type as HRMD_A07 and extension as HRMD_EX
    Step5:
    We changed the entry in table T777D and specified the IDOC segment as Z1IT023.
    Step6.
    We then tried to execute the report RHALEINI to generate the IDOC. The IDOC got created, but it didn't have the data for the segment Z1IT023.
    In fact, there is a different solution to this... by adding the custom segment(containing nly the new infotype fields) as a child of the original segment E1P0023 and then writting code in the user-exit to populate the segment, but our intension is to have a single segment with all the infotype 0023 data. Besides, I believe in HR, making an entry in T777D should free us from writing any code for populating the IDOC segments.
    Can anybody please suggest me, where am I going wrong. How can the new segments be populated automatically.

    I want to get tables and views list for which the current user has 'SELECT' privilege excluding sytem tables and views. The privilege information for the current user is scattered in more than one system views. I have following system views
    USER_TAB_PRIVS_RECD - Object grants for which the current user is the grantee
    ROLE_TAB_PRIVS - describes table privileges granted to roles. Information is provided only about roles to which the user has access.
    If the object privilege is granted explicitly like "GRANT ALL ON TABLE_NAME TO "USERNAME" then this privilege entry goes to USER_TAB_PRIVIS_RECD
    If the object privilege is granted by ROLE. Role is created with certain object privileges. this role is assigned to user "GRANT ROLE_NAME TO "USERNAME"", then this entry goes to ROLE_TAB_PRIVS
    From these findings, I have composed below query
