Developer enrollment payment issue

Hi,
Its been two days since i signed up for developer account and i am quite sure that payment not completed and still enrollment is in pending status. I dont see and payment sent from my credit card so i m guessing enrollment did not completed and its waiting for payment. Enrollment info stuck at step 4 which is purchase and activate but i cant. There is no restrictions with my credit card and i got no error message. Simply i fill the credit card info select enrollment type and finish. Page gave no errors and returned enrollment id which i assume means process completed and as i tlld before its not charged from my credit card and enrollment not completed.
Can anyone please help with this issue.

    Contact your bank and make sure they havnt denied iTunes access to authorise the card. You could also contact AppleCare for assistance. Its going to be an issue with your bank or iTunes.

    I need to post Incoming Payment for a customer via SDK.
    This case I have to select all transaction like ( AR INVOICE , ADVANCE AMOUNT IN INCOMING PAYMENT, CREDIT JE ,DEBIT JE ,OUTGOING PAYMENT,A/R DOWN PAYMENT , A/R CREDIT MEMO )

    i need some explainable about doc-line concept , where and in which case  we have to give docline property

    In AR customer ref no. set one FMS like  (Copy sequence in Customer Ref no.) and fetch your Sequence number in your customer ref no.
    its sole your incoming payment issue problem and agging reports also.
    Try its manually first and let me know.

  • PayPal payment issue.

    I was a unlimited world subscriber for the last 5-8 years (long enough not to remember). My monthly subscription payment would always be charged from PayPal. On Aug 24, 2013 skype sent me an email that my subscription was cancelled due to a PayPal issue. There was no issue with PayPal for the last 10 years. Now when I return back to re-activate my subsription it appears $13.99/month while I always paid $9.99/month. It looks like a setup to make me pay a higher monthly fee. At the moment I am trying to find skype's customer support email. They hide it pretty well. Anyone can provide their email?

  • Updated to LR 5.4, images now importing extremely slow. After importing and rendering images are still very slow to go through and develop. No issues in LR 5.3 which was very fast.

Canon,Nikon, Leica and Fuji files all rendering slow. iMac 2.9 ghz 16gb RAM OSX 10.8.5. Catalogs and images are kept on external drives. Drives running fine. Really need a fix on this since I'm norally imported and processing at least 4,000 images per LR Catalog. Is there way to revert back to 5.3? I can't use 5.4 is its current state. Thanks.

    By the way, lots of people have this complaint about LR 5.4, and the advice I give is to use LR 5.3 unless you need one of the new camera models supported by LR 5.4

    I suspect you have a negative balance. You have to resolve that before making any purchases, even free ones.

    I have enrollment status pending for several days already. My credit was charged, I wrote several letters via developer support form and still have no answers and no results.
    The problem is that this project is very important and the question is very, very, VERY URGENT.
    Please, give me a piece of resulting advice: what should I do, where and who should I contact?
    My country is Ukraine, there is no development support service phone number that I could contact. At least,  it is not listed on the official site.
    As it is already listed above, the question is very urgent and need to be resolved as soon as possible.

    You didn't do anything wrong. Just wait a bit. When you get tired of waiting you can start e-mailing and calling Developer Support.

    Hi,  I have purchased a US number for 3 months subscription, and when I am recharging it is showing for 3 months plan costs 10Euros, and 400mins/month. My question is suppose I have finished my 400 mins within a week after purchasing, again to get 400 mins do I need to wait for a month or it will automatically update 400 mins to the first month.

    I can definitely understand why you are concerned and I checked your account. Subscription expiration date is 13th of August, thus it seems incorrect date is shown for the next payment.
    I can assure you that Skype has no intention to rip you off, but it seems there is system glitch where incorrect info is shown on your account page.
    In order to get this resolved please contact customer service as guided here:

    They will collect all the necessary data from you(for example screenshot) and file it as a bug report to development team.

  • Outgoing Payment Issues - No matching records found (ODBC - 2028)

    Hi Experts,
    I am trying to create the add-on which automatically create Check payment against the vendor for the AP invoice and i am getting the issue, "No matching records found (ODBC - 2028)". 
    To know the exact reason of the issue i hardcode invoice, vendor name, cash account, bank code, bank account etc... but i am getting the same error. I also tried by using check account for both header and detail (check detail transaction) and i am getting the same error.
    The weird thing is the same code work in my development and test machine but it is not working on Live machine and another development machine. The machines which is getting error is one Live company with SAP 8.8 PL13 and another is OEC demo company having SAP 8.8 PL13. I dont think there could be account missing issue since i am getting the issue in OEC demo company as well, please correct me if i am missing something.
    I tried different things to resolve the issue you can see my code below where i have commented lot of things after trial. 
    I was trying to resolve the issue in this simple piece of code for last few weeks without any luck, so can you please help to resolve the issue. Please refer by below code which i was trying to create Outgoing payment.

    Dear Naresh,
    The following could be the causes of the error.
    1. The BP is not avaliable in the other companies.
    2. The account which you have given is wrong. I guess you are using Account segmentation so the accounts would start with _sys... so please check with the correct account settings.

  • IOS Individual Developer Enrollment "Contacting Your Reference"

    I enrolled into the developer program on Sunday and got my activation email yesterday evening. I clicked the link in the email and it said:
    We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership.
    We have received your purchase information and will email you shortly to verify additional details.
    I then went back to the member center and it is now saying:
    Contacting Your Reference
    We are contacting the reference you provided to verify that you have the authority to act on behalf of your company/organization and to enter your company/organization into legal agreements.
    Is this normal for individual enrollments? It sounds like something that would only happen when you enroll as a company or organization.
    I would give them a call but I'm working during their open hours until next week!

    Did you sign up for an _Individual_ paid dev account as a person or as a company/LLC - both are options for an Individual Developer account.
    If just as a person, you need to talk to Apple about that message, unless it goes away as mysteriously as it appeared, of course.
