Differnce between java script xml dom and Java Xml dom

Hi,
In my application For client side in Java Script for craetion of DOM MIcrosoft Activex object is used. USing that one they are buiidng DOM. And they are saving as XML. In server side i have to write one servlet which will parse that xml and i have to store in dynamic arrays.Which API is better for parsing XML in java.In util pacakge which class is better for storing dynamical values that means MAP,Hash Map,Hash table ??

in java, the java..xml.parsers package is generally used for parsing xml into a DOM. there are also sax and stax parsers available.
which class in java.util is better for storing stuff depends on what you need to do with the stuff. find a nice tutorial on java collections and then decide which one makes sense for what you need.

My safari screen is greyed out, I checked and found a response to this question. I went to settings and cleared history, cookies, and cache, java script is on and I restarted, screen is still grey, cant touch it to do a thing. Help!

That is usually the fix but try this now.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. See if that helps.
You can also try this - quit Safari. From the home screen - Double tap the home button and your recent apps appear the bottom. Tap and hold down on the Safari icon until it wiggles. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the app. Tap the home button twice. Restart the iPad.

Differnce between LAST USED in RSZCOMPDIR and USED in 0TCT_MC01

1. What is the differnce between LAST USED in RSZCOMPDIR and USED in 0TCT_MC01
2. LAST USED in RSZCOMPDIR is filled but in 0TCT_MC01 I have no log about that.

The second node is Idoc in the header..

Java script for sum and divide

Hi guys, I hv never used Java in my life. So i seek help with it..I am trying to do some simple calculations
I need to add

The result should show up in P1_ItemM

Difference between Java 1.4.2 and Java 1.2.2

Can someone please specify the main updates covered on the Java 1.4.2 that Java 1.2.2 does not have? Need it to assess if update is really needed and would cover identified issues. Thanks!

Thanks for the heads-up! Done that already but it seems Java 1.4.2 doesn't cover the bug fix for the issue that I'm covering for now. And with regards to "identified issues", I think that's for me to resolve and does not concern others.

Error message: "Java Script turned off, Enable Java Script" How to do this? I have gone into "Tools--then Options--Then checked Java Script--Then the "OK/Save" Button but this has not helped. What is the right course of action?

Java Script is disabled on my HP laptop. I have done the obvious things. It still will not enable Java Script. What do I try next?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Whoever put that comment in there about "1900" and so on knew what had to be done. That "Date" class must be "java.sql.Date"; go and read the API documentation of that constructor you are using there. Then adjust the parameters you are passing to it accordingly.

Differences between java 1.4.2 and java 5.0

I just downloaded the jdk 5.0 and I believe I have updated the correct paths in Eclipse. I expecteed to see some errors due to differences between 1.4.2 and 5.0. Instead, nothing at all. The application compiles just fine. Does anyone know where I could find a list of differences between the two java versions ?

I guess I am running java 5.0. IN fact when I run the

Any idea on how to fix this problem ?That error indicates you compiled under 1.5 (5.0) but are attempting to run it with a JVM that isn't 1.5+. The solution is to either use a 1.5+ JVM on the machine the application is running on or to compile with a -target of 1.4.

Xml xslt and java

To obtain a HTML form from a xsd (xml schema) I thought I must use a parser to parse the schema and extract field info (how many fields needed and which type) to create the form to add records to a simple XML DB, like:

<rec id="0">
</rec>
</db>
but someone suggested me to use a XSLT, but I don't figure I can use it... and anyway... I must use xalan to apply that xslt to my xml schema to translate it, right?
suggestions, tips and so on are really appreciated!

Diference between Java Card Operating System and java card?

operating system is inside the ROM, but are the JCVM, APIs and JCRE inside this ROM too?

Even if you found it, how are you going to get the cards ? How will you get the tools to put the JCRE/JCVM into ROM and start it ? What about the card OS and native methods ? How are you going to engineer that ?
The cost of all that outweights the benefits of just purchasing the cards already loaded !
