Directory Asst Calls

Do any of you get directory assistance calls charged to your home phone every single month when you know good & well that no one in your home makes these calls???  Just wondering if I was the only one.  I've contacted Verizon the last 4 consecutive months with this problem.  All I get is apologies, no remedies.  They do adjust my bill, however.  But I'm fed up having to contact each & every month about this same problem.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • Directory assistance calls

    I switched from Comcast to Verizon two years ago.  Since switching to Verzon,  I am continually billed for directory assistance calls that are not being made from this phone.  It is normally two or three a month.  I must argue every month with customer service personnel to adjust the bill.  Now they tell me it will not be credited again.  Guess I need to switch back to Comcast.  Smameis other than this problem I liked the service.

    I have been a Verizon customer for over a year now. Over the last several months I have been charged over $300 on "directory assistance calls" that i have disputed and never made! I do not even need the phone in my home. It is unplugged and we are still being charged for these calls. When they sent someone out to investigate the phone, nothing was reported and i was again charged $75 for the service call.  I was reimbursed for $24 but not the entire amount for the directory assistance calls. How that is possible i have no idea! I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get these charges removed. I recently made a breakthrough and was told i would be given vouchers to account for these ridiculous charges. I was told it would take a couple days to show up in my account. Turns out I was lied to...again. Now i have to wait another hour trying to speak with a human on the phone who i have to explain this situation all over again. I am looking for any advice or help. This is not a new problem with Verizon. I am aware a woman in pennsylvania went before a judge because of these charges. Is there something in place within verizon since this is a reoccuring problem. If so, i would really appreciate someone who could help.

  • Charged $772 in Directory Assistance calls. FALSE CHARGES.

    We were charged for $772 in Directory Assistance calls. Here is the catch, we never purchased a phone to connect to the phone jack. Not sure how we can make phone calls when you don't own a physical phone to make a phone call. My wife and I use our cell phones for all our calling needs and only accepted the bundle deal since it wouldn't cost us any extra and we could use it for our alarm system. We have never had an issue with Verizon until now. The first call we placed to Verizon was to disucss the situation and were informed a claim would be made and someone would get back to us. In the meantime a lady in the accounting/refund department was kind enough to refund us the payment we made of over $1,000 (yes that is correct over $1,000). Then no one ever proceeded to call us back and we figured the issue was resolved until the next billing cycle. We found out the issue still remained so we proceeded to call about the issue a second time. The rep was able to remove the charges and determined our issue was deemed solved and would no longer have to worry about this charge. Also, she credited our account for the $50 in taxes we had to pay for the $772 in directory assistance called we never made in the first place. She also proceeded to inform us that our 2 year renewal was fastly apprroaching. We stated we didn't want to talk about renewing until the issue was solved and she said the bill had been adjusted and if we logged in to our account we would see the changes. We refreshed and the bill was adjusted. We thought that was the end of this dreaded $772 amount. NOPE. Now that we are in our new cycle the charges continue to appear. So we proceeded to call Verizon again to confront ourselves with a rude and degrading customer service support, not only by the first representative we spoke to but also her manager Ms. Olan (who upon request stated that Verizon Customer Support employees do not have an employer ID number - something other Customer Support employees have provided to us beforehand). She talked to us like we were **bleep** and that we didn't understand what the difference was between a bill adjustment and a claim. She said it did not matter what we thought and that it appeared we owed the money regardless. After a lot of yelling by me due to the frustrations of once again being told I owed the money regardless, I was put on hold for the third time. No idea why I was put on hold for 5 mins, but this tends to be a theme everytime I call to resolve my issues. Last time we checked my wife and I don't work at Verizon and that it's not our job to make sure things are done properly. We are CUSTOMERS and expect to be taken care of just like we take care of the company by ensuring our bill is paid and continuing to use their services. My wife and I are now contacting other departments to conduct our own research on how to remove these charges that were never made by us. We also checked our account online to see if any outgoing calls and you will see ZERO outgoing calls. After spending over 4-5 hours on the phone we have no other option but to post on this forum to get any feedback from other verizon customers. Has anyone ever been able to get the issue resovled? Verizon customer service doesn't seem to be of any help. How did you end up getting the issue resolved? We have until 03 DEC 2014 to cancel before our new plan kicks in and we are forced to call Cox. I am hoping to get this resolved before then!

    I am currently having this exact issue, although not to the extent of yours. I do not and have never had a landline phone connected to the jack in the house. The landline came bundled with our internet. We use our cell phones for our calling needs. The landline is totally unused. My bill itemizaton reflects this. I went to pay my bill a little bit ago and discovered charges for six directory assistance calls that I never made. I refuse to pay this. My only concern, after reading all the horror stories of Verizon's customer service on these forums, is if my issue will actually be resolved. Which seems like the lesser of two evils: calling them or trying to get this figured out online? Ugh. If they didn't cram these charges to begin with, there wouldn't even be an issue to resolve. You know, "Don't start none, won't be none..." something like that.

  • Charges for Directory enquiry calls

    My mother recently received a phone bill which included a charge of £96.14 for a call made through directory enquiries - a charge for a 47 minute call . She cannot remember making the call - she is 91 -  and directory enquiries are unable to provide details of the call. It is difficult to query the call without these details. I am aware that directory enquiries do warn of costs - but that she can run up a £96 charge on one call without any warning is beyond belief. Can anyone provide advice on whether to go next?

    If your mother is likely to make calls by mistake, then BT offer a  service which should help in future.
    Please see

    As for the call that you were charged for, BT should be able to tell you when the call was made.

  • RunState.Caller.Locals.ReportOptions.Directory unknown in Teststand 2013

    Hello,
    I have a problem due to migration between TestStand 4.1.2 and TestStand 2013.
    In previous sequences I used the variables: RunState.Caller.Locals.ReportOptions.Directory, RunState.Caller.Locals.StartDate.Text, RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber, RunState.Caller.Locals.ReportFilePath and others... without problem.
    Now in TestStand 2013, the variables cannot be evaluated , generates an Teststand error and thus I cannot personnalize my report name and directory.
    Hereafter the complete expression that cause problems:
    RunState.Caller.Locals.ReportOptions.Directory=FileGlobals.Report_Directory + "\\" + RunState.Caller.Locals.StartDate.Text + "\\" + RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber ,
    RunState.Caller.Locals.ReportFilePath=FileGlobals.Report_Directory + "\\" + RunState.Caller.Locals.StartDate.Text + "\\" + RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber + "\\" + "Report ["+ RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber +"][" + Str(RunState.Caller.Locals.StartTime.Hours) +" "+ Str(RunState.Caller.Locals.StartTime.Minutes) +" "+ Str(RunState.Caller.Locals.StartTime.Seconds) + "]" + ".html",
    FileGlobals.UUT_Time = "[" + RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber+"][" + Str(RunState.Caller.Locals.StartTime.Hours) +" "+ Str(RunState.Caller.Locals.StartTime.Minutes) +" "+ Str(RunState.Caller.Locals.StartTime.Seconds) + "]" , FileGlobals.fileDir=RunState.Caller.Locals.ReportOptions.Directory
    Thanks for your help.

    If you using these expressions to set the report path and directory, then, do consider using TestStand expression to specify the report path in Report Options dialog. Its lot easier to use compared to setting values to subproperties of Runstate.Caller.Locals.ReportOptions variable.
    You can get more information in the following links
    http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370052K-01/tsref/infotopics/specifyreportfilepath_byexpressi...

    Coming to your error, please provide more information regarding which sequence file and sequence did you modify.
    Also note that, in TestStand 2012, process models had major change to support plug-in architecture. Process models without the plug-in architecture (like the one used in TestStand 4.1.2) is installed in "<TestStand>\Components\Models\TestStandModels\TestStand 2010 Process Models (Legacy)" directory. If you want to migrate your process model changes, it might be valid to update the legacy process models instead of new models.
    You can see brief description of TestStand 2012 process model changes in http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370052K-01/tshelp/infotopics/2012whatsnew/#plugin

  • How to call a Sub template in BI Publisher for the same Loop

    Hi,
    I'm trying to achieve a multi template invoice customer facing Report output by using sub templates in BI publisher. I've stored the Template2.rtf file in Local machine temp directory and calling it in the main RTF. My Scenario is as described below:
    <?import:file:///C:\temp\Template2.rtf?>
    <? For-each@section: HEADERS?>
    ****Contents of header data and it's line***
    <?start@last-page:body?><?end body?>
    ***last page sub totals****
    **in next page i'm calling another .rtf file which is the second This template should repeat for each header transaction**
    <?call-template:Template2?>
    <?end for-each?>
    While trying to preview the output from Bi publisher Template, either it goes to infinite loop or it hangs up with error.
    Am i getting it wrong? for the Template2.rtf which i'm calling has contents <?template: template2?> <? For-each: cust_headers?> ** logic** <?end-for-each?> <?end template?>
    So for a given transaction i need to print two templates. All the data will be under <header> group. Please help me out if i'm missing something in the above.

    Do you get a "Template invoked but not defined error"? If so, the reason is because you the template can not be found...
    In your case, you have defined the template as:
    <?template: template2?> <? For-each: cust_headers?> ** logic** <?end-for-each?> <?end template?>
    However, in your call statement, you have (upper case T): <?call-template:*T*emplate2?>
    Change that and see if it resolves your error. If not provide details about the error.
    Thanks,
    Bipuser

  • Error Calling BPEL from ESB

    I am using the SOA Suite and have a very simple ESB project which picks up files from a directory and calls a BPEL process following a simple XSL translation. I am getting the following error:
    An unhandled exception has been thrown in the ESB system. The exception reported is: "java.lang.Exception: Failed to create "ejb/collaxa/system/DeliveryBean" bean; exception reported is: "javax.naming.NamingException: Lookup error: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: Not authorized; nested exception is: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: Not authorized [Root exception is javax.naming.AuthenticationException: Not authorized] at com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIClientContext.lookup(RMIClientContext.java:64) at javax.naming.InitialContext.lookup(InitialContext.java:351) at com.oracle.bpel.client.util.BeanRegistry.lookupDeliveryBean(BeanRegistry.java:279) at com.oracle.bpel.client.delivery.DeliveryService.getDeliveryBean(DeliveryService.java:250) at com.oracle.bpel.client.delivery.DeliveryService.post(DeliveryService.java:174) at com.oracle.bpel.client.delivery.DeliveryService.post(DeliveryService.java:158) at oracle.tip.esb.server.service.impl.bpel.BPELService.processBusinessEvent(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.InitialEventDispatcher.dispatchNonRoutingService(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.InitialEventDispatcher.dispatch(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.BusinessEvent.raise(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.utils.EventUtils.raiseBusinessEvent(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.service.EsbRouterSubscription.onBusinessEvent(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.EventDispatcher.executeSubscription(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.InitialEventDispatcher.processSubscription(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.InitialEventDispatcher.processSubscriptions(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.EventDispatcher.dispatchRoutingService(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.InitialEventDispatcher.dispatch(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.server.dispatch.BusinessEvent.raise(Unknown Source) at oracle.tip.esb.utils.EventUtils.raiseBusiness
    The esb has been deployed to our server (OAS 10.1.3) using jdeveloper. Please can anybody point me in the right direction.

    Not really. There are 2 ways to invoke BPEL.
    1) Over SOAP using an ESB SOAP service that parses a BPLE WSDL. This works like any standard HTTP/SOAP invocation and would be used when BPEL and ESB are not in the same container.
    2) Over Java by add a routing rule to an ESB Routing Servie and select a BPEL process in the BPELSystem as the target. This is the preferred binding when ESB and BPEL are colocate din the same container. This takes advantage of the fact that ESB kistens on the BPEL internal Control jms queue when a BPEL process is deployed into the container. That is how the BPEL processes show up in the BPELSystem ESB service tree.

  • Portable Home Directory no longer works on Lion bound to Active DirectoryAD

    Hi, All,
    I look after about 30 MacBook Air/Pro connected to a predominantly Windows corporate network.
    A few months back, I installed a MacOS Server running OpenDirectory and Software Update Services for managing the MacBooks - they are configured in the standard "magic triangle" configuration, bound both to the Active Directory (running on a handfull of Windows 2003-R2 servers) and OpenDirectory; they are configured to use the Mac Server for Software Updates, and with Portable Home Directories replicated on a network share point (through AFP) to keep a backup of the user's data.
    When all the MacBooks were running Snow Leopard, everything was running fine... but the last couple of laptops purchased came with Lion and they cannot synchronise their PHD's anymore :-(
    I have spent a lot of time trying to pin-point the problem, including replicating a whole test-network with its own AD/OD and client Snow-Leopard/Lion laptops to try various configurations... my conclusions so far are that:
    1- using Snow Leopard clients, it just works
    2- using a Lion client, when the network user account is configured in the default Users O.U. on Active Directory, it just works
    3- using a Lion client, when the network user account is configured in another O.U. than Users (e.g. Company-Name or External-Contractors), then the PHD syncinc doesn't work at all
    4- the failure symptoms are a popup window when trying to do a manual sync saying that "your network home at (null) does not allow writing" - if automatic syncing is configured through MCX, it just fails silently
    5- when PHD syncing fails, I can log on using the network account, manually mount the share point used for the network home in the Finder and read and write to it without a problem; so it' not a permission problem, but the fact that the network home directory is (null)
    6- I have traced the root cause to the FileSyncAgent process which raises an exception at startup - here's what I see as the salient lines from the logfile (i've edited out the username):

    7- if I use the same user account from a Snow-Leopard client, the mountPeerVolume finds the remote home_dir, mounts it and happilly trawls through the two directories to figure out what needs to be copied; I get something along the lines of:
    0:: [12/02/08 18:44:15.344] Starting manual sync of "HomeSync_Mirror".
    1:: [12/02/08 18:44:15.363] -[SPeer_FS_PHD mountPeerVolume]: We've been given remote home path "/Volumes/[USERNAME]".

    1:: [12/02/08 18:44:15.363] -[SPeer_FS_PHD mountPeerVolume]: Final path to PHD remote home root = "/Volumes[USERNAME]"
    8- if I use a Lion client and a user account configured in the Users O.U. on Active Directory, it works similarly well
    9- in the failing use-case, if I run a "dscl xxx -read /Users/xxx" to verify that the DirectoryServices deamon returns some information, all looks good: I get all my A.D. user details, including email config and network home_directory, the MCX payload, etc
    10- the only difference that I can see when running dscl between the "working use-case" and the "failing use-case" is that the Attribute for the network home directory is called HomeDirectory (working) or OriginalHomeDirectory (failing) - but the actual value is present and correct in both cases
    11- I have enabled SMB as well as AFP file sharing to ensure that it's not a protocol problem rather than the share point itself that causes problem - no difference
    12- I have upgraded the MacOS Server to 10.7.3 (from 10.7.2) - no difference
    13- I have upgraded the Lion client from 10.7.2 to 10.7.3 - no difference
    14- I have tried to manually configure the Directory Search path on the Lion client to map HomeDirectory to OriginalHomeDirectory - either the mapping didn't work or it's not the real cause of the problem, as again: no difference.
    15- I have contacted AppleCare, raised a case with all the details above, been escalated from level 1 to 2 and 3 - and basically have been told that customers have reported very similar problems & that no more detail is available to me as it is a Directory Services related problem - if I want to take it further with Apple, I need Enterprise OS Support (and hence $1000s per year - and no real guarantee of result)
    [thanks to anyone who's read until now]...
    So my questions are (as I can't believe that I'm the only one using "proper O.U.'s" for managing users in Active Directory):
    - has anyone experienced this before?
    - does someone know of a workaround (other than "stick to SnowLeo" or "redesign your whole A.D."!)?
    - can someone help me figure out where the FileSyncAgent process tries to get its remote home directory from - as this might point to a solution?
    Many thanks

    I was able to fix the issue here. Steps Taken:  From the comand line I ran
    dscl /Search read /Users/jdoe HomeDirectory
    It returned # No such key: HomeDirectory
    This was the big clue.... it should have returned
    HomeDirectory: <home_dir><url>afp://files.hihllc.lan/Users/jdoe</url><path>/</path></home_dir>
    I unbound the Mac from AD and ran the following command in terminal.
    dscacheutil -flushcache
    I then went into OS X sharing preferences and renamed the computer slightly, so it would create a new computer record in AD. I rebound the machine to AD making sure in Directory Utility Advanced, under User Experience that Force local home directory on start up disk was unchecked and Network protocol to be used was AFP.
    I then ran
    dscl /Search read /Users/jdoe HomeDirectory
    and it returned
    HomeDirectory: <home_dir><url>afp://files.hihllc.lan/Users/jdoe</url><path>/</path></home_dir>
    I had the user reboot... which was necessary. When he logged in HomeSync fired up. He had quite a few conflicts, so I told him to select use files on this computer for all conflicts.
    I checked the FileSyncAgent.logs and it was good.
    Let me know if this fixes your issue.
    Thanks,
    Ray

  • Iphone 4 no longer changing audio source to make call via in car bluetooth.

    Hi, I have an Audi A4, my iphone 4 connects to it, you can look at the directory's, calls made, missed etc,
    When you want to make a call or receive a call, the audio source from the phone is not put through the car, its only goes through the phone.
    Checking the iphone, it used to show a list of audio sources i.e. the car's bluetooth connection, the speaker or the phone.
    No it doesn't show the car's bluetooth.
    My HTC Desire S has no such issues and voice can be heard through the car's bluetooth, so I assume that the car's bluetooth is not at fault.
    Thanks for any help

    I had this same problem with my iPhone 4 and my BMW. I deleted the pairing and paired the phone to the car again, and the same issue occurred.
    I reset the iPhone by pressing the on/off switch and the home button and that worked! The audio sources showed up and I was able to get audio from the car.

  • Import already existing directory structure into DFS namespace?

    Hi all,
    I'm planning to migrate three file servers to a single DFS namespace and after reading the official docs and numerous blog posts I'm still unsure about the right way to do it.
    The "main" server already has a share with a complex directory structure, called \\server1\team, and that share shall become the root of the new DFS namespace, lets call it  \\domain.local\team.
    Part of that already existing directory structure is this folder: \\server1\team\admin\communication\archive. The folder "archive" contains thousands of files in numerous folders and shall become a dfs link to another share \\server2\archive. But
    before I can create the folder "archive" as a dfs link I have to create the folder "admin" in the dfs hierarchy of course, then below that the folder "communication"
    Question: When I try to create a folder "admin" in the dfs namespace, I get the error message "the folder cannot be created in the namespace. The file exists."
    Ok, the folder "admin" indeed exists, but how can I "import" this branch of the existing directory hierarchy into the dfs namespace?
    Do I have to rename the existing folder "admin" to e.g. "admin2", then create the dfs folder "admin" and move the complete directory structure below "admin2" to "admin"? Or can I simply make the existing folder
    "admin" a dfs folder?
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards
    Christoph

    Mandy, thanks for your feedback!
    I have to describe my problem more precisely: creating the root of the new DFS namespace is *not* the problem. This worked for me exactly as you expained it. The problem appears when I try to create a folder below that root in the DFS namespace. If that
    folder already exists in the share you cannot choose how to handle security settings but you get an error message, and that's it.
    This may be helpfull to explain what I want to achieve:
    Old structure:
    \\server1\team - folder admin - subfolder "archive" - lots of subfolders and files
    Now I want to move all files and folders from "archive" to \\server2\archive and link this share into the new DFS namespace, so that our users don't notice any change when they access that archive folder.
    new structure:
    1. Create DFS namespace root: \\domain.local\team  -> \\server1\team   (works!)
                |
    2. Create folder admin  (problem!)
                |
    3. Create subfolder "archive" -> \\server2\archive (not possible becaues "admin" couldn't be created)
    I could perhaps create a DFS namespace with the root \\server1\team\admin\archive and link that to \\server2\archive, but I would like to avoid creating a new namespace for each share which from \\server2 which I mount into some subfolder of \\server1\team...
    Thanks for reading.

  • Regrdin file transer from al11 to archive directory  URGENT

    HI ,
    my actual require ment is

    can anybody help on this
    wt is archive directory?
    how to send that application server file to archive directary after succesfull reading it? .......
    is there any function module for this....
    wt is archive directory?

    Hi,
    An archive directory is just a concept where one directory on the operating system holds files that have been processed.  You don't need to do anything special, either take the internal table you already have and write it to a file in this directory or call an operating system command to move the file.
    You just need to find out for your system which directory is the archive directory.

    Nick

  • How I can changes oracle binary directory

    I just upgrade sucessful from ver 9.2.0.4 to 9.2.0.7. this issue is cousmitic the binary directory still call 9.2.0.4 instead of 9.2.0.7. there is easy way to solve this issue. I would like to call this binary directory call 9.2.0.7
    any advise please thanks

    Renaming of ORACLE home technically possible. However for the following reasons it is not recommended.
    1) There are certain files under ORACLE_HOME which stores hardcoded ORACLE_HOME name value.
    2) Inventory information might become obsolete and future patch installs may not possible.
    You can also think about creating a soft link for 9.2.0.4 as 9.2.0.7 This way it will be easier and less complicated for you!

  • Incomplete Directory Objects import

    Hi All,
    We are trying to import a TPZ file (for a whole scenario).Not all objects in the scenarios are changed.Both export and the import of the TPZ files are without any error.
    However,in the target directory under the imported scenario, some (random) objects are missing.
    When the missing objects are seperately put into a TPZ file,the import into the target directory is successfull.
    Does anyone know why this is happenning and how to fix it.
    Regards,
    Bikram

    Hi Paul,
            Plese follow the below steps while transporting objects from IR & ID.
    Before exporting make sure that the objects are activated.
    Perform the following to import/export ID objects.
    1. To export or import directory objects, call the configuration maintenance screen of the Integration Builder.
    2. Call the context menu for an object in a collaboration profile in the Integration Builder navigation tree and choose Export….or choose Tools ® Export Configuration Objects…
    3. Select the Transport Using File System mode and follow the wizard’s instructions. When selecting individual objects, you can use drag and drop to drag the objects from the navigation tree and drop them in the object selection field.
    The Integration Builder saves a binary export file with the suffix tpz in the export directory of the directory server
    Do not change the file name of the export file. If you do, the Integration Builder will not accept it as the appropriate file when you import.
    4. To import the export file(s) to another Integration Directory, first copy or move it to the import directory of the target directory.
    5. Call the configuration maintenance screen of the Integration Builder for the target directory. Choose Tools ® Import Configuration Objects...
    6. Select the export file saved in the import directory by using the dialog box that appears.
    If the import is successful, the export file is moved to the subdirectory /xi/directory_server/importedFiles. The objects are not activated when they are imported into the target directory. They are visible in the change list of the user who imported them.
    7. Check the imported objects in the change list and adjust the configuration data to match your system landscape, if necessary.
    8. Activate the change list that contains the imported objects.

  • PSTN Call progress indicator

    Hi,
    I have a set-up where call comes in for prompting and on selection of an option is sent out to an external IVR. The call-flow:
    PSTN -> VoiceGW -> CVP -> ICM -> CUCM Directory Number -> Call FWD to PSTN# -> VoiceGW.
    At the external IVR, there is a (approx) 20 second ringing before a voice prompt is played.
    The issue that I observe is that I do not hear the 20 second ring-back. I get only silence and then the voice prompt is heard.
    Debug ISDN q931 shows:
    Dec 12 04:33:51.761: ISDN Se0/0/2:23 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8  callref = 0x80E8
            Channel ID i = 0xA98397
                    Exclusive, Channel 23
    Dec 12 04:33:54.965: ISDN Se0/0/2:23 Q931: RX <- ALERTING pd = 8  callref = 0x80E8
            Progress Ind i = 0x8088 - In-band info or appropriate now available
    Dec 12 04:34:16.213: ISDN Se0/0/2:23 Q931: RX <- CONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x80E8
    Dec 12 04:34:16.213: ISDN Se0/0/2:23 Q931: TX -> CONNECT_ACK pd = 8  callref = 0x00E89120174620
    30
    Any thoughts on how to get the ringback.
    Thanks,
    Dilip

    Hello Megan
    What you can do is to calculate the number or entries found on your select, before doing the selection ....and finally on each loop asign a percentage and call the FM again.
    i would recommend to not do it....the report will go slower....just put as information before and after the select stm..
    Bye
    Gabriel
