Directory Browsing and Virtural Directories

Hello, And thank you in advance for any help anyone can give
me.
Environment
Windows 2003
IIS 6.0
JRUN4
When I enter the site
http://<subdomain>.web.domain.com/ext/gtr
the site works perfectly it starts the index.jsp page and
everything functions.
When I create a virtual directory called gtr1 then try it
http://<subdomain>.web.domain.com/gtr1
that points to ../ext/gtr I get a directory listing.
When I find the index.jsp and click on i the site comes up
and works properly. I've verified browseDirs = false in both
SERVER-INF and WEB-INF xml file and IIS the directory listing is
turned off I've also verified that the index.jsp is at the top of
default documents in IIS 6.0 .
Why when I try to connect via virtual directory URL I get a
directory listing?
Thanks
Michael

No you cant do that. You must do one at a time. Take a look
at the
FileReference and FileReferenceList documentation for the
upload() method. Partial quote:
Listeners receive events to indicate the progress, success,
or failure of the upload. Although you can use the
FileReferenceList object to let users select multiple files for
upload, you must upload the files one by one; to do so, iterate
through the FileReferenceList.fileList array of FileReference
objects.

    Hi,
    What do you use to debug your JSP pages?
    Are you using Eclipse for the Java?
    Which version and how did you set it up?
    I cannot get the current JRUN 4,0 Web App which has Java and
    JSP included to
    load into Eclipse Europa, Should I use NetBeans or What?
    Does ANYONE know how to develop JRUN 4 apps using Eclipse

  • WD ABap - Directory Browser

    Is there any possiblity to build a directory browser or to get all directories of the frontend, i.e. where the client/browser runs????similar to the cl_gui_frontend_services methods, but the only work with sapgui.
    kind regards,
    oliver

    Hello Oliver,
    Won't the easiest way be to use a file selector? (i.e. like <input type="file"> in an HTML form?)
    What do you intend to browse for, and what do you want to do with the file(s) selected?
    Only the browser has access to the local file system, as the input type file produces this kind of dialog, which is a browser function, but other than that, I think the browser will prevent a subprocess from accessing the file system, or will cause some sort of security warning (e.g. if you are using an ActiveX control or applet).
    So unless you have a special ActiveX control or applet to suit your specific needs, you cannot get information to the server about the client filesystem (other than via the standard html form elements).
    Cheers,
    Martin

  • WL5.1 custom directory browsing

  • Turn off directory browsing on Oracle XE?

    Hi,
    I am using an Oracle 10 XE Database with Apex 3.1 in embedded PL/SQL.
    Is it possible to disable the directory browsing?
    The URL to my Application is:
    http://hostname:8080/apex/f?p=121
    if I only type the URL
    http://hostname:8080/
    I can see some directories like /i or /sys and so on ...
    Does someone knows the switch to suppress it?
    Regards,
    Kai

    I think this can be done using a normal way of disabling directory browing via httpd.conf or .htaccess.
    If you can find any of these files, stop Apex, make the required changes and star Apex.
    This is a clue. I know the next thing you will ask is what to change in the files. You can read more on them.

  • Feature Request:  Standard Keyboard Navigation in Media Browser and Project Panel

    It's been a while since I've had time to submit a feature request.  I've wanted to see this one for a while.  If you agree, please submit your own feature request here: http://www.adobe.com/go/wish/
    System Navigational Keyboard Shortcuts in Media Browser and Project Panel
    Windows (and I'm sure Mac) has a standard set of keyboard and mouse navigational shortcuts for keyboard and mouse.  I'm so used to using them in daily browsing (both in Windows Explorer and in any web browser) that missing them in the PPr Media Browser, or getting a different result in the Project Panel, is still very jarring and slows my workflow (even after having used Premiere Pro [again] since version CS4).
    I propose that the Media Browser and Project Panel should honor the OS defaults for keyboard and mouse folder/file navigation.  A few of the standard (Windows) keyboard and mouse navigational shortcuts are listed below (listed in order of most helpful to my own work):
    Moust Back Button = "BACK"
    ALT + LEFT ARROW = "BACK"
    UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT = steps through the various folders within the view.
    UP, DOWN walks through the directory tree while RIGHT expands the currently selected folder and LEFT contracts that directory (twirl down, etc).
    ENTER opens a folder.
    ALT + UP = "Folder Above"
    ALT + RIGHT ARROW = "FORWARD"
    F2 Renames a folder
    ENTER "takes" that name to the clip. (current functionality used ENTER to rename a file/folder).
    ESC cancels the renaming operation.
    Pressing Enter on any piece of Media or Title, etc should take an "expected" action acording to it's context.  (i.e. ENTER on a video clip would load it inot the Source Monitor.  ENTER on a Title would open it in the Title Editor.  ENTER on a folder would take us into that folder).
    These functions exist in both Windows Explorer as well as most modern Web browsers.  When browsing files and Project folders, it's what I've come to expect.  It's muscle memory, if not intuitive.  I realize that many of these keyboard commands are already in use in other windows/panels of the application, therefore, these commands should be Panel-specific (i.e. ALT+LEFT works differently in the Media Browser and Project Panel than it does on the Timeline/Sequence).  And as always, when making such changes (i.e. changing the behavior of ENTER to F2), this set of keys should be highly configurable based on preference:
    Preference:
    checkbox:  Use OS-specific navigational keyboard and mouse commands in Media Browser and Project Panel
    checkbox:  Use the (very few) "classic" Adobe keyboard commands in the Media Browser and Project Panel
    The most common habit I find myself doing in the Media Browser is clicking the BACK button on my mouse—only to realize, yet again, it doesn't work that way in PPr.
    The most common habit I find myself doing in the Project Panel is pressing F2 to rename a folder/bin.  Of course that doesn't work.  And when I've renamed it, I press ENTER to save the name, but that only moves me to the next folder ready to rename it, too.  I also find, out of habit, I try to navigate the bins using the arrow keys and then open the bin/folder using ENTER.  Instead, my bin is asking for a new name and I hit ESC to avoid renaming it—now THERE's a shortcut that works the way it should.
    I realize this feature may be controversial to some, since it's not the way we're used to doing things in PPr.  However, I'm sure there are just as many out there, like me, who are confounded as to why PPr has never worked with the "conventional" navigation shortcuts found throughout the rest of the operating system, be it Windows or Mac.
    If you agree with this feature request, please submit your own feature request here: http://www.adobe.com/go/wish/

  • Latest version of Window 7 FireFox came with malware including Unico browser and tons of other malware. Mac version seems to be fine. Has anyone else seen this?

    I have been using FireFox for awhile now on both a Mac and Windows 7 computer and have loved it. It has been updated to the latest version by your request many times in both formats with no problems; until now. The Windows computer just asked me to undate to version. I went directly to Mozilla.org and it had 'Firefox Setup Stub 37.0.1.exe. When I opened this, I immediately got a blast of more nasty malware and viruses than I had ever previously experienced. I deleted all those unwanted programs that had downloaded; removed all the malware and viruses. Firefox worked for a minute before all this different malware and pop-ups and viruses started again. I then repeated everything and also removed firefox and the PC worked fine with a different browser.
    I then tried a second time to a different Mozilla site that included US firefox in the website name and started over. Same thing happened again. These unwanted programs included Unico Browser and dozens of other that are very nasty. If you click on anything, they download a dozen other programs. If you go to control panel and remove them, they download 6 or eight new unwanted programs. I finally got all the malware, viruses and pop ups removed when I also removed Mozilla Firefox. I can only conclude that the latest version for Windows is corrupted. Any thought or recommendations? For now, I am back to using a different browser on the PC.

    Let's try this last thing:
    '''Note:''' You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
    #Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from [https://www.mozilla.org mozilla.org] (or choose the download for your operating system and language from [https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ this page]) and save the setup file to your computer.
    #After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (or open the Firefox menu [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and click the close button [[Image:Close 29]]).
    #Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
    #*'''Windows:'''
    #**C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
    #**C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
    #*'''Mac:''' Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
    #*'''Linux:''' If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see [[Installing Firefox on Linux]]. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the [http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop Firefox download page], simply remove the folder ''firefox'' in your home directory.
    #Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
    ##Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
    ##Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
    More information about reinstalling Firefox can be found [[Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems#w_5-reinstall-firefox|here]].
    <b>WARNING:</b> Do not use a third party uninstaller as part of this process. Doing so could permanently delete your [[Profiles|Firefox profile]] data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and saved passwords. <u>These cannot be easily recovered unless they have been backed up to an external device!</u> See [[Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles]]. <!-- Starting in Firefox 31, the Firefox uninstaller no longer lets you remove user profile data.Ref: Bug 432017 and https://support.mozilla.org/kb/uninstall-firefox-from-your-computer/discuss/5279 [Fx31] Windows uninstaller will no longer offer the option to remove personal data -->

  • Directory structure and files in Oracle Application server 10g and 11g

    Hi all,
    I am doing a lab migration from 10g to 11g based on the use of JAXB. There were some directory structures used in 10g to store the JAXB jar files and some other custom jar files. I want to know the equivalent folder structures in SOA 11g server. The 10g server directories are mentioned below:-
    1.<OracleAS_Home>\webservices\lib.
    2. server.xml located at <OracleAS_Home>\j2ee\home\config in 10g. Where can I find the equivalent file to "server.xml" in 11g server?
    3. <OracleAS_Home>\bpel\system\classes\com\oracle\bpel\xml\util.
    4. <OracleAS_Home> \bpel\system\classes.

    Here are the equivalents as per best of my knowledge:
    1. <WebLogic Home>\server\lib
    For example, D:\Middleware\wls1036\wlserver_10.3\server\lib
    2. config,xml located at <Domain_Home>\config\
    For example, D:\Middleware\wls1036\user_projects\domains\ArunBaseDomain1036\config\config.xml
    3. It should be the same as 10g (instead of OracleAS_Home, it will be ORACLE_Home) if you install the BPEL product. Since, I have not installed BPEL/SOA, I am not very sure.
    4. It should be the same as 10g (instead of OracleAS_Home, it will be ORACLE_Home) if you installed the BPEL product.
    Also, I would recommend that you consider using ORACLE Smart Upgrade (JDeveloper component) to help you with the upgrade process. It exactly points out these mappings of file/directory structures AND the necessary configuration changes as well.
    If you are requirement, is only about making the library jars available to your application, then consider reading the below discussion.

  • How do I get a list of directories and sub-directories?

    Hi All,
    I'm new to Java and have a couple of questions that are really stumping me and I sure could use some help.
    Question 1:
    I have this class file that I want to return back me a list of directories and only directories, not files. I can't figure out how to do this. I know I need to use the isDirectory() function but I can't figure out how to use it. The class file currently is returning back both directories and files. Please help!
    Question 2:
    Once I get the list of directories, I need to also get a listing of all subdirectories to form a directory tree starting at my File dir value (example: C:\Windows) in the constructor. Any ideas?
    Thanks
    import java.io.*;
    public class DirList {
         private String list = "";
         public DirList(File dir){
              File f = new File(dir.toString());
              String[] files = f.list();
              for ( int i=0;i<files.length; i++ ){
                   list += files[i] + "\n";
              }  // end for
         }  // end constructor
         public String getList(){
              return list;
         }  // end method getList
    }  // end class DirList

    I'm not familiar of the recursion technique that you speek of. If
    this would work, please share it with me.Okay, i'll try, I assume that you don't care what level a subfolder is right! With a selected folder (from fileChooser), you want to obtain a list of all subfolders.
    After you have select a folder from the filechooser
    import java.io.File;
    import java.util.ArrayList;
    public class AllSubFolders
      private static ArrayList allSubFolders = new ArrayList();
      public static void main(String [] args) {
        File selectedFolder = ....; //a folder seleted from the filechooser
        getSubFolder(selectedFolder );
      public static void getSubFolder(File aFolder) {
        File[] file = aFolder.listFiles();
        for (int n = 0; n < file.length; n++) {
          if (file[n].isDirectory()){
         allSubFolders.add(file[n]);
         System.out.println(file[n].getAbsolutePath());
         getSubFolder(file[n]); //recursion method call
    }You can see that getSubFolder() method call it self, it will do right down to the end of the tree, try it out by replacing the line
    File selectedFolder = ....; to
    File selectedFolder = new File("c:\\yourFolder\\");

  • How do I save browser and download history with timestamps?

    I want to be able to have access to and be able to export all my browser and download history on Firefox with timestamps. From the looks of it, Firefox doesn't place permanent time-stamps on browser history, and begins removing download data from the main download window after it reaches a certain volume. I'm mainly interested in knowing whether I can retrieve and export history and/or download data which is months old for forensic reasons. Basically, I just want to have a day-by-day breakdown of the sites I visited over the last year on Firefox instead of a month-by-month one and '6 months or older' pile.
    It would be nice if someone could clarify whether or not Firefox supports or can be made to support any of this, and if months-old browser history still has original time data associated with it that I can use to categorize it day-by-day.

    You can open the downloads.sqlite file in a program or extension that can handle SQLite database files.
    * SQLite Manager: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/sqlite-manager/
    # Open Profile Directory -> XXX.sqlite -> Go
    # Hit the Execute SQL tab
    # Use a Select like this:
    <pre><nowiki>SELECT datetime(startTime/1000000,'unixepoch') AS startTime,name,source AS url,target,currBytes AS bytes,((endTime-startTime)/1e6) AS time,currBytes/((endTime-startTime)/1e6) AS speed,mimeType
    FROM moz_downloads
    ORDER By startTime DESC
    </nowiki></pre>
    If you need more (or less) data then add open the XXX table to see the names of the available columns and add them to (or remove them from) the SELECT line separated by commas.

  • Active Directory Integration and home folder mounting

    Hello,
    I've set up a G4 tower with Tiger 10.4.4 and bound it to our AD domain. Authentication works perfectly, however the home directories of the users (on smb shares on windows servers) do not mount consistently. At first I thought that it was working for administrative users but not for regular users, but one of our test accounts which has no admin priv's works perfectly. It does seem to work consistently for admins, though.
    Most regular users are given a local home directory. Has anyone seen this? Any thoughts? Is there any particular log file that I might check for clues?
    I'll try get in a little later to post the output of dsconfigad -show , which might help...
    Anyhow any help will be appreciated..... thanks!
    -Jonathan

    I have been working on doing this as well. If I set the 'mount home directoy' property in the user in Active Directory Users and Computers it has worked for all users and I did not have to specify anything in the AD connector on the Macs.

  • Oracle DIRECTORY object and subdirectories

    As you know, in 9i the use of the UTL_FILE_DIR is being deprecated in favour of Oracle DIRECTORY objects. This is fine for security reasons and administration but there seems to be a problem with subdirectories.
    The situation: we are generating literally millions of files using UTL_FILE. These files are going to be stored in one of forty thousand directories (the precise directory is derived from parsing the file's key ID).
    In the old days access could be granted simply by setting the UTL_FILE_DIR parameter to /<root>/dir/*
    As far as I can see, the Oracle DIRECTORY does not support subdirectories. Is there any way of avoiding the creation of forty thousand CREATE DIRECTORY statements and a concommitant number of GRANT statements?
    Oracle 9.2, any suggestions gratefully received.
    Cheers, APC

    Just curious Andrew-- are there things in the UTL_FILE package that you don't find implemented better in Java's I/O classes? I wouldn't claim to be the world's leading expert on Java I/O, so I won't comment on the specifics of this. Generally I think using Java to re-write a piece of existing native functionality is a hard one to sell:
    (1) Java tends to run slower than native code
    (2) It's a chunk of work, and my PM is already breathing down my neck.
    However, I might do this as a hobby project. If I do, I'll let you know how it turns out :)
    Cheers, APC

  • Directory Browsing

    In portal 3 public_html was abled to be browsed.
    When using Portal 6 -- this functionality is disabled. Does anyone know how to turn directory browsing on?
    If I was in my web browser I could type in http://portal6/images ... and it worked - this directory would actually be /opt/SUNWam/public_html/images/
    Also is there a way to get to javadocs for DSAME through a web browser ---
    They say it's in /opt/SUNWam/docs/index.html
    I think the configuration is in iPlanet Web Server 6.0 -- but can't find where it is.

    Hi,
    In amconsole in the root node select "Service Management"
    SRAP Configuration -> Gateway -> default/edit -> Non-authenticated URLs
    (I assume you run portal gateway)
