How to disable nag message for easy-webprint EX install

I didn't install Easy-WebPrint EX when setting up my Canon Pixma MP495 printer. Ever since, I get a nagging message asking if I want to install Easy-WebPrint EX, but there is no option to disable the message that is very annoying. How can the nag message be disabled? I don't ever want the Easy-WebPrint software installed.

Group Policy settings
The following Group Policy settings have been added for Terminal Services printing:
Use Terminal Services Easy Print printer driver first
This policy setting is located in the following node of the Local Group Policy Editor:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Terminal Server\Printer Redirection
The possible values are:
Enabled or Not configured: If this policy setting is enabled or not configured, the terminal server will first try to use the Terminal Services Easy Print driver to install all client printers. If for any reason the Terminal Services Easy Print driver cannot be used, a printer driver on the terminal server that matches the client printer will be used. If the terminal server does not have a printer driver that matches the client printer, the client printer will not be available for the Terminal Services session. By default, this policy setting is not configured.
Disabled: If you disable this policy setting, the terminal server will try to find a suitable printer driver to install the client printer. If the terminal server does not have a printer driver that matches the client printer, the server will try to use the Terminal Services Easy Print driver to install the client printer. If for any reason the Terminal Services Easy Print driver cannot be used, the client printer will not be available for the Terminal Services session.
-According to MS using TS Easy Print renders jobs faster, cause they are smaller in size then emf.
-There are steps to complete to see all user session printers, One was to add the "Print Server" role to the Terminal Server, add yourself to the "Print Operators" group and a few other things. Do a search for it, you'll find it.
-Also all clients MUST be running XP sp3 OR Vista sp1 AND .NET Framework 3.0 sp1. The .NET Framework is what makes it all work correctly. As far as the Arabic thing, can't help!Network Administrator

How can I change the default message after System Call Handler transfer error?

Hi,
I'm using Unity Connection 9.1 and System Call Handlers to allow to join internal extensions (not reachable from the PSTN).
I succeeded but I would like to change the default message played when the extension dialed is not known. I tried with Error greetings but nothing changed.

Just tried this on my 9.1 and 10.0(1) servers and it worked fine.
I went to the opening greeting call handler, selected the "error" greeting, set the greeting to play my personal greeting (it defaults to the system generated greeting), recording "hey, you dialed the wrong number" and then called in and during the opening greeting I dialed "88" - I heard "hey, you dialed the wrong number" and then it repeated the opening greeting recording as it should.
the default action after playing your custom greeting in this case is to "restart greeting" - which is why the opening greeting plays again.
Not sure what you did in your testing with the error greeting - check to make sure you have it set to play your personal greeting instead of the default system greeting - since you can't disable the error greeting there's not a lot of other items I can think of to check.

How to permanently disable this message: "Press Esc to exit full screen." (by Adobe Flash Player) in Mac's Safari Browser?

Hello everyone,
I have been searching for sometime (without any success) for a solution to permanently remove this annoying message: "Press Esc to exit full screen."
Whenever I go to full screen mode, watching any video on YouTube, BBC, CNN (or many other websites which use Adobe Flash Player for streaming video) I have to bare seeing this message for several seconds until it fades away. Seeing this message once or twice would have been okay, but as we all watch many videos on a daily basis on internet, after weeks, months and now years seeing this message over and over again many times every day, it becomes very annoying, and I find myself rewinding many videos to their beginning after this message fades away to be able to watch it from the beginning without anything obstructing it!
Does anyone know how to "permanently" disable this message from appearing?
I am using the latest version of Safari 6.0 on the latest version of OS X (Mountain Lion 10.8.1), and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (Plug-in version 11.4.402.265) installed on my new MacBook Pro 15" with Retina Display.

I am attaching a screenshot here for you to see that this setting was already set to what you suggested. I didn't need to change it as it was like this even before I post this message.
So the problem still presists and unfortunately your suggestion is not a solution to this probelm.
Last night I did more reseach and found a discussion in Adobe website, it seems a lot of other people have the same issue, and even started a discussion in Adobe website about it. But unfortunately Adobe refuses to address it and enable the end user at least to have an option to turn this message off from displaying permanently on his/her computer.

How do I DISABLE text message forwarding between my iPad and iPhone?

I want to DISABLE text forwarding from my iPhone 5 (IOS 8.1.1) to my IPad 4 (IOS 8.1.1) but....I have already tried the following (so PLEASE do not make these suggestions):
I want to be able to text from my iPhone and those text messages (either SMS or iMessage) NOT go to my iPad. BUT, I want to also text from my iPad and those messages NOT go to my iPhone. I want the text messages to stay on each device independently.
Since I still want to be able to text from my iPad, I do NOT want to turn off iMessage. If I turn off iMessage, I cannot text from my iPad.
I disabled HANDOFF
I disabled TEXT MESSAGE FORWARDING (from my iPhone)
Creating a new Apple ID is not an option since there is other data that I need between devices.
Having followed these steps, I still cannot stop the texts from forwarding between devices. Any ideas?

On your iPad, can you deselect your phone number as an option in Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at and then add an email address at which you can be reached? My iPod Touch is set up to use an email address (I have 6 email accounts) and the messages on my iPod do not sync with my other devices.
I Do have to say that it has been ages since I set up the Touch for Messages, but I am running iOS 8 on it. I can't remember if I had to sign out of messages and start all over again on the touch in order to deselect the iPhone number.

"IWD Bus Enumerator disabled" error message in LSC after Windows 8.1 upgrade

Hi there,
I just upgraded my T430 from Windows 8 64-bit to Windows 8.1 64-bit.
After restart, LSC shows an "IWD Bus Enumerator disabled" error message. I went to the device manager, right clicked on IWD Bus Enumerator and selected the "update driver software" option. Message came back that the latest driver is already installed. By the way, in the device manager there are two lines "IWD Bus Enumerator", where the first line is normal (i.e., enabled), and the second line shows that error message (yellow triangle).
What next? Any ideas? My laptop seems to work fine, otherwise.

I resolved my issue by going to device manager and selecting View Hidden Devices - then expand System Devices
In my case there were 2 listings for IWD BUS ENUMERATOR - one had the yellow triangle - I uninstalled that one and restarted my laptop and the message was gone. If that does not work make sure you get the latest drivers from Lenovo and also visit Intel.com and search for WiDi - they have some programs to check drivers.

Sending Rich Text Emails - Default Message font doesn't work!

I have just set up Mail to compose Rich Text emails as default which seems to have worked okay. However, I have set the default Message font as 'Arial' and it doesn't seem to work when sent to Microsoft Outlook. However if I set the text to a different font and then back to arial when composing it works fine.
I just looked at the raw source of the email and it doesn't actually state in the HTML that the font is set to Arial by default, only when it is manually changes when composing. It may display correctly in Mail but with more users on a windows based machine using outlook this is no good! I don't want to have to change the font manually every time!
Anyone got a fix for this?

Are there no fixes for this?
In my eyes this is a major problem and certainly something that is making me consider moving away from Mail...

I want to remove the message that pops up every time i connect my IPhone that says: "Photos in the Camera Roll of "Name" cannot be imported because the device is locked with a passcode.".
This computer is not one that I want to import photos to (or sync with the iPhone), so this message is just very annoying, and it pops up all the time. I cannot find a way to disable this message. It is constantly appearing. No application is launching, I have turned off the iPhoto launch in the Image Capture app as well as in iPhoto. Thanks in advance if anyone has any information about this.

Because your computer sees your phone, as it would see any digital camera, as long as you have photos in your camera role. Since you state you don't sync with this computer & have a passcode on your phone, that's why you get that message. The only way to prevent that message is either start syncing with this computer; remove the photos from your camera roll prior to connecting; or first turn off your passcode before you connect. Either that, or you live with it.
You shouldn't be storing photos in your camera roll anyway. iPhone camera roll is not designed for photo storage. You should be regularly importing them.

How to set a default message in "Share Invitation" dialog box

Working on SharePoint Online, my customer would like to have a default message whenever he adds a new user in a group.
By default, when a user is added to a group, a text box appears with a greyed out text: "Include a personal message with this invitation (Optional)."
Is it possible to have a custom text message ?
Any help appreciated.

This is not possible in SharePoint online because you can not have access to _layouts folder. This can be only possible in SharePoint on prem.
The dialog page name is _layouts/15/aclinv.aspx, as it loads from layout folder so you can not access the physical file SharePoint online.

Acrobat X, change default message in emailing Forms

I have searched raised questions for an answer, there is one in 2010 on the same issue but for Acrobat 9, where Adobe simply say it can't be done, and the question writer tells Adobe they are foolish to not provide such an obvious requirement. So, hoping that Acrobat Pro X has adopted this since then. . . .
When distributing Forms via email, Acrobat provides a default message to go to the recipient. This can, of course be chnaged, but, everytime a new distribution is made, the default message has reverted and it has to be changed again. Any software designer with a ounce of intelligence would realise that the Forms creator needs to retain the modified message, and moreover, needs to keep a set of various standard messages that can be quickly selected.
I have found the file that holds the default message in location Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0\Forms\AdhocWorkflowBackup. This is a file without any extension. I have a programme that can view the file content and see the default message wording, but, I can't modify and save.
Please can someone help. Currently, I have to keep wordings I need in a Notepad file and continually copy it in.
In Acrobat X, there are several small things not provided that a user of the programe would need to make it a really good service. It's as if Adobe just did not bother to finish it off with a full set of normally needed tools and functions.

OK. I will live with the fact that I can not change the text in the purple instruction heading. I have a new problem. In order to prevent others from tampering with the form, I have used Password Protection, Restrict Editing, entered a password under Change Permissions, allow printing and filling in form fields. Then I used the Save As feature, Enable additional features.
I now have what I wanted, a form that can not be changed. A day later I decided to add yet one more line of instruction. I can NOT get into my own form. I know the password (obviously), but I can not get to a screen that will allow me to enter it.

Of course ON-MESSAGE will not work. Use the trigger on your Exit_Form button. Then check the form or block or record status (depending on your design) and do appropriate coding, something like this:

X6 setting default messaging application

Hey,
I am a brand new X6 user, I am not event very familiar with Symbian S60 OS. I recently purchased the application known as ThreadedSMS because I like to see my text messages threaded as in conversation form. After I installed it, the original messaging application still pops up notifications in addition to ThreadedSMS. Also when I click on a contact and wish to send a text message, it uses the original messaging application instead of Threaded SMS.
Is there a way to set the OS's default messaging application to be Threaded SMS so that I don't get double the notifications of incoming text messages, and so when I try to send a text message via contacts it doesnt pull up the original SMS application.
Also, does anyone know a more finger friendly Contact Manager application (similar to iPhone ) ??

Hi, you can't change the default messaging app, and for managing contacts Ovi suite is the easiest way ! Sync at least once per week
