Disable NTLM in IIS of SCCM 2012 R2

Hello,
I am on a project to implement Internet-Based Client Management. One requirement is to publish the SCCM server to a public DNS so I contacted the network team for this.  However, they asked me to disable the NTLM authentication because according to
them WebSEAL doesn't support it.  This is what webSEAL is: http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/W/WebSEAL.html.  If I will disable NTLM authentication, what effect/s will this have on my SCCM infrastructure?  Or is there any other way we can do
to publish the SCCM server on a public DNS?  Thanks. Hope that you can help me from this.

I'm a bit confused here also. What does webSeal have to do with ConfigMgr?
Also, as a terminology/side note, this has nothing to do with DNS. DNS publishing is a simple record in DNS pointing a name at an IP address. You're making site systems available on the Internet -- you could say you are publishing the site systems on
the Internet or even public Internet (although by definition, the Internet is public so no real need to say "public" even).

Sir, webSEAL is the acting reverse web proxy.  I think this is how it goes, if an internet-based client will have to contact the SCCM's management point via HTTPS or HTTP it needs to authenticate first using webSEAL.  I'm sorry for being vague here,
honestly I don't have an experience about reverse proxies and I'm actually doing IBCM for the first time.
