Disables AD User account in OIM 9.1 still user can access its account

The following issue is happing on OIM Version: 9.1.0.1866.25
When disabling a single AD resource, it will appear on IdM in status as Disabled, even though it remains accessible by the user. No change of password occurs.
Where should I check and how can I fix that.

What task is attached to Disable of user? Ideally we have an adapter attached to disable user who disables user in target AD system when fired. Login to design console, open you process definition and open disable user task to see what adapter is attached.

Anyone can access any iCloud account if they know the login and the password. Assuming that you and the others concerned already have iCloud accounts with separate logins you could create a new Apple ID, use it to create a new iCloud account and then everyone would log into it in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars so that its contents would appear alongside the individual 'Primary' accounts. If they don't have their own iCloud accounts they can sign in in System Preferences>iCloud, of course.
You can enable the particular types of data syncing you want to carry out, but be aware that iCloud isn't designed for multi-person use, and basically everyone has full access to the account as if it was their own.

Running 10.8 on the server and here is the below problem I am having
1. Windows users can access the file shares read/write (even though they create permissions wrong, another day to takle that since I already tried ACL)
2. Macs running 10.8 and Mavericks
     Open the server in finder on a user machine. Can sometimes see the two share folders. Other times just get the spinning wheel.
     Now if you are so brave to click on the folder then finder will spin forever.
     It locks finder up so hard that you can't shut down the machine without holding the power button. Other programs will run just fine, it only affects finder.
I tried connecting from the mac with smb:// to see if it is an AFP issue but it just sits on connecting forever.
I looked through the logs and don't see anything. But my knowledge of logs is terrible.
Any help would be great.

What is the "best" way to configure iTunes on an iMac with personal user acounts so each user can access the media library but sync devices on their personal user account?

I am trying to determine the best way to set up our imac so each user account can access the same media (songs, movies etc.) through itunes and also back up and manage their personal devices under their own personal user account. There are 4 users on our iMac. Me, my wife, and our 2 children. We have built an extensive library of music/media together using the same iTunes store account. I would like to establish a seperate apple id and iTunes store account for each of us going forward but have the ability for each of us to share our purchases. What is the best way to configure our system and devices in order to allow shared access to media and at the same time allow for individual management of devices including contacts, apps, photos, etc. Please help, I would like to do this once!

OK, seeing as no-one replied (presumably because a lot of this information is on the forums in bits elsewhere) here's how I've got on so far.
Applications - just went through them. About the only one I needed was my media server app. Just downloaded and re-installed, had a quick look back though my email to find the license key and it all went on fine. Installation never seemed quite right on my old machine so solved that problem too.
Movies - New iMovies just copied across the clips and projects into their respective folders. Seems to have worked but haven't checked it all that thoroughly. Some duplicate footage here but I can trim this out at some point when I get a chance to go through here.
Documents - Just copied these across.
Photos - used an app called iPhoto Library Manager. You can download for free but have to pay to use the part that consolidates your libraries. Possibly if I was willing to spend a bit more time I could have got away without using this but given I didn't know the state of my different libraries and just how many duplicates I had this was too much of a convenience to ignore. Also got my library into a state where I can now spend a few hours organising it a bit better with Faces / Events etc.
Not attempted Music or iPhone sync yet as been stuck trying to solve a problem with my power adapter.

does anyone know a method to disable that the user can
change the time of the windows clock.
I can change this setting with gpedit.msc
We want to distribute this setting with zenworks.
Snapshot do not work and in the C1 User Package -> User
Extensible Policies or Windows Grouppolicy i can find
a setting.

Only One User Can Access Time Capsule At A Time

This seems strange....
I've been using the Time Capsule without issue for around a year. I can access it from my Mac Mini with no problem. I can also access it from my Macbook with no problem. When it comes to the iMac, I have two user accounts. One for me, and one for my wife. When my wife tried to access it, the Time Capsule blocked access beyond the root. (So we could select TC from the sidebar, then double-click the TC folder that appeared, then the small icon in the top of the window has a stop sign through it with no folders displayed).
Mine is fine - so I tried to fix it by deleting my wife's keychain passwords to the TC. I reset them and it connected her. However, when I swapped to my account I was locked out!
I reconnected, and I regained access - and now my wife's locked out again!
I haven't got the time capsule set to user account access, so I have no idea where to go from here!
Please help!

I am not sure if this issue is happening because of following observation.
The config is using ip 10.2.10.255 in the VPN pool , we cannot use this ip address as this is broadcast ip in the VPN pool subnet. Do the following and then check connecting vpn clients and post results.

2 users can access the same record

I have 2 users: Sale person and his assistant, they are given the same role as Sales. Both have ability to create a new record and access each other record.
How do I create such type of user and which privillege should grant for them?

Hi HP,
You can achieve this by creating the groups. You can add user to the group and whenever any user from that group will create a record; all other user by default will get full access to the records. you can have more then one group. But one user can be added to one group only. This grouping will not only allow them to share the records but also allow them to share their calendar by default, hence better synchronization while working together.
Below are the steps of creating the Groups
1. Go to Admin - Company Administration - Enable "Group sharing" feature
2. Go to admin - User Management - Public sharing group - create group
3. Create group and add users to the group
Note -
1. the records was created before enabling group will not add users of group to the record team
2. one of the group user should be the owner of the record
3. After enabling group feature, if you want to remove any of the user from team of any particular record, you can do that. Or if you want to add any user, you can also add to the team of that particular record.
