Dispatcher stopped in sap

Question

hi all, i am facing this problem while starting sap in the console root the status of dispatcher turns from green to yellow and shows status "dispatcher stopped in sap" i went into the work directory file and tried to analyse trace file: "dev_w0"
and trace file: "dev_disp" from the work directory  the contents of both the files are included below,i want to know the corrective action so as to start the dispatcher and the work process

As per the error, it looks like some library files are missing in kernel directory. Have you done the kernel upgrade recently ?
