Display a floating message box ligh the item Help

Hi,
I would like to display a message box with some longer messages for the end user. Is there any Javascript / JQuery API call where I could give the message as input and use the same look-and-feel as the item help? TIA.

Adding Portlet at Runtime to the Portal, displaying Empty Error Message Box

Hi All,
I had developed a Webcenter Portal Application, in which i had included runtime editing capabilities for pages and customization at user level - deployed successfully in PS5 Server.
I also made another simple Portlet Producer Application - deployed successfully in PS5 Server.
While, i try to register the Portlet in the Portal application at runtime, through Portal Console - Successfully tested the connection and registered.
But, when i try to add the registered Portlet to Portal Page at runtime, through Portal Console - Failure with Empty Error Message Box popup.
Further analyzed the Managed Server logs of both WC_CustomPortal and WC_CustomServicesProducer. Both the logs are pointing to same Exception.
Kindly provide your inputs on this.

How would you read in each line of data and display them to message box?

How would you read in each line of data from the _.txt file_ and display the whole data using an information-type message box?
I know how to display each line of the .txt file data, but I do not know how to display the whole thing.
Here is how I did to display each line of data using the message box:

I am logged in to iMessage on both my mac and iphone but my mac will not display my sent messages or received. the only thing displayed is that the person i am talking to is typing but then i receive the message on my phone rather than computer.

The only thing that is displayed is the typing (...). messages i send do not even show up on my computer.

In Messages Menu > Preferences > Accounts > Messages account check the iPhone Number is showing Up as both a "Receive" Alias and is in the "Send From" Drop down.
Next check the iPhone is listing the iPhone Number as a possible Send and Receive option. (I have seen the number become unticked even though the option is greyed out)
If possible make the Send option on both the same ID or iPhone number.
If this has not improved things do the following.
On the iPhone > Settings > Messages remove the Apple ID.
Then place the iPhone in Airplane Mode for 5 minutes to "break" with the server.
On waking the iPhone add the Apple ID back to the Messages settings.
If the Mac version has not had a pop up to say the iPhone is using the iPhone Number and the Apple ID then restart Messages on the Mac.

3GS Error Message: Some of the items were not copied. Error -50.

Here are the details:
Trying to sync iPhone 3GS running IOS 4.1 with iTunes 10.0.1. on SL 10.6.4.
The error message I get is:
"Some of the items in the iTunes library, including "Nostradormouse {and 6 other iBooks}", were not copied to the iPhone "sgunes's iPhone" because you are not authorized for them on this computer." And then it states to authorize this computer.
I then authorize it and get the "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-50). The was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."
No matter how often I try I get the same error message.
When I try to update free app updates I get the same error:
"Could not purchase"". An unknown error occurred (-50).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
Apple Tech support was clueless.

Try playing one of the problem tracks in iTunes. If it is not authorized, iTunes should invite you to do so.
Tracks will not transfer to your iPod if they are not authorized.
If you have trouble getting your tracks authorized, there is an Apple help that includes a email form for contacting Customer Service:

Show a message box after the concurrent program completes normal

Hi,
I have a requirement to show a message box with some message once the concurrent program is COMPLETED NORMAL.
Can we do this through form customization or is there any other way??

This will be difficult since concurrent program is running in the background, not from the form. So there's no event where you can capture this concurrent program status, well unless you refresh the view request every time, but that's very a manual way.
The most possible way is to send an email rather than put up a message box.

TS3991 iCloud Backup message box blocked the iPad to open

iCloud Backup box blocked the iPad to be opened. It has this message: This iPad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi". I have it connected to Wi-Fi and to PC, but it still blocks the iPad. Please help to troubleshoot.

For a "hard" restart of your iPad just press the home and power button at the same time and hold it for at least 10-15 sec. until it restarts.

How to display check box in the search help restriction pop-up window

I have created one searc help with dialog value restrictions. Search help contains 4 fields.
Out of which one field has length one character.
As oon as user press on F4 on particular field, it will display pop-up window with restrictions and displayed 4 fields.

This error is generally from times when the iTunes library or parts of it are located on an external drive and that drive is not connected.
This question was just addressed a couple of days ago and answered. You might want to try and search in the upper right corner of the screen here, or try the "More Like This" section to the right here. I cannot search from where I am right now or I would look for you.

I do not have a SIZE menu option on my new message box and the photos keep resizing very small

Mail keeps reducing the size of photos in messages. I do not have a menu bar at the bottom to allow changes to size. I cannot find anywhere to change or allow me to have a resize control.

The problem is that I do not have a size control, pop-up or other to select. I noticed on another similiar discussion there was an option at the bottom of the page but mine has none. I have checked for updates for Mail but I have everything up to date. As a last resort should I re-install Mail. If so, how do you do this ???. Thanks Rick

What is Photos doing when you quit and it gives you the message box "Closing the library..."?

It hangs for a long time like this. Haven't yet force quit since I don't want it to damage the photo library. Most recent - over 3 minutes to quit.

So latest shutdown of Photos took over 5 minutes. Also, Photos doesn't recognize location data from iPhotos.
After finding out that Apple jettisoned the ability to manually add/edit location data and batch edits I'm going back to iPhoto. They shouldn't have gotten rid of core functionality just to integrate photo management better with iCloud. Hopefully, they will add those features back into the product but until then I will be using iPhoto.
