DMS need to send the same document to multiple content servers

Dear Experts,
We are implemeting DMS with three content servers(A,B,C locations).We have requirement that need document must save on 3 content servers and user can see document from any one of them.
As per understanding while create document ECC system ask which content server need to save,We can select one of content servers.
Kindly give me answers for below questions
- Is there any posibility to select multiple content servers which creating document?
- Is there any posiblity to shared repository for 3 servers?
Please advice on the requirement.

Content Servers and Cache Servers
Any number of content servers can be installed in different locations. The contents are transferred directly between the client and content server. A cache is used to store copies of documents when they are accessed for the first time. As a result, the documents can be accessed again more quickly, since the contents are taken directly from the cache. Caching, however, must not be confused with replication.
With caching, the original documents are stored in one location, namely on the content server. The copies in the cache can be replaced with newer content at any time.

How to send the same message to two SMTP servers

hi,
I need to send a message to two different SMTP servers.
I want to avoid the creation of new MimeMessage with a new Session.
the only way I've found was to keep a reference to the Properties instance that was used in the Session creation, and modify its "mail.smtp.host" property.
Is there another way? I must be missing something.

I've already found the solution, so I'll post it here.
first I'll explain the purpose:
I needed to send the same message to a normal email server, and (for some of the recipients) to a special SMTP server that is on a different machine.

I need to send the same email to many people on a regular basis. I especially entered all my contacts in the address book. Now I find out that I can only click on one of my contacts email address to create a new message. But I need to send 1 email to about 50 people. How do I go about this?

Firefox has no email features, if you are using a webmail service in Firefox you need to ask the support for the webmail service. Any email features will be part of the webmail service.

My requirement is to send the workitem to the multiple recipents. one of my reiend suggest me to use the rule but i don't know how to use that .
can any one of you suggest me how to use rule in workflow.
Also i want to send the same email to multiple recipent .how can i do it by using the multiline variable...please advice me with example if possible..
Note :- Is it necessary to saparate the email id with comma or i will add all the email next one another..

IPhone keeps sending the same text message multiple times in a row.

My iphone (4s) keeps sending people the same text message multiple times (2-4) a few seconds inbetween. Sometimes it will tell me that there the message failed, but they still recieve it multiple times. I've already tried deleting the message tread and reset network settings. Nobody who has an iphone has said anything to me about it yet, only people with android.

It's a carrier issue. I have AT&T and had this issue with my friend (who had an Android) and my mother (who had a feature phone). Both of them have Verizon for service and I'm thinking the issue was on Verizon's end. They both just dealt with it as we tried all sorts of things to get this sorted out (other than contacting Verizon directly) and had no luck.
They've both switched to iPhones so it's a moot point for us now, at least.

In 7.1, I did a simple file-to-file scenario with mulitple receivers.I used only 1 Rcvr Det.(included multiple business components) and 1 Interface Det. without BPM and it works.I would like to know if there's any other way to send same data to multiple receivers without BPM and/or the approach used by me.

Thanks all for your replies. I did multimapping as suggested by couple of you and it works. Since it is required to send to 7 or more systems and the no. of fields to be mapped is huge, multimapping is time-consuming. So I would like to know if there's any other approach.
@Ravi: can you please explain with more details regarding the approach suggested by you?
Can someone explain why and/or how a mapping executes multiple times if we have multiple receivers getting the same data?
And if there's any way to check(For Ex: Moni) if the mapping executed multiple times?

Just type multiple addresses in the 'To' field in the email. If you use the same multiple addresses regularly, you might want to set up some groups in your Address Book.

I believe you will have to use AppleScript or Automator to extract all the e-mail addresses from the selected messages, then add those to a new outgoing message. If you're not sure how to do that, try asking over on the [AppleScript forum|http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=724].
Also, note that most e-mail servers apply limits to the number of different addresses you are able to send to at one time. Some have limits for single messages, limits per hour or per day, etc. Check with your e-mail provider to be sure this message will be sendable. And make absolutely sure all those addresses are on the Bcc line, otherwise everyone will be able to see addresses for everyone else you sent to, which will not be appreciated by some.

Came here to complain about this maddening feature. Why it doesn't save the PDF out to a separate instance of the document is beyond me. PLENTY of us want to save the PDF without the layers, and want the PSD separate.
"Oh good, I've completed this document.... let me just save it out as a PDF for client delivery and... Now all the work is gone."

If you simply want to send the exact same message to everyone in your address book with emails ending in "@whatever.com", you can do the following:
Create an email with subject, message and attachments but no addresses
Open Address Book, All Contacts
Search in Address Book for @whatever.com
Select the results and drag them into the To: or Bcc: field of the email. If Bcc: then put your email address in the To: field.
Send the email
This will not personalize the emails (such as with "Dear firstname:" at the top of the message) but it will let you send an idential message to everyone who meets your criteria.

Open multiple occurances of the same document

We are running reader 9.1.1 and need to be able to open multipe occurances of the same document. Yes, I know how to open the same document multiple time with <window><new window> the problem with this is editing a form in one window changes it in all windows. I need to ope independant occurances or the same form. Can this be done? The /n switch will not work for this either! Hope somebody has an idea.

Simple solution, yes. Unfortunatly its not that simple... Having multiple copies of the same document posses issues when updating the document. This doucument is updated almost daily and is distibuted to many users across a network... Having to have users open multiple copies of the document creates many logistical and use issues.

Each and every time I start up Photoshop CS6 (running the latest version I think....13.0.1 x64) on my Mac Running 10.7.5
the same document opens up. As if it thinks it crashed and needs to recover it. Im a member of Creative Cloud in case that matters.
I have saved the document and closed it properly and yet - it returns every time I start up the program. Can anyone help?

How can I use two different page orientations in the same document?

I am trying to have both portrait and landscape page orientations in the same document. Pages doesn't seem to like this. Is there a way?

In the other thread; however, some asked why rotating one pages was necessary, and if they knew then maybe there would be reason to create the function.
Well, I don't know about why anyone else needs it, but for me it's for the papers I have to write for my masters program. The professors like to have the rubric attached to the bottome of the document so they easily grade and keep things organized. They of course give directions on how to easily change the orientation of the last page in Word, but not all of use Word, or even want to use Word. Maybe I need to ditch Pages and go to Word? I'd really hate to do that!
So, come on Apple, let's get this feature added, stat!
