Do I need a router to interface with my wireless laptop and printer, or can booth tooth.

Im having a problem interfacing the HP B210 all in one wireless printer to my ASUS wireless Laptop. Do I need a router or can I some hoe make the wireless connection using my blue tooth on my laptop. Please help.

Well, the printer does not have bluetooth so that will not work.
However, you can connect to it directly via wi-fi on your laptop. From the front of the printer go to: Setup > Network > Restore Network Defaults.
Now, on your PC, look for a wireless network beginning with "HP". Join it. There is no password.
Now, go to Control Panel > Printers and Add a Printer.

I do this all the time, I put my MBP to a 60 inch Sharp. If you have the video working do the simple thing first. Check to make sure your sound is on your TV and Mac. Then if that doesn't work go to System Prefrences and under sound go to a tab called Output and see if your TV is listed and if it is change it to that setting

I am writing a sample driver that interfaces with Solaris IP, ARP and ICMP.
1. I want to get the routing table information from IP from kernel. Is it possible via some standard interfacing?
2. I want to get the ARP entries from ARP cache or send arp requests .
3. I want the ICMP module to generate some error messages
Can these be achieved from the kernel?

I have been using 3 devices with my wireless network, and suddenly none of them work. I've tried turning off the modem and router but that hasn't fixed the problem.

There are quite a few threads requesting this facility, so I thought I would choose this recently active (at the time of writing) post to reply to, in the hope some thinking appleite with influence stumbles upon it.
I totally get Apples philosophy of not polluting their interface design concepts with the introduction of a clunky so-last-year cursor; I actually agree. What I can't understand so much is that there are a number of apps that could benefit from mouse support. The one I need is RDP. This class of apps allow us to connect to servers running other operating systems using the IPad; why not authorise CERTAIN APPS to access the Bluetooth mouse stack, and let us have joy. It doesn't affect the iPad experience in the slightest, at least not to it's detriment.
The new retina screen is such that I actually prefer the experience of using my iPad to connect to the server than my laptop!, but given I develop software, there is no way my stubby finger can compete the clinical accuracy of a mouse when using intricate interfaces such as MSDE. With just that one addition, I would practically move into the post pc era you tout so much, at least in my interfacing With the post pc pc,s :).

Similar problem here. iTunes11 notified me it was available. However, auto-update failed. So, I downloaded for manual update. That failed with "permission" message. I am administrator on this machine (WIN7). I tried uninstalling old version, but it failed with same permission issue. I now can't start iTunes... throws permission message. The question mark means the computer cannot find a bootable volumes so can;t do anything, That, combined with annoying sounds, strongly suggests a failed hard drive.
You can ask a "genius" at an Apple Rtail Store to test it but I'm pretty sure the drive is kaput. I'm hoping you had your data backed up.
