Do static classes persist for the lifetime of the applet or the JRE in 1.4

I have an application that runs in a web browser and uses several applets that share data between each other using a static class. This method works fine for version 1.3 but not in 1.4.x. Do static classes now only exist for the lifetime of the applet?

I had a similar problem and solved it by setting the codebase attribute on the applet tags. The only documentation I have been able to find about this issue is here: http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3.1_01a/new.html#classloader

  • No Implementing class registered for the Interface : ES-TransportationOrderSCMExecutionRequest_In

    Dear PI Experts,
    I'm currently working on an integrated solution between TM <=> PI <=>ECC. When I trigger the Shipment creation from TM to ECC, I received an error in the SXMB_MONI of ECC.
    In the XML, I figured the error that No Implementing class registered for the Interface TransportationOrderSCMExecutionRequest_In .
    May I ask you advices on this issue? Is it a mapping error on ECC or PI Side?
    Thanks in advance for you help and advice.

  • No implementing class registered for the interface (ABAP interface, request

    Hi,
    Proxy has been generated for the Inbound Message interface and i could see the SXMB_MONI entry in Red on the target system.
    I get the error "No implementing class registered for the interface (ABAP interface, request...."

    Hi Chaitanya,
    Try the below configuration in SXMB_ADM,if you don't have the authorisations to SXMB_MONI ask BASIS guys to do the below activities.
    Go to SXMB_ADM.
    Execute Integration Engine
    EDIT----
    > Change Global configuration data
    select  Role of Business System as Integration Server
    Thanks,

  • No implementing class registered for the interface

    Hello,
    I know that I'm not the first one posting this problem, but I can't find an appropriate solution for my problem. When I execute the FlightSeatAvailabilityCheck scenario I got the following error:
    Unable to check flight availability.
    Error Type:      XI system error
    Error Details:      No implementing class registered for the interface (type ifmmessif, name FlightSeatAvailabilityQuery_Out, namespace http://sap.com/xi/XI/Demo/Agency )
    I have to say that I accidently deleted the proxy but I have recreated and activated the concerning proxy (CO_SXIDAG_FSA_QUERY) and still get the error. I read in this thread: XI 3.0 Demo: Unable to check flight availability: XI System Error that it would help to create a RFC in sm59. Why do I have to do this although I'm using proxies?
    And does it make a difference in which client I create and activate the proxies?
    Regards
    Marc

    i tried following solution also from old messages in SDN -
    Go to SXMB_ADM.
    Execute Integration Engine
    EDIT-> Change Global configuration data
    Select the Role of Business System is Integration Server
    Again started getting error-PROXY_NOT_ALLOWED_ON_IS:
    Proxy calls are not permitted on sender or receiver side on the IS (client)</SAP:Stack>
    But again  one of the messages in SDN suggests to change Global configuration data,
    EDIT-> Change Global configuration data
    Select the Role of Business System is Application system.
    it seems it's going in loop....

    Hi Chandra,
    You need to activate both the classes and the interfaces.
    Try to regenerate and activate once again.

    The supported JBoss version for 10.1.2 is JBoss EAP 5.1.2 but I don't think that your issue is caused because of this. Your issue is more of an environmental thing as you are probably getting two different versions getting loaded of class javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest and so correspondingly two different Class objects as the error shows. One reason for this could be if you include any server-specific libraries (in present case the Servlet API JAR which contains the class javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest) of a different version in the /WEB-INF/lib of your web application. Try removing it from there if so and see if that helps.

  • URGENT!!! is "DDIM" Data class valid for the upgrade in BI 7.0

    Hello,
    We're working on the prepare steps before the PREPARE upgrade phase.
    One of these steps is the rename of the Infocube data classes which don't follow the new naming convention.
    We have all infocubes defined in DDIM and DFACT data classes.
    Could someone tell me if I have to rename the DDIM data class in a new one for the upgrade?
    Many thanks in advance

    That's only valid for custom data classes.
    DDIM & DFACT are SAP delivered and are still valid.

  • How to load classes other than stub classes required for the stub classes

    Can any one pls tell me how to load supporting classes and interfaces for the stubs thru RMI? I am copying necessary stubs and policy file in the client class.
    one of the method of the class returns another supporting class. whenever i invoke this method ot says Class NotFoundException. I dont want to copy these supporitng classes into my client. They are deployment issues involved with this.
    HOW CAN I LOAD THE CLEINT CLASSES THRU RMI

    You should look at the documentation concerning CODEBASE. -Djava.rmi.server.codebase=
    It is too involved to explain it all here.

  • How to get the .class file for the extended Controller .java file

    Hi,
    I did the below steps.
    1. Created New OAWorkspace
    2. Created New project
    3. Imported the page .xml file
    4. Added new .java file by extending the controller class
    5. Added code in the .java file.
    6. Ran the .xml file
    As I copied all the folders from Unix box, the page was opened.
    But My question was where can I see the .class file the extended controller. It's a .java file. How to compile and get the .class file for this .java file. If I get this .class file, I can go to the page and click the personlize page. and change the Controller name to the new path by ftp ing the new class to the cust.oracle.apps.pos.changeorder.webiui.
    Please let me know how to create the .class file.
    Thanks,
    HP

    All are Java files are stored in JDEV_INSTALL_DIR:\jdevhome\jdev\myprojects\
    In your case the path java would be
    JDEV_INSTALL_DIR:\jdevhome\jdev\ myprojects \cust\oracle\apps\pos\changeorder\webui\
    AND
    Once you compile the java file in Jdeveloper, Class files get generated @ below path
    In your case the path of class would be
    JDEV_INSTALL_DIR:\jdevhome\jdev\ myclasses \cust\oracle\apps\pos\changeorder\webui\

  • What are the UserChrome classes/ids for the panel widget?

    I am customizing my Firefox and it looks great, but I can't figure out how to customize the panel widget, like the one used in the downloads panel. I want to edit the widget browser-wide so that it can be compatible with addons that use that. I can't find an addon for this or the classes/ids that would work in the UserChrome.css file. I tried the DOM Inspector, but I couldn't figure out how to make that work.
    I'm using Aurora 27.0a2 on Windows XP.

    HI iansan5653
    I am not sure if you are trying to make a widget/extension? for the browser or just customize the appearance of the user. I believe you have to create an appearance and then allow the user to download the appearance to change the styles.
    I think you may want this webkit -moz-appearance[[https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/-moz-appearance]]
    I did some research on this and the MozillaZine is a great reference for all of the Preferences to add stuff to the panels.
    Some more information

    I have also seen extensions made by adding style to these items in the about:config. You could live update the items and see if the css makes changes live in the browser and see how the file renders. [[http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config_entries#UI.]]
    But for better help on this I would recommend asking the mdn

    If you can define your set up, the Mozilla Developer Network may be the place for you. Hope this helps.

  • Location for class files for the custom application

    I don't know if I understand your question, but you cannot find the class name because it is in run time just an object. You can, however, check if it is an instanceof.
    if (genericType instanceof MyType) {
         doMyThing();
    }
