Do you know the evaluation level that the OWSM is accredited to?

I am working for a company who needs to have their IT infratsructure accreddited because it holds secure data. Therefore with the implementation of new hardware/software especially where external services are called the system has to be re-accreddited.
I am currenlty writing a high level design utilising the Oracle SOA suite and using the OWSM to authenticate messages being exchanged. However the queuestion has been asked whether the Oracle SOA suite and more specifically the OWSM has been accreddited to handle impact level 3 data.
