Document Printing screen

Hi all,
We have an urgent problem that I am struggling with:
We are printing A/R Invoices as normal, although thousands at a time and we need the print order to be sorted by CustomerRefNo (OINV.NumAtCard).
In other words we need to sort all A/R invoices by this CustomerRefNo .
Currently on my "Print A/R Invoice" screen I have Document No, Posting Date, Due Date, BP Code, Total (LC) .
Is there a way I can add another field here. If I can add the CustomerRefNo (OINV.NumAtCard) as a column here it would solve my problem as I can then just sort by this field.
Any help would be appreciated...

As of Business One 2005A SP01, you cannot via the SDK, effect the output of the printed invoices as far as sorting them differently. Have you tried looking at the PLD to see if you can sort your invoices in that way? Another thought is to capture the output from Business One and then do something using the Crystal Report Writer. Look at the SDK Help Center for the UI API and the ReportDataInfo Object.

Cannot paste from "print screen" into document CS4

I have Photoshop CS4 and Windows 7 and cannot get a print screen copy to paste into a document. I have always been able to do this in the past, this is the first I have tried with CS4 and windows 7. It will paste into an email so I know the print screen button is functioning.
Does anyone how to resolve this. Thank you.

As per John's comment, I occasionally have this behavior on my laptop with XP-Pro and CS2. All will work fine for a dozen screen-caps, and then it ceases working. So far, I've never encountered this on my workstation. In general terms (things that might matter here), the only difference between the machines is that I have the 3 GB Switch on the workstation, but not on the laptop.
For me, Purging everything has no effect. Closing and re-launching PS clears it up though. I have had it re-occur in the second session, but not usually.
Both machines are very clean, regarding which programs and Processes are loaded at boot and running. What is left should not be sapping resources, but who knows? When this manifests itself, I often have PS and either PrPro, or PrElements, running, as those are often my sources for the screen-caps. In my case, maybe one, or the other, has some sort of memory leak. While editing, I have not observed such, and Task Manager does not show anything near extreme resource usage. Also, when I "cure" the issue by re-launching PS, I do not shut down the NLE programs.
Just some observations,

All the Pages are Printed - Document Printing Sales Orders

When using the Document Printing option for Sales Orders, if I select multiple documents and select print I get a message after each document that says "All the Pages are Printed", then the next document comes for printing. I also get a prompt each time whether or not to print Sales Order only or Sales Order and Pick List.
I don't have the same issue if printing Invoices from Document Printing. It asks what to print and prints all records without additional prompts between each record. I don't see anything in Print Preferences that would cause the Order to act differently from the Invoice.
We are using B1 9.0 PL 06.

HP Officejet Pro 8600 ( Language change on printer screen )

I have recently purchased an HP officejet Pro 8600 printer during set up the wrong language was entered by one of my kids & I am unable to read instructions or correct the mistake The printer screen is currently in a foreign language & I am wanting to change it to English,hoping to get some instruction on how to do this.

That means it most likely a setting, Check the following. (steps written for windows 7)
Go to the control panel and find " Devices and printers" and doulble click it.
You should see the icon of your printer their, choose the one without fax in the name.
Right click it and choose " printer properties".
On the "general" Tab click on "preferences".
In the new screen on the "layout" tab cick "advanced"
In the new screen make sure "print in grayscale" is turned off and click ok severall times until all screens are gone.
Try printing again. And make sure in the print screen color printing is also checked.

There are many documents and lots of pages on the different key combinations to use for different functions but I could not find one clear document that explains what certain keys do and/or show how to accomplish certain functions... I am a a very frustrated new Apple (formerly Windows) user astonished that I company that is supposedly delivering user friendly, easy to use products provides a keyboard that one cannot figure out.
1. Page Up and Down in Mail
I have some imported mailboxes with a few hundred Emails which I have to mark "read". I could use the Page Down functionality to quickly highlight all messages in a mailbox but could not locate anything that actually works. Apple's document at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5636?viewlocale=en_US indicates that pressing 9 (with Num Lock off) provides Page Down. Num Lock appears to be the Clear key. When I tried to press Clear it deleted messages and no combination worked with 9 ...

Unable to Print Screen Captivate 3's publish windows (minor)

I know this is minor, but was wondering why I can't use my computer's Print Screen on the advanced publishing windows. I can take a print screen of the main Publish window, but if I click the eLearning output window or the preferences, it won't take a screen shot. Anyone know why or know if I need to do something different? I want to document all our settings for other users in my office.

What are you using? Plain old Print Screen? Perhaps try using a screen capture application? Perhaps even Captivate itself? Start two sessions and record the second with the first?

How to drag out additional field in document printing in B1

Hi all expert,
My customer need additional field or information to be show at the document printing window in standard B1. Example like customer name or user define field for warehouse.
The standard B1 document printing is limited with the form setting is disable. User wanted additional information like printing status, warehouse(using user define field) , customer name able to show out on the document printing window screen.
Any idea about it? How can i to do it besides using SDK? If using SDK, what is the code i should write?
Can you give some sample code?

My question still un-answered yet. I think i have to clarify here.
What i mentioned is when user go -> Sales A/R -> Document Printing, select A/R Deliveries. A list of A/R Deliveries display in the windows form.
There is only limited field available in the windows form. User now wanted additional field like customer name & warehouse appear also at the document printing form. But the form setting for this windows is dissable.
I know we can done it using the PLD. But..Can we add in the information like customer name & warehouse code in the document printing form before print out. User need this information to control which warehouse A/R deliveries note have to print out. Example we have 10 deliveries order, it may be need delivery order 1,3,5,8 to print out.

Saving a screen shot similar to "Alt + print screen" for PC's...

As I am transitioning from a PC to a Mac, and would like to be able to save a screen shot, similar to the print screen button on PC keyboards, how do I do this now?
If I would like to save the screen shot to be able to edit it in a graphics software, such as Photoshop or save it as a JPEG to be able to insert it in a document, how do you do that now? I went to File -> Save As and my only options are Web Archive and Page Source.
Please let me know.

Command - shift - 4 and drag a square around what you want to capture
Command - shift - 3 capture of whole screen
each will put a .png on the desktop which can open in Preview
Additionally, you can change the default format of the screenshot as outlined in this article. Alternatively, adding "ctrl" to either of the keyboard combinations sends the screenshot to your clipboard, allowing you to paste it into an editor of your choice.

I would like to print a list of all the contents in a folder (not the documents themselves, just the list of contents). I do not have a print screen button on my keyboard. Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

Resize the window and click triangles so that everything you want to print is visible on the screen, and then press the Shift, Command, and 4 keys simultaneously. Next, press the space bar, click in the window, open the newly created file on your desktop, which is a PNG by default in Tiger, and print it.

can I achieve this function like below:
I use migo_tr and movement type 311 do transfer posting from one storage location to another storage location, when clicking "post" button, material documnet generated and meanwhile the document be printed immediately.

Dear Mark,
When u get the Print screen & enter LP01 there is a push Button for Properties.
Click on Properties & under General Properties click on Time of printing here set "Print Immediately"
This will ensure that print is fired immediately...

Document Printing

Hello
A user has noted that when listing Sales Invoices for printing via the (Document Printing > Print AR invoice) screen it no longer sorts in the order it use to.
Before it sorted in the order the Invoices were Inputted.
Now it sorts in a random order.
Has the SQL optimizer caused this? Is there a way it can be sorted in the order the invoices were entered?
There are no options for this under the Sort By Menu

At first I though this but I have wrote a query to list all invoices on a certain date, which sorts in DocEntry (Primary Key) by default, i.e No ORDER BY clause used. This is the order we would want. Primary Key order
When I set Print Documents for the same day it lists all the same invoices but they are not in DocEntry (Internal/Primary Key) Order. They aren't even in Document number order which is strange.
Does anyone know what query the Document Printer Grid is using?

Documents print light from a computer

We have a user that prints documents that are too light. This is noticeable when printing Word documents, pdf documents, and screens from the internet. We have replaced her computer and created a new profile. I had her test printing
a page from IE to her local print and a network printer. We had another user on another computer print the same page to her local printer and it was noticeably darker. I then signed onto the problem computer as myself and printed the same page
and it printed light for me also. I do not know what to check to resolve this problem.

Any success ?
