Does Oracle's implementation of JSF have this published bug?

re: jsf with filter crashes when link to static html link is clicked.
I also posted this on Sun's JSF forum and got a reply that said it sounded like this bug:

Does Oracle know whether or not this bug is in their implementation of JSF?

I have determined that, with the JDev supplied JSF libs, a jsf with filter crashes when an invalid static html link is clicked.
Replacing jsf-api.jar and jsf-impl.jar with the ones from JSF 1.1_02, my app did not crash. Instead it correctly displayed a 404 Not Found page.
After restoring the jars and correcting the static link paths in the jsp, the links worked properly.
What a way to discover a coding error!

XE isn't patch-able, unfortunately- eg. in the section ...Major Features Not Included at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/license.112/e18068/toc.htm#XELIC116 a "patch set" is one of the "not included" items
One could install one of the full release editions, get it patched, and upgrade an XE instance with the patch-able edition, but access to patches requires a support agreement.

whenever you click a picture in photobooth you have to manually insert it one by one in iphoto
i want to know is there any other option in iphoto which can do this type of thing(adding pictures automatically to iphoto )

My mac pro is not a duo processor so i cannot upgrade to LION and that means now with icloud i cannot receive email unless i go directly to icloud website to get it. i cannot afford to buy a new laptop, does that mean i will always have this inconvenienc

It's the System which counts rather than the hardware. Your signature says you have 10.6.8. You can migrate your MobileMe account to iCloud at http://me.com/move even with Snow Leopard - when asked to confirm that you have Lion on your Mac, just lie and say 'yes'.
If you have MobileMe mail set up to collect mail from external POP accounts you should cancel this before migrating, or you may find it still working in iCloud (where it isn't supposed to) and with no way of stopping it. You may find the MobileMe email settings will continue to work for a time after migrating but it will stop eventually so you should not rely on this. You should delete your MobileMe email account from Mail.
You can then set up Mail manually in Snow Leopard to access iCloud email; it's a slight fudge because the 'wizard' will attempt to connect you to MobileMe as soon as you enter an @me.com address. The process, which includes a workaround for this, is described here:

You may be able to sync your calendars to iCloud by means of an unsupported hack, and there is a convoluted hack which has been reported as working for Address Book (and as not working by others - I've not tried it), but iCloud's other facilities will not work. JDev 9.0.3, Business comp wizard, is this a bug?

Found something that perhaps is a bug, hoping you guys have fixed for the real release.
1) Create a database connection, but don't fill in username/password. Don't check deploy password.
2) Create new workspace and project.
3) create new business component package in the project. On step 2, point Connection name to username/password-less connection. Alert says prompt will ask for credentials. No matter what I put in, with valid username/password entries, a Connect Error pops saying invalid arguments in call. Exception: oracle.jdeveloper.cm.CMException.
Is this a bug? We're using dynamic credentials in our app with data sources, so username/password is left off.

The role for a coherence node is normally determined by the application. The tangosol.coherence.role system property is used to configure this value. Some out-of-the-box Coherence applications. CacheFactory (com.tangosol.net.CacheFactory) sets this value to CoherenceConsole. DefaultCacheServer sets this value to CoherenceServer. MBeanConnector sets the value to TangosolNetMBeanConnector. Can I get job after doing Oracle certification at this age?

I am 37 yrs old man from Calcutta,India. I am presently jobless for 3 years now .I am a BSc(PCM) . I was earlier working as a salesman in a sales based company. I have no experience in IT though I have done lots of IT courses. Can I get job after doing Oracle certification at this age?

Professional certifications are not magic wands. You cannot wave a certificate and cause employers to come running to hire you. Certifications can help you to learn some of the skills required to administer Oracle, or develop in Oracle, or use various Oracle software products. 1) Either your friend has moved the icon into a folder or onto another screen, or they do not have a real iPhone (or their phone is jailbroken). It is present on all iPhones and can not be deleted.

If you are using Safari as a web browser :-
Open Safari, go to Safari menu > Preferences > General, and put Google as the homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you are using Google Chrome as the web browser :-
Open Google Chrome.
In the top right corner of the page, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu > Settings.
In the "Search" section, select Google from the drop-down menu.

Have you ever checked to see if there is an update for your router? If yes, then power off router. Then on iPhone go into settings and do a reset network settings. Power router back on, and try connecting phone to router.
